the water resistance can be changed by changing the area or the type of the filter screen (4) in water areas with different seawater flow velocities; or the filter screen (4) is provided with a water-proof water bar to increase and decrease the water resistance of the filter screen so as to ensure that the filter screen (4) at the working position can be normally put into use.
