Claims (10)

1. Submersible double entry pump convenient to maintain, characterized by including:
the double-suction pump comprises a double-suction pump body, a main motor and a water pump, wherein a water inlet end and a water outlet end are arranged on the double-suction pump body;
the filter mechanism, it is located the end of intaking of double entry pump body, filter mechanism includes:
one end of the filter box is communicated with the water inlet end of the double-suction pump body through a flow guide pipe, and the other end of the filter box is provided with an inner filter screen;
the protective sleeve is coaxially sleeved outside the other end of the filter box, one end of the protective sleeve, which is close to the filter box, is provided with an opening, and the other end, which is far away from the filter box, is provided with an outer filter screen; the inner wall of the protective sleeve is not in contact with the outer wall of the filter box and forms an annular sewage draining channel;
the cleaning mechanism is arranged in the protective sleeve and positioned between the inner filter screen and the outer filter screen, and the cleaning mechanism can clean the inner filter screen and the outer filter screen synchronously.
2. The submersible dual suction pump for ease of maintenance of claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises:
the rotary seat is arranged between the inner filter screen and the outer filter screen, and a rotary shaft of the rotary seat is positioned on the axis of the filter box; the rotation of the rotating seat is driven by an auxiliary motor, the auxiliary motor is arranged in the filter box, and an output shaft of the auxiliary motor penetrates through the inner filter screen and is connected with the rotating seat;
the lower scraping blades are arranged at one end, close to the inner filter screen, of the rotating seat at intervals along the circumferential direction, any lower scraping blade is of an L-shaped structure, a first straight edge of each lower scraping blade is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating seat and is close to one side face, close to the outer filter screen, of the inner filter screen, and a second straight edge of each lower scraping blade is located in the sewage discharge channel;
and the upper scraping blades are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction at the other end of the rotating seat far away from the inner filter screen, and any upper scraping blade is fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating seat and is contacted with one side surface of the outer filter screen close to the inner filter screen.

The submersible dual action pump for ease of maintenance of claim 2, wherein said protective sleeve comprises a first portion of an integrally formed cylindrical configuration and a second portion of a frusto-conical configuration, said first portion coaxially nested outside said filter box; the outer filter screen is arranged at one end of the second part with smaller diameter.

The submersible double suction pump for easy maintenance of claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the protective sleeve is provided with a flow guide block of a circular truncated cone ring structure on its circumference, and the diameter of the flow guide block at one end close to the inner filter screen is smaller than that at the other end far away from the inner filter screen; the outside of the protective sleeve is provided with a moving groove.

A submersible dual suction pump as recited in claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism further comprises a plurality of brush plates circumferentially spaced on one end of the rotary base, one brush plate being disposed between any adjacent two of the lower wiper blades, any one of the brush plates being secured to the other end of the rotary base, and bristles insertable into the mesh openings of the inner filter mesh being disposed on one side of the brush plate.
6. The submersible double suction pump for ease of maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the outer screen has a pore size of 2 to 10 mm; the aperture of the inner filter screen is 20-200 meshes.
7. The submersible dual suction pump for ease of maintenance of claim 1, further comprising:
a base plate;
the supporting seat is connected with the top surface of the bottom plate through a lifting mechanism; the double-suction pump body and the main motor are both arranged on the supporting seat;
the supporting frame, it with supporting seat integrated into one piece, the protective sheath is located on the supporting frame.
8. The submersible dual suction pump for ease of maintenance of claim 7, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of lifting assemblies, any lifting assembly comprising:
the adjusting rod is vertically arranged between the bottom plate and the supporting seat, the bottom of the adjusting rod is fixedly connected with the top surface of the bottom plate, and a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the adjusting rod at intervals in the vertical direction;
the sleeve is coaxially sleeved on the upper part of the adjusting rod, and the top of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom of the supporting seat; the sleeve is horizontally screwed with an adjusting screw which can be inserted into any positioning hole.

A submersible double suction pump for ease of maintenance as set forth in claim 7, further comprising a pair of mounting brackets each disposed between said base plate and said support base, either of which is fixedly attached to the top surface of said base plate, a float being fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket.
10. A submersible dual action pump for ease of maintenance as set forth in claim 7 wherein the support base is provided with a suspension ring and a kidney-shaped through hole for mounting a counterweight.
