If the first position information does not appear at the traffic light and the visitor vehicle is in a parking state, calculating second waiting time of the visitor vehicle, and if the second waiting time is within a preset time range, increasing the second waiting time on the basis of the second time; and if the second waiting time exceeds the preset time range, the second waiting time is not increased on the basis of the second time, and if the visitor is overtime, the visitor cannot directly enter the cell resident.
EXAMPLE III
Reserving a temporary parking space of the visitor vehicle and an effective time, wherein the temporary parking space is displayed in the driving route.
As shown in fig. 4, S108 further includes:
judging whether the second time is reached;
if yes, judging whether the visitor vehicle arrives;
