The self-service storage device 100 is an unattended storage device requiring a user to complete storage/fetching operations. The self-service locker 100 includes at least one storage compartment for storing items, and each storage compartment may be provided with a reader for reading item information of the items stored therein. When a user stores an article in the storage bin, an electronic tag capable of being identified by a reader needs to be added to the article stored in the storage bin, and the electronic tag can be used for storing article information of the article, wherein the article information includes but is not limited to an identity of the user to which the article belongs and an identity of the storage bin in which the article is located. The reader configured for each storage bin can identify the electronic tags of the articles stored in the storage bin through a short-distance wireless communication mode. In practical application, the self-service storage device includes but is not limited to an express cabinet, a storage cabinet and the like; the identification information of the self-service storage device can be a serial number or a model number of the self-service storage device; the user's identity may be the user's name, cell phone number or identification number.
The user terminal 200 is configured to wirelessly communicate with the self-service store 100 and/or the server 300 of the self-service store. In practical applications, the user terminal 200 includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like; the server 300 of the self-service storage device includes, but is not limited to, a desktop computer and the like.
It should be noted that the unlocking method provided in the embodiment of the present application can ensure that the self-service storing device 100 can perform normal unlocking operation when the communication quality between the self-service storing device 100 and the server 300 of the self-service storing device is poor.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an implementation of an unlocking method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the unlocking method may include the steps of:
in S101, a self-service storage device acquires identification information of the self-service storage device and article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device; the article information carries the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located.
In an embodiment of the application, the self-service storage device can acquire identification information of the self-service storage device when detecting that the communication quality between the self-service storage device and a server of the self-service storage device is poor, and reads the article information stored in the electronic tag of the article stored in each storage bin through the reader of each storage bin. Based on this, S101 may specifically include the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a self-service storage device sends a communication test signal to a server of the self-service storage device based on a first preset time interval;
if the self-service storage device does not receive a feedback signal corresponding to the communication test signal within a first preset time period after the communication test signal is sent, the self-service storage device obtains identification information of the self-service storage device and article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device.
In this embodiment, if the self-service storage device does not receive the feedback signal corresponding to the communication test signal within the first preset time period after the communication test signal is sent to the server, it is determined that the communication quality between the self-service storage device and the self-service storage device is poor, and at this time, the self-service storage device obtains the identification information of the self-service storage device and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device. The communication test signal is used for detecting whether the server of the self-service storage device and the server of the self-service storage device can normally communicate. The first preset time interval and the first preset duration may be set according to actual needs, and are not limited herein. Illustratively, the first preset time interval may be 5 minutes; the first preset time period may be 1 minute.
In another embodiment of the application, the self-service storage device can also acquire identification information of the self-service storage device when detecting that the communication quality between the self-service storage device and the server is good, and reads the article information stored in the electronic tag of the article stored in each storage bin through the reader of each storage bin. It should be noted that the better communication quality means that the self-service storage device can receive a feedback signal corresponding to the communication test signal within a first preset time period after the self-service storage device sends the communication test signal to the server. The second preset time period may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein, and for example, the second preset time period may be 1 minute.
In S102, the self-service storage device generates an identification code carrying the identification information and the article information, and displays the identification code.
In the embodiment of the application, after the identification information of the self-service storage device and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device are acquired, the identification code carrying the identification information and the article information is generated, and the identification code is displayed. By way of example and not limitation, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code or the like.
In S103, if the user terminal detects a code scanning request for the identification code displayed on the self-service storage device, the user terminal scans the identification code, and obtains the identification information of the self-service storage device and the item information of each item stored in the self-service storage device from the identification code.
In the embodiment of the application, after the self-service storage device displays the identification code, any user can use the user terminal of the user to scan the identification code. For example, a user may trigger a code scanning request for an identification code displayed on the self-service storage device by triggering a preset code scanning control on the user terminal. The preset code scanning control can be a code scanning control corresponding to a code scanning function of the user terminal system; the code scanning control device may also be a code scanning control corresponding to a code scanning function provided by a third-party application installed on the user terminal, for example, the code scanning control device may be a code scanning control device in the WeChat.
When detecting that the preset code scanning control is triggered, the user terminal considers that a code scanning request aiming at the identification code displayed on the self-service storage device is detected. At this moment, the user terminal can scan the identification code displayed by the self-service storage device under the control of the target user, and the identification information of the self-service storage device and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device are obtained from the identification code. The target user is a user using the user terminal, namely, a user triggering a preset code scanning control of the user terminal.
In S104, the user terminal obtains the identity of the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, after acquiring the identification information of the self-service storage device and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device, the user terminal also acquires the identity of the target user. The identification of the target user can be the name, the mobile phone number or the identification number of the target user.
Specifically, the user terminal may output a prompt to prompt the target user to input the identification.
In S105, the user terminal sends an unlocking request carrying the identification information, the article information, and the identification of the target user to the server of the self-service storage device.
In the embodiment of the application, after acquiring the identification information of the self-service storage device, the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device and the identification of the target user, the user terminal generates the unlocking request carrying the identification information of the self-service storage device, the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device and the identification of the target user, and sends the unlocking request to the server of the self-service storage device so as to request the server of the self-service storage device for the unlocking information of the self-service storage device.
In S106, the server of the self-service storage device receives the unlocking request sent by the user terminal, and detects whether the target item of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device based on the identification information, the item information, and the identity of the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, after the server of the self-service storage device receives the unlocking request, the user identification of the target user can be respectively compared with the identification carried in the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device, so that whether the identification of the target user exists in the identification carried in each article information is detected. When detecting that the identity of the target user exists in the identity carried by each item information, the server of the self-service storage device determines that the target item of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device, and at the moment, the server of the self-service storage device executes S107; when the server of the self-service storage device detects that the identification carried by each item information does not have the identification of the target user, the server of the self-service storage device determines that the target item of the target user is not stored in the self-service storage device, at the moment, the server of the self-service storage device can send first prompt information to the user terminal, and the first prompt information is used for prompting the target user that the target item of the target user is not stored in the self-service storage device.
In S107, if the server of the self-service storage device detects that the target object of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device based on the identification information, the object information, and the identity of the target user, determining an identification of a target storage bin where the target object is located, generating unlocking information based on the identification of the target storage bin where the target object is located, and sending the unlocking information to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, because the article information of each article sent by the user terminal carries the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located, that is, each article information is used for describing the corresponding relationship between the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located, when the server of the self-service storage device detects that the identity of the target user exists in the identities carried by each article information, the identity of the storage bin corresponding to the identity of the target user is determined as the identity of the target storage bin in which the target article of the target user is located.
After the server of the self-service storage device determines the identification of the target storage bin, unlocking information is generated based on the identification of the target storage bin, and the unlocking information is sent to the user terminal.
As an embodiment of the application, the server of the self-service storage device can also be stored with the corresponding relation between the identification of each storage bin in the self-service storage device and the preset unlocking password in advance. Wherein, the password of unblanking of predetermineeing in different storing storehouses can be the same, also can be different, specifically can set up according to the actual demand.
Based on the method, after the identification of the target storage bin is determined, the self-service storage device can also determine the target unlocking password of the target storage bin based on the corresponding relation between the identification of each storage bin in the pre-stored self-service storage device and the preset unlocking password, generate unlocking information based on the identification of the target storage bin and/or the target unlocking password, and send the unlocking information to the user terminal.
In S108, the user terminal receives and displays the unlocking information sent by the server.
In the embodiment of the application, the user terminal displays the unlocking information after receiving the unlocking information sent by the server of the self-service storage device, so that a target user can check the unlocking information.
After the target user checks the unlocking information, the unlocking information can be input into the self-service storage device to control the self-service storage device to open the corresponding storage bin.
In S109, the self-service storage device responds to the unlocking information input by a target user corresponding to the user terminal, and controls the target storage bin indicated by the unlocking information to be unlocked.
In the embodiment of the application, the unlocking information carries the identification of the target storage bin where the target object of the target user is located and/or the target unlocking password, so that the self-service storage device controls the target storage bin indicated by the unlocking information to be unlocked after receiving the unlocking information input by the target user.
As an embodiment of the application, after controlling the target storage bin indicated by the unlocking information to be unlocked, before performing the next unlocking operation on the target storage bin, the self-service storage device may further include the following steps:
acquiring article information of the articles stored in the target storage bin based on a second preset time interval;
if the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is consistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is not taken out;
if the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is not consistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is taken out;
or if the article information is not acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is taken out.
In this embodiment, in order to detect whether the target object stored in the target object storage bin is taken out by the user after the target object storage bin is unlocked, the self-service object storage device may acquire the object information of the object stored in the target object storage bin based on the second preset time interval after the target object storage bin is controlled to be unlocked. The second preset time interval may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, after the self-service storage device controls the target storage bin to be unlocked, if the article information can be acquired again from the target storage bin, the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is compared with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked. If the self-service storage device detects that the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is consistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, it indicates that the target article stored in the target storage bin is not taken out by the target user, and at the moment, the self-service storage device can send second prompt information to the user terminal of the target user to prompt that the target article is not taken out. If the self-service storage device detects that the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is inconsistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, it indicates that the target article stored in the target storage bin is taken out by the target user and a new article is stored.
After the self-service storage device controls the target storage bin to be unlocked, if the object information cannot be acquired from the target storage bin, the target object of the target user is taken out, and a new object is not stored.
In the unlocking method provided by the embodiment of the application, the self-service storage device generates the identification code carrying the identification information and the article information by acquiring the identification information and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device, and displays the identification code; the target user can use the user terminal to scan the identification code so that the user terminal can acquire the identification information and the article information, meanwhile, the target user can input the identity of the target user through the user terminal, and the user terminal sends the identification information, the article information and the identity of the target user to a server of the self-service storage device; the server returns unlocking information carrying the identification of the target storage bin where the target object is located to the user terminal after detecting that the target object of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device based on the identification information, the object information and the identification of the target user; the target user can input the unlocking information into the self-service storage device; when the self-service storage device detects unlocking information input by a target user, the target storage bin indicated by the unlocking information is controlled to be unlocked. The unlocking method provided by the application only relates to communication between the self-service storage device and the user terminal and communication between the user terminal and the server of the self-service storage device, but not communication between the self-service storage device and the server of the self-service storage device, so that the unlocking method is not influenced by the communication quality between the self-service storage device and the server, the self-service storage device can successfully acquire unlocking information from the server even under the condition of poor communication quality between the self-service storage device and the server, compared with the prior art, manual intervention is not needed, and the unlocking success rate and the unlocking efficiency of the self-service storage device are improved.
As an embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the security of information transfer among the self-service storage device, the user terminal, and the server of the self-service storage device, information transferred among the three may be encrypted. Specifically, the self-service storage device, the user terminal and the server of the self-service storage device may pre-agree with a set of the same preset encryption algorithm and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, based on which, fig. 3 is a flowchart for implementing an unlocking method provided in another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, an unlocking method provided in this embodiment may include S201 to S209, which are detailed as follows:
in S201, acquiring identification information of the self-service storage device and article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device; the article information carries the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located.
S201 in this embodiment is the same as S101 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and please refer to the related description in S101, which is not repeated herein.
In S202, the self-service storage device encrypts the identification information and the article information based on a preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification code, and displays the identification code.
In this embodiment, the preset encryption algorithm may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. By way of example and not limitation, the preset encryption algorithm may be a symmetric encryption algorithm, such as: data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm.
In S203, if the user terminal detects a code scanning request for the identification code displayed on the self-service storage device, scanning the identification code, decrypting the identification code based on a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, and acquiring identification information of the self-service storage device and article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device from the identification code.
It should be noted that, in this implementation, a preset encryption algorithm agreed in advance with the self-service storage device and the server of the self-service storage device and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm are stored in the user terminal in advance, and based on this, when the user terminal scans the identification code displayed on the self-service storage device, the user terminal can decrypt the identification code based on the preset decryption algorithm stored in advance, so as to obtain the identification information of the self-service storage device carried in the identification code and the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device.
Wherein, the preset decryption algorithm is corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm. For example, if the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm is a DES algorithm in a symmetric encryption algorithm, the corresponding preset decryption algorithm is also a DES algorithm.
In S204, the user terminal obtains the identity of the target user.
S204 in this embodiment is the same as S104 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and please refer to the related description in S104 for details, which are not repeated herein.
In S205, the user terminal encrypts the identity of the target user, the identification information, and the article information based on the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm to obtain an unlocking request, and sends the unlocking request to the server of the self-service storage device.
In this implementation, after obtaining the unlocking request, the user terminal sends the unlocking request to the server of the self-service storage device, so as to request the server of the self-service storage device for unlocking information of the self-service storage device.
In S206, the server of the self-service storage device receives the unlocking request sent by the user terminal, decrypts the unlocking request based on the preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification information, the article information, and the identity of the target user, and detects whether the target article of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device based on the identification information, the article information, and the identity of the target user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a preset encryption algorithm agreed in advance with the self-service storage device and the user terminal and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm are stored in advance in the server of the self-service storage device, and based on this, after receiving the unlocking request, the server of the self-service storage device can decrypt the unlocking request based on the preset decryption algorithm stored in advance, so as to obtain the identification information of the self-service storage device carried in the unlocking request, the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device, and the identification of the target user.
After the server of the self-service storage device obtains the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device and the identification of the target user, the user identification of the target user can be respectively compared with the identification carried in the article information of each article stored in the self-service storage device, so that whether the identification of the target user exists in the identification carried in each article information is detected. When detecting that the identity of the target user exists in the identity carried by each item information, the server of the self-service storage device determines that the target item of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device, and at the moment, the server of the self-service storage device executes S207; when the server of the self-service storage device detects that the identification carried by each item information does not have the identification of the target user, the server of the self-service storage device determines that the target item of the target user is not stored in the self-service storage device, at the moment, the server of the self-service storage device can send first prompt information to the user terminal, and the first prompt information is used for prompting the target user that the target item of the target user is not stored in the self-service storage device.
In S207, if it is detected that the target object of the target user is stored in the self-service storage device based on the identification information, the object information, and the identification of the target user, the server of the self-service storage device determines an identification of a target storage bin where the target object is located, encrypts the identification of the target storage bin based on the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm to obtain unlocking information, and sends the unlocking information to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, because the article information of each article sent by the user terminal carries the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located, that is, each article information is used to describe the correspondence between the identity of the user to which the article belongs and the identity of the storage bin in which the article is located, when detecting that the identity of the target user exists in the identities carried by each article information, the server of the self-service storage device determines the identity of the storage bin corresponding to the identity of the target user as the identity of the target storage bin in which the target article of the target user is located.
After the identification of the target storage bin is determined, the server of the self-service storage device encrypts the identification of the target storage bin based on a pre-stored preset encryption algorithm to obtain unlocking information, and sends the unlocking information to the user terminal.
Based on the method, after the identification of the target storage bin is determined, the self-service storage device can also determine the target unlocking password of the target storage bin based on the corresponding relation between the pre-stored identification of each storage bin in the self-service storage device and the pre-stored unlocking password, encrypt the identification of the target storage bin and/or the target unlocking password based on the pre-stored encryption algorithm to obtain unlocking information, and send the unlocking information to the user terminal.
In S208, the user terminal receives and displays the unlocking information sent by the server.
S208 in this embodiment is the same as S108 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and please refer to the related description in S108, which is not repeated herein.
In S209, the self-service storage device, in response to the unlocking information input by the target user corresponding to the user terminal, decrypts the unlocking information according to the preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identifier of the target storage bin, and controls the target storage bin to unlock.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a preset encryption algorithm and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, which are pre-agreed with the user terminal and the server of the self-service storage device, are pre-stored in the self-service storage device, and based on this, after the self-service storage device receives the unlocking information input by the target user, the self-service storage device can decrypt the unlocking information based on the pre-stored preset decryption algorithm, so as to obtain the identifier of the target storage compartment and/or the target unlocking password carried in the unlocking information.
After the self-service storage device obtains the identification and/or the target unlocking password of the target storage bin, the target storage bin is controlled to be unlocked according to the identification and/or the target unlocking password of the target storage bin.
As an embodiment of the application, after controlling the target storage bin indicated by the unlocking information to be unlocked, before performing the next unlocking operation on the target storage bin, the self-service storage device may further include the following steps:
acquiring article information of the articles stored in the target storage bin based on a second preset time interval;
if the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is consistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is not taken out;
if the article information acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked is not consistent with the article information acquired before the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is taken out;
or if the article information is not acquired after the target storage bin is unlocked, determining that the target article is taken out.
As can be seen from the above, in the unlocking method provided by the embodiment, the information transmitted among the self-service storage device, the user terminal and the server of the self-service storage device is encrypted, so that the security of information transmission among the self-service storage device, the user terminal and the server of the self-service storage device is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an unlocking method according to another embodiment of the present application. in S301, the self-service storage device obtains a light intensity value collected by a light sensor in the target storage bin and obtains state information of a door bin alignment component in the target storage bin; the state information is used for describing the state of the door bin aligning component, the state of the door bin aligning component comprises a first state and a second state, the first state is used for marking that the door bin aligning component is aligned successfully, and the second state is used for marking that the door bin aligning component is not aligned successfully.
In this embodiment, the light sensor may be a visible light sensor or other types of light sensors, and the specific type of the light sensor is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
The door bin alignment component can comprise an alignment panel and an alignment groove. The door bin alignment part comprises two states, namely a first state and a second state. The first state is used for marking the door bin aligning component to be aligned successfully, for example, the first state is used for marking the door bin aligning component to be aligned successfully by a positioning panel and an aligning groove; the second state is used for identifying that the door bin alignment component is not aligned successfully, for example, the positioning panel and the alignment groove of the door bin alignment component are not aligned successfully. In this embodiment, when the door compartment alignment component of a certain storage compartment is in the first state, it indicates that the compartment door of the storage compartment is in the closed state; when the door bin aligning component of a certain storage bin is in the second state, the bin door of the storage bin is in the open state.
In this embodiment, self-service storing device after control target storing storehouse unblanked, acquires the light intensity value that the light sensor in the target storing storehouse was gathered and acquires the state information of door storehouse counterpoint part in the target storing storehouse. After the self-service storage device obtains the light intensity value collected by the light sensor in the target storage bin, the light intensity value is compared with a preset light intensity value threshold value. The preset light intensity value threshold may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, if the self-service storage device detects that the light intensity value acquired by the light sensor in the target storage bin is greater than or equal to the preset light intensity value threshold, S302 is executed; if the self-service storing device detects that the light intensity value collected by the light sensor in the target storing bin is smaller than the preset light intensity value threshold value, the state of the door bin alignment component of the target storing bin is detected, and if the state of the door bin alignment component of the target storing bin is detected to be a first state, S303 is executed.
In S302, if the self-service storage device detects that the light intensity value is greater than or equal to a preset light intensity value threshold, it is determined that the door of the target storage bin is in an open state.
In this embodiment, the self-service storing device detects that the light intensity value that light sensor gathered is greater than or equal to and predetermines the light intensity value threshold value, shows that target storing storehouse has a large amount of light to get into, and at this moment, self-service storing device confirms that the door in target storing storehouse is in the open mode.
In S303, if the self-service storage device detects that the light intensity value is smaller than the preset light intensity value threshold and the door compartment alignment component is in the first state, it is determined that the compartment door of the target storage compartment is in the closed state.
In practical application, because the light intensity values detected by the self-service storage device are smaller than the preset light intensity value threshold value at night and when the bin door of the storage bin is closed, when the self-service storage device detects that the light intensity values are smaller than the preset light intensity value threshold value, the self-service storage device cannot determine whether the bin door of the target storage bin is in a closed state or is at night at the current moment, and therefore whether the target storage bin is closed or not is determined based on the state of the door bin alignment component. The current moment refers to the moment when the light intensity value detected by the self-service storage device is smaller than a preset light intensity value threshold value.
Based on this, in this embodiment, self-service storing device still need confirm the state information of door storehouse counterpoint part when detecting that the light intensity value that light sensor gathered is less than preset light intensity value threshold value. If the self-service storage device detects that the door bin alignment component is in the first state, the bin door of the target storage bin is determined to be in the closed state. If the self-service storage device detects that the door bin alignment component is in the second state, the bin door of the target storage bin is determined to be in the open state, and the detection accuracy is improved.
As an embodiment of the application, an indicator light or an alarm can be further arranged in the self-service storage device. Based on this, self-service storing device can control the pilot lamp scintillation or the siren prolonged sound after confirming that the door in target storing storehouse is in the open mode to the door that the suggestion target user this target storing storehouse is in the open mode, and then the suggestion target user in time closes the door in target storing storehouse.
Above can see out, the method of unblanking that this embodiment provided, self-service storing device after control target storing storehouse unblanked, can also confirm whether the door in target storing storehouse is closed through light inductor and door storehouse counterpoint part for self-service storing device can remind the target user to close the door when the door in target storing storehouse is in the open mode, has improved self-service storing device's security.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
