Based on big data and cloud computing application technology, the invention can be used for the common masses, policemen and lawyers to handle the relevant certificates and the relevant services of the public security by only using one mobile phone, and consult the public security for handling the matters, in practical application, when the common masses and lawyers need to make relevant certificates, the common masses and lawyers do not need to go to a handling hall or send out the site for handling, and can use the mobile phone to submit relevant applications anywhere, and the system can finish the processing after receiving the application data for 3-5 minutes and feed back the application data to the applicant. The system has multiple functions, can provide multiple services such as household registration certification, temporary identity certification, crime-free record certification, civilian meaning and public welfare seeker for common people, provides household registration inquiry and the like for lawyers and case handling policemen, and can automatically process and feed back a handling result after the common people send applications through the functional application, automatically send audit prompts to managers of the units where the lawyers and the case handling policemen are located after the lawyers and the case handling policemen send related applications, and automatically process and feed back the handling result after the managers of the units pass the audit. The invention not only brings convenience to the transaction initiator, but also brings convenience to the basic level policemen, lightens the working pressure of the basic level unit, and simultaneously improves the working efficiency of the transaction initiator and the service efficiency of the public security organization. Based on the above, the invention has good application prospect.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (10)
1. A public security organization convenient service system is used for serving business handling requests of requesters and is characterized in that: comprises at least one service processing input unit, a safety authentication unit, at least one requester information database and at least one service processing result output unit;
the business handling input unit is used for receiving a business handling request of a requester; the business handling input unit also comprises a business handling input verification unit used for verifying the compliance of the information of the business handling request of the requester;
the safety authentication unit is used for monitoring and verifying the information safety in the service handling process and at least comprises the real-name verification of the identity information of a service handling requester;
the requester information database at least comprises a police service information database;
the transaction result output unit is used for outputting the service data called from the transaction item database.

The public security organization convenience service system of claim 2, wherein: the police affair information database stores data information of transacted business including but not limited to identity information, traffic management information, household information, entry and exit information, criminal civil information and administrative penalty information.

The public security organization convenience service system of claim 3, wherein: the front-end application of the police service online service system comprises but is not limited to a mobile end and a PC end, and the protection of the front-end application mode is not limited to a WeChat public platform, a mobile phone APP, a PC client, a PC-web end, a WeChat applet, a Paibao applet and a today's first-line applet.

The public security organization convenience service system of claim 4, wherein: the service handling input unit is modularly divided according to service types, including but not limited to the following service items: the system comprises a certification development module, a delivery management module, an housekeeping module, an entry and exit module, a supervision module, a civil and civil idea module and an inquiry module;
the certification issuing module comprises a household registration certification, a temporary identity card, a crime-free record certification, a lawyer inquiry of household registration information and a policeman case handling inquiry service;
the traffic management module comprises illegal inquiry, payment of a fine bill, payment of a deduction, payment of others on behalf of others and vehicle management service reservation;

The public security organization convenience service system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the security authentication unit performs living body detection and face recognition on the requester after the service handling input unit receives a service handling request of the requester every time, the security authentication unit is set to be free from secondary face recognition and detection within T minutes of a service handling interval of two times, and secondary verification is required if the time for the service handler to handle the service for the second time exceeds T minutes.

The public security organization convenience service system of claim 5, wherein: the police service online service system also comprises a service information intelligent matching module, wherein the service information intelligent matching module comprises a service demand description module, a service content database and a service demand processing module;
the service requirement description module is used for receiving fuzzy or specific service description requirements of a requester;
the business requirement database at least comprises all police transaction items, at least comprises names, transaction content summaries, transaction flow descriptions and the like of the transaction items, and the business requirement processing module intelligently matches the business content described in the business requirement description module with the business data recorded in the content database and arranges and outputs the business content from high to low according to the matching degree.
