Abstract

Background
In the prior art, the entries are divided into a standard information part and an additional information part for assisting the reference of the auditor, and the entries are divided into three states according to the audit progress: marking the submitted non-checked state as a state to be checked; marking the approved state as an 'approved' state; and marking the audit refusal as an audit refusal state. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for reviewing an item, including the steps of:
step 101: acquiring submitted target items;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the target entry includes standard information and auxiliary information.
Step 102: determining whether the target item is successfully submitted according to the historical item submitted by the submitter of the target item;
in embodiments of the present invention, a determination is made as to whether the target entry was successfully committed based on historical entries committed by the submitter of the target entry.
Specifically, in some embodiments, determining whether the target entry is successfully committed includes the sub-steps of:

Referring to fig. 2, a processing flow of the method for auditing entries according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown in the figure, and the specific scheme is as follows:
firstly, in addition to three states of 'waiting for audit', 'audit pass' and 'audit reject', a new type 'stock no audit' is added to indicate automatic pass.
Second, the check logic when the submitter submits the entry:
(1) Whether an item with the state of 'check pass' and the same standard information part exists in the history items of the submitting party or not is judged, if yes, the submitting fails, and the submitting party is informed that the same item already exists; if not, the commit is successful and the entry is binned.
(2) And searching whether an item with the state of 'audit pass' and the same standard information part exists in the total quantity of items. If yes, changing the entry state of the first step of warehousing into 'inventory is not required to be audited', and informing the submitter of submission and successful automatic auditing; if not, the entry status is changed to "to be audited" and the submitter is informed that the submission was successful and waits for audit.
And thirdly, logic during auditing.
After the state of an item with the state of 'to be audited' is changed into 'audit pass', all the item states which are the same with the item standard information and have the state of 'to be audited' are changed into 'stock is not required to be audited'.
And fourthly, the submitter checks the display logic of the page.
In the embodiment of the invention, the displayed page has four states of 'audit pass', 'audit reject', 'to be audited' and 'no audit required by stock'.
Specifically referring to fig. 3, a viewing page of the submitting party is shown, and it should be noted that in the scenario shown in fig. 3, the standard information in the entry may include: name, certificate type, certificate number, country/region, gender, etc., and the supplementary information may include: apply for remarks, audit remarks, etc., and accordingly, the entry state of each entry corresponds to the audit state in fig. 3.
It can be understood that, for other types of scenarios, a person skilled in the art may adaptively adjust the standard information and the auxiliary information in the entry according to a requirement, and the information type and the information amount of the standard information and the auxiliary information in the entry are not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.

after determining that the target entry is successfully committed, determining an entry status of the target entry according to a full size entry, comprising: step (1) warehousing the target item; step (2) judging whether the full entries have entries which have the same standard information as the target entries and the entry states of which are approved or not; if yes, determining that the item state of the target item is inventory-free and not required to be checked; if the target item does not exist, determining that the item state of the target item is to be audited; auditing the target item with the item state to be audited, and determining whether the item state of the target item is modified to be audited passed or audited rejected; after the item state of the target item is modified to be approved, the item states of all items which are the same as the standard information of the target item and have the item states to be approved are modified to be inventory-free and not to be approved; said step (1) step (2) allows for interchanging the order;
