For abnormal express mails, manual rechecking is needed, the express mail information can be removed from the abnormal express mail form module when the rechecking passes, the abnormal express mails are normally released, and customs personnel are informed to take corresponding measures when the rechecking cannot pass, so that the compliance of the checked goods is ensured.
If a new article is involved and image feature extraction is not performed before, the image features are extracted from the CT image and stored in the image feature storage module to generate new feature data for later use, so that the self-learning effect is achieved, and the problem that the inspection efficiency is influenced due to the fact that the stored information of the image feature storage module is updated too slowly is solved.

the processing device receives image data formed by scanning express mails by the CT equipment (8), compares the CT image with image characteristic data of a declaration article of a customs declaration form, and controls the electromagnetic lock (7) in communication connection with the processing device to be unlocked if the CT image of the express mail is matched with the image characteristic data;
if the CT image is not matched with the image characteristic data of the article declared by the customs declaration, the express is marked as an abnormal express, the processing device controls a motor (13) and an alarm (12) which are in communication connection with the processing device to be started, and the L-shaped shell (11) is moved out of the checking device main body (1) and gives an alarm.
