Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to solve the defect of poor working stability of a flexible touch screen caused by a non-flexible touch screen calibration scheme adopted for flexible touch screen calibration in the related art, a first embodiment of the present application provides a touch screen calibration method, which is applied to an entire electronic device, where a flexible touch screen is configured on the electronic device, as shown in fig. 1, which is a basic flow chart of the touch screen calibration method provided in this embodiment, the touch screen calibration method includes the following steps:
step 101, when a touch screen calibration instruction is received, controlling a display screen to display a preset calibration using interface.
Specifically, it is different from the case where a touch screen IC manufacturer calibrates a capacitance signal when a touch screen module is produced, in this embodiment, it is considered that on a flexible touch screen, because the display screen interferes with the touch screen very greatly and is unstable, the overall capacitance value cannot be kept as consistent as possible for each machine, and if the touch screen calibration is not performed in a Factory, it cannot be guaranteed that each touch screen can work in an optimal state.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when performing calibration on the flexible touch screen, interference of the display screen to the touch screen needs to be considered, and although the interference is minimum when the display screen does not operate, the display screen cannot be closed under the condition of the industrial and modular test, so that the calibration display interface of this embodiment should be an interface with the smallest display interference.
And 102, acquiring a capacitance detection value of a preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the touch detection points are selected from electrode intersections in the touch assembly of the flexible touch screen, and may be preset or randomly generated, and the number of the touch detection points may be single or multiple, and when the number of the touch detection points is multiple, the number of the touch detection points is preferably half of the number of all touch points on the flexible touch screen, and the touch detection points are uniformly distributed on the flexible touch screen. It should be understood that the capacitance detection value in this embodiment is a sampling capacitance value of a touch detection point acquired by the flexible touch screen when the flexible touch screen is powered on.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, before obtaining a capacitance detection value of a preset touch detection point of a flexible touch screen, the method further includes: detecting a touch interference index of a calibration use interface; judging whether the touch interference index is lower than a preset touch interference index threshold value or not; and if so, executing the step of acquiring the capacitance detection value of the preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in consideration of the fact that the touch screen calibration result is not ideal when the interference of the calibration user interface is large, the embodiment detects the interference index of the currently displayed calibration user interface before the capacitance detection value is obtained, and only continues to execute the subsequent process when the display interference is small, and if the display interference is large, the calibration user interface needs to be displayed and adjusted.
In other embodiments of this embodiment, before controlling the display screen to display the preset calibration usage interface, the method further includes: respectively detecting corresponding touch interference indexes when the display screen displays interfaces with different color values; comparing all the detected touch interference indexes; and determining the interface with the minimum touch interference index as the calibration use interface.
Specifically, different from the previous embodiment, in this embodiment, before the calibration user interface is displayed, that is, touch interference evaluation is performed on different types of display interfaces, and the interface with the minimum interference is determined, so as to ensure that the displayed calibration user interface is an interface suitable for touch screen calibration. It should be understood that the calibration considered in this embodiment uses a solid color interface, and through experiments, the interference magnitudes of the interfaces with different color values are ranked as: the pure black interface > pure red > pure white, and therefore, the pure white interface with the smallest interference is preferably adopted as the display interface for touch screen calibration in the embodiment, and it is ensured that the data obtained by calibration is more reliable.
And 103, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on the capacitance detection value.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the bottom layer driver calls a calibration interface provided by the touch screen IC to perform touch screen calibration, and the touch screen IC performs capacitance reference value calibration according to the capacitance detection value and feeds back a calibration result. It should be noted that the capacitance reference value of the present embodiment is a capacitance value used when the flexible touch screen detects whether there is a touch operation, and in practical applications, when the flexible touch screen determines whether there is a touch operation, the capacitance value detected in real time is compared with the capacitance reference value for determination.
It should be noted that the purpose of touch screen calibration is to enable a relatively pure whole capacitance data in the touch screen IC to be used as a support for a subsequent algorithm when the touch screen IC is shipped from a factory, so that a good calibration environment must be ensured during calibration, and a capacitance signal calibration performed when a touch screen IC manufacturer produces a module cannot know real external signal characteristics, so that a calibrated capacitance reference value may easily cause a touch function abnormality.
It should be further noted that, in this embodiment, the calibrated capacitance value data of the whole flexible touch screen may be stored in a flash inside the touch screen IC, and used as a reference for the subsequent touch screen IC during operation, unless calibration operation is performed again through the calibration interface of the touch screen, the data cannot be actively updated inside the touch screen IC, that is, the calibration data cannot be lost no matter whether the touch screen IC is reset or powered on or powered off, so that it can be ensured that the subsequent flexible touch screen can always maintain good touch performance after once calibration is performed when the whole flexible touch screen is shipped from a factory.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, obtaining the capacitance detection value of the preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen includes: and respectively acquiring the capacitance detection values of preset touch detection points of the flexible touch screen under different calibration use interfaces. Correspondingly, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on the capacitance detection value comprises: calculating a weighted average value of all capacitance detection values; and calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on the weighted average value.
Specifically, in the embodiment, it is considered that display interference degrees of different display interfaces are different in practical application, so that all interference types are considered, and the touch performance of the electronic device in different use scenes in the use process can be effectively ensured. In this embodiment, the capacitance values are respectively detected for different types of calibration using interfaces, weights are respectively set for different capacitance values, and then a reference capacitance value is obtained by performing weighted averaging and is used as a reference for performing capacitance reference value calibration. Of course, in other embodiments, after the capacitance detection values under different calibration use interfaces are obtained, one reference capacitance detection value may be determined from a plurality of capacitance detection values, and the capacitance reference value may be calibrated based on the determined reference capacitance detection value.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, before controlling the display screen to display the preset calibration usage interface, the method further includes: when an execution instruction corresponding to a factory mode test item is received, judging whether the factory mode test item comprises a touch screen calibration item; upon determining that the touch screen calibration item is included, a touch screen calibration instruction is generated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, an automated testing process of the touch screen is generally performed when the electronic device is shipped from a factory, so as to ensure that the touch screen does not have hardware problems such as short circuit of the sensor and abnormal capacitance value when shipped from the factory. In order to save the test execution time of the production line and improve the production line efficiency, in the factory mode software, the touch screen calibration item and the automatic test item are put together as a whole jig test item, that is, the touch screen calibration test item is added in the original jig touch screen automatic test flow, so that the production line flow and the production line flow which does not need to be subjected to factory calibration of the touch screen are kept consistent, thus effectively ensuring that the omission calibration of equipment does not occur in the production line production process and improving the production line efficiency.
Further, in some embodiments of the present embodiment, after calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on the capacitance detection value, the method further includes: calling a touch screen test item in the factory mode test items according to the touch screen test instruction; and acquiring a touch screen calibration evaluation index in the touch screen test result.
Specifically, when the calibration evaluation index of the touch screen is unqualified, the step of controlling the display screen to display the preset calibration using interface is returned. In this embodiment, after the flexible touch screen is calibrated, when a touch screen test item is executed, the touch screen calibration effect is detected to obtain a touch screen calibration evaluation index, and when the touch screen calibration evaluation index is not qualified, it may be returned to the touch screen calibration process to re-execute the touch screen calibration. In addition, in the embodiment, when the calibration fails, the bottom layer driver receives the calibration failure result and feeds back the result to the upper layer, and the tool and module software can display the calibration failure result on the interface when receiving the calibration failure result so as to provide reference for a technician.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for calibrating a capacitance reference value according to this embodiment, in some embodiments of this embodiment, calibrating a capacitance reference value of a flexible touch screen based on a capacitance detection value specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, calculating a capacitance difference value between a capacitance detection value and an original capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen;
step 202, comparing the capacitance difference value with a preset difference value threshold value;
and 203, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen from the original capacitance reference value to the target capacitance reference value according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the original capacitance reference value of this embodiment may be a capacitance reference value calibrated by a touch screen IC manufacturer when a module is produced, the difference threshold value of this embodiment is associated with a normal capacitance fluctuation value of the flexible touch screen, the normal capacitance fluctuation value of the flexible touch screen refers to a variation value of capacitance fluctuation of the flexible touch screen in the absence of touch, and in practical application, the difference threshold value may be N (N is a positive integer, for example, 4) times the normal capacitance fluctuation value.
Further, in some implementations of this embodiment, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen from the original capacitance reference value to the target capacitance reference value according to the comparison result includes: when the capacitance difference value is smaller than the difference threshold value, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen from the original capacitance reference value to the capacitance detection value; and when the capacitance difference value is larger than the difference threshold value, taking the difference threshold value as a compensation value of the original capacitance reference value, and calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen from the original capacitance reference value to the target capacitance reference value according to the compensation value.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if the capacitance difference is smaller than the difference threshold, it is indicated that the interference of the touch detection point is small, the obtained capacitance detection value may be selected as the calibrated capacitance reference value, and if the capacitance difference is larger than the difference threshold, it is indicated that the touch detection point is greatly interfered, at this time, the original capacitance reference value and the capacitance detection value are both regarded as the capacitance reference value, which is inaccurate, the difference threshold is used to compensate the original capacitance reference value to obtain the calibrated capacitance reference value.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, when the touch screen calibration instruction is received, the display screen is controlled to display a preset calibration using interface; acquiring a capacitance detection value of a preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen; and calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on the capacitance detection value. Through the implementation of this application scheme, when carrying out flexible touch screen calibration, consider the interference of display screen to flexible touch screen in, can effectively promote flexible touch screen's calibration accuracy, strengthen flexible touch screen's job stabilization nature, can give the more extremely touch operation experience of user.
The method in fig. 3 is a refined touch screen calibration method provided in a second embodiment of the present application, and the touch screen calibration method includes:
step 301, when an execution instruction corresponding to the factory mode test item is received, generating a touch screen calibration instruction according to a touch screen calibration item in the factory mode test item.
In this embodiment, in order to save the test execution time of producing the line, promote production line efficiency, in factory mode software, put touch-sensitive screen calibration item and automation test item together as a holistic worker's mould test item, also add touch-sensitive screen calibration test item in original worker's mould touch-sensitive screen automation test flow, make the flow of producing the line keep unanimous with the production line flow that need not carry out the touch-sensitive screen calibration of leaving the factory, can effectively guarantee like this to produce the line production in-process and can not appear equipment omission calibration, the production line efficiency has also been promoted simultaneously.
And 302, respectively detecting corresponding touch interference indexes when the display screen displays interfaces with different color values.
And 303, controlling the display screen to display the interface with the minimum touch interference index as a calibration use interface.
In this embodiment, the display screen cannot be closed under the condition of the industrial and model test, so that the calibration display interface of this embodiment should be an interface with the smallest display interference. The calibration used interface considered in this embodiment is a pure color interface, and interference evaluation is performed on each pure color interface to determine the interface with the minimum interference.
And 304, acquiring a capacitance detection value of a preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen.
In this embodiment, the capacitance detection value of this embodiment is a sampling capacitance value of a touch detection point obtained by the flexible touch screen when the flexible touch screen is powered on, and the touch detection point is a point selected from electrode intersections in a touch assembly of the flexible touch screen.
And 305, calculating a capacitance difference value between the capacitance detection value and the original capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen.
Specifically, the original capacitance reference value of this embodiment may be a capacitance reference value calibrated by a touch screen IC manufacturer when the module is produced.
And step 306, calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen from the original capacitance reference value to the target capacitance reference value according to the comparison result of the capacitance difference value and the preset difference value threshold value.
In this embodiment, the difference threshold is associated with a normal capacitance fluctuation value of the flexible touch screen, where the normal capacitance fluctuation value of the flexible touch screen refers to a variation value of capacitance floating up and down when the flexible touch screen is not touched.
In addition, in this embodiment, if the capacitance difference is smaller than the difference threshold, the acquired capacitance detection value may be selected as the calibrated capacitance reference value, and if the capacitance difference is larger than the difference threshold, the difference threshold is used to compensate the original capacitance reference value to obtain the calibrated target capacitance reference value.
And 307, storing the target capacitance reference value into a flash inside the touch screen IC.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the calibrated whole capacitance value data is stored to be used as a reference for the working of a subsequent touch screen IC, unless calibration operation is performed again through a calibration interface of the touch screen, the data cannot be actively updated inside the touch screen IC, that is, no matter whether the touch screen IC is reset or is subjected to power-on and power-off operation, the calibration data cannot be lost, and thus, after once calibration is performed when the whole machine leaves a factory, the subsequent flexible touch screen can always maintain good touch performance.
It should be understood that, the size of the serial number of each step in this embodiment does not mean the execution sequence of the step, and the execution sequence of each step should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not be limited uniquely to the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a touch screen calibration method, which comprises the steps of generating a touch screen calibration instruction according to a touch screen calibration item in a factory mode test item; respectively detecting touch interference indexes of the display screen when the display screen displays interfaces with different color values, and controlling the display screen to display the interface with the minimum touch interference index as a calibration using interface; acquiring a capacitance detection value of a preset touch detection point of the flexible touch screen; calibrating the capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen based on a capacitance difference value between the capacitance detection value and the original capacitance reference value of the flexible touch screen and a preset difference threshold value; and storing the calibrated capacitance reference value. By implementing the scheme, when the flexible touch screen is calibrated, the interference of the display screen to the flexible touch screen is considered, so that the calibration accuracy of the flexible touch screen can be effectively improved, the working stability of the flexible touch screen is enhanced, and more extreme touch operation experience can be provided for a user; in addition, a touch screen calibration item is added in the original automatic testing process of the industrial and modular touch screen, so that the production line leakage calibration rate can be effectively reduced, and the overall production line efficiency can be improved.
