Claims (10)

1. An optical cement leveling device for a touch screen, the device comprising:
the device comprises a sealing box, at least one operation block, at least one moving block, a first hot air blower, a first main air pipe, a diverter valve, at least one first air pipe, at least one air nozzle, at least one first support and a touch screen placing partition plate;
the sealing box is a transparent box, an ultraviolet blocking film is attached to the outer surface of the sealing box, the operation block is located on the upper surface of the sealing box, the front surface of the sealing box is provided with an openable sealing door, a touch screen placing partition plate is arranged in the sealing box, the moving block is a magnetic block and a strong magnet, the operation block and the moving block are in one-to-one correspondence, the first supports and the moving block are in one-to-one correspondence, and the moving block is adsorbed on the inner top surface of the sealing box through the operation block; one end of a first main air pipe is connected with an air outlet of a first air heater, the other end of the first main air pipe is connected with one end of a first air pipe through a flow divider, an air valve is arranged on each first air pipe and located outside a sealing box, at least one first air hole is formed in the side face of the sealing box, the first air pipes correspond to the first air holes one to one, the first air pipes correspond to the air nozzles one to one, the other end of each first air pipe penetrates through the corresponding first air hole and then is connected with the air nozzles in the sealing box, a moving block corresponds to the first air pipes one to one, one end of a first support is fixedly connected with the moving block, the other end of the first support is fixedly connected with the side face of the air nozzles, and the air nozzles corresponding.
2. The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, wherein the sealing box is a glass box, and the thickness of the sealing box is greater than or equal to 0.2cm and less than or equal to 0.8 cm.

The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, wherein a separation net is arranged in the sealing box, the edge of the separation net is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sealing box, and the separation net is positioned between the air faucet and the touch screen placing partition plate.

The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, wherein sliding grooves are formed in the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the sealing box, two ends of the touch screen placing partition plate are respectively connected with the sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are embedded in the sliding grooves, and the touch screen placing partition plate is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the sealing box through the sliding blocks.

The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, further comprising at least one sealing ring or gasket, wherein the sealing ring or gasket is in one-to-one correspondence with the first air hole, and the sealing ring or gasket is used for sealing a joint of the first air hole and the first air pipe.
7. The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, wherein when the device has a plurality of operation blocks, the operation block side surfaces and the upper surface are provided with magnetic shielding layers.

The touch screen optical cement leveling device according to claim 1, wherein the device comprises at least one clamp, the clamp corresponds to the first air tube one to one, the first air tube penetrates through the corresponding clamp, the clamp is used for fixing the first air tube, and the outer wall of the clamp is fixedly connected with a moving block corresponding to the first air tube.
