A fracture alternating current withstand voltage test method of an alternating current field circuit breaker comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the ac field breaker fracture ac withstand voltage test system disclosed in this embodiment includes a plurality of groups of connection strings 1, each connection string further includes two groups of bus-bar disconnecting switches, three groups of breakers 11 and four groups of breaker disconnecting switches, where the breaker disconnecting switches are always in a closing state in the breaker fracture withstand voltage test process, the breakers 11 adopt double-break breakers, and the connection strings 1 further include four groups of isolating switches in the closing state. Two ends of the plurality of groups of connecting strings 1 are respectively and electrically connected with a first bus group 2 and a second bus group 3.
The first bus group 2 comprises A, B, C three-phase buses, the second bus group 3 comprises D, E, F three-phase buses, and the A, B, C three-phase buses are respectively and sequentially and correspondingly electrically connected with D, E, F three-phase buses through the interconnecting string 1; bus disconnecting link 12 is arranged at both ends of the connecting string 1; the double-break circuit breaker is positioned between two groups of bus knife switches 12, and a temporary grounding wire 5 for grounding is hung in the middle of a break of the circuit breaker 11.
The contact string 1 is provided with two groups of short-circuit copper wires 4, and the two groups of short-circuit copper wires 4 are positioned between the two groups of bus bar disconnecting links.
The embodiment also discloses a fracture alternating-current withstand voltage test method of the alternating-current field breaker, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, bus knife switches 12 at two ends of a connecting string 1 where a test breaker is positioned are arranged in a closing state, and the test breaker 11 is disconnected;
secondly, a group of connecting strings 1 and the connecting strings 1 where the test circuit breaker 11 is positioned are selected at will to form a loop, and bus disconnecting links 12 at two ends of the connecting strings 1 are operated to a closing state;
connecting a high-voltage end of alternating-current withstand voltage test equipment to the first bus group 2 or the second bus group 3, and performing pressurizing operation on the three-phase buses;
fourthly, completing the full-field breaker 11 fracture alternating current withstand voltage test through manually hanging the temporary grounding wire 5 for a plurality of times and switching operation of the breaker 11.
When only a single-phase or double-phase bus is pressurized, firstly, corresponding electrified phases of bus disconnecting links 12 at two ends of a connecting string 1 where a test breaker is positioned are set in a closing state, and the test breaker 11 is disconnected; secondly, a group of connecting strings 1 and the connecting string 1 where the test breaker 11 is positioned are selected at will to form a loop, and only the bus disconnecting link 12 corresponding to the electrified bus in the connecting string 1 is operated to a closing state; thirdly, connecting the high-voltage end of the alternating-current withstand voltage test equipment to the electrified phase of the first bus group 2 or the second bus group 3, installing two groups of short-circuit copper wires 4 on bus knife switches 12 at two ends of a connecting string 1 where a test breaker 11 is positioned, and performing pressurizing operation on any one single-phase or double-phase bus and D, E, F of the A, B, C three-phase buses; fourthly, completing the full-field breaker 11 fracture alternating current withstand voltage test through manually hanging the temporary grounding wire 5 and the switching operation of the breaker 11.
Therefore, when the current of the test reactor meets the requirement, the bus bar disconnecting link 12 at the two ends of the connecting string 1 where the test breaker 11 is positioned is firstly set in a closing state, and the test breaker 11 is disconnected; then, a group of connecting strings 1 and the connecting string 1 where the test breaker 11 is positioned are selected at will to form a loop, and the bus disconnecting link 12 of the connecting string 1 is operated to a closing state; connecting a high-voltage end of the alternating-current withstand voltage test equipment to the first bus bar group 2 or the second bus bar group 3, and simultaneously performing pressurizing operation on the three-phase bus bars; under the condition of not moving the test device, the full-field breaker 11 fracture alternating current withstand voltage test is finally completed through switching operation and manual hanging of the temporary grounding wire 5; after the alternating current withstand voltage of the break of the 3 groups of circuit breakers 11 of the test strings is finished, exchanging other test strings with the current test string, and finally exchanging the test string with the connecting string 1 to finish the alternating current withstand voltage test of the break of the full-field circuit breaker 11.
When the current capacity of the test reactor is not satisfied, only one single-phase or double-phase bus or D, E, F three-phase bus of the A, B, C three-phase buses is pressurized, and the short copper wires 4 are arranged on the bus disconnecting link 12 of the test string, so that the A, B, C three-phase equipment in the connecting string can be electrified by only closing the bus disconnecting link corresponding to the electrified phase bus.
