The construction air exchange device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of air deflectors (14) are arranged in the rectangular through hole of the first end cover (101) at equal intervals, a rotating rod (15) is rotatably inserted and connected to the middle of the plurality of air deflectors (14), two ends of the rotating rod (15) are fixedly connected to inner walls of two sides of the through hole, and a wear-resistant washer (16) is fixedly inserted and connected to the connecting position of the plurality of air deflectors (14) and the rotating rod (15).
6. The construction air exchange device according to claim 5, wherein a connecting rod (17) is attached to one side of the air deflectors (14), and one side of the connecting rod (17) is rotatably connected with the connecting rods (17) through pin shafts (18).

The construction air exchange device according to claim 2, wherein the sides of the outer wall of the rectangular frame (102) are fixedly connected with mounting plates (19), one side of each mounting plate (19) is fixedly connected with an elastic rubber pad (20), and a plurality of fixing through holes (21) are formed in the middle parts of the mounting plates (19) and the elastic rubber pads (20) at equal intervals.
8. The construction air exchange device according to claim 2, wherein a concave clamping groove is annularly formed in the inner wall of the rectangular through hole of the second end cover (103), and a dust screen (22) is clamped in the inner cavity of the concave clamping groove.
9. The construction air exchange device according to claim 2, wherein a strip-shaped through hole (23) is formed in the top end of the second end cover (103), and the length of the strip-shaped through hole (23) is larger than that of the rectangular cavity.
10. The construction air exchange device according to claim 1, wherein the water pump (8) and the driving motor (4) are electrically connected with an external power supply through external switches respectively.
