Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioning equipment with water curtain dust removal function disclosed by the invention comprises an outer shell 1, wherein an air inlet 11 is arranged at the side surface of one end of the outer shell 1 in the length direction, a fresh air inlet 13 is arranged at the position, close to the air inlet 11, of the top surface of the outer shell 1, an air blower 14 is arranged at one end, far away from the fresh air inlet 13, of the top surface of the outer shell 1, a protective shell 15 is arranged on the periphery of the air blower 14, an air outlet 12 is arranged at the side surface, far away from the air inlet 11, of the protective shell. In this embodiment, the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are both communicated with the inside of a cotton production workshop, the fresh air port 13 is communicated with the external environment, air in the production workshop directionally enters the outer shell 1 from the air inlet 11 and flows out from the air outlet 12 under the action of the air blower 14, and the air inlet of the air inlet 11 simultaneously drives the external air to enter from the fresh air port 13. The fresh air port 13 is arranged for reducing the condition of over-high carbon dioxide content in a production workshop, and the effect of improving the air quality in the production workshop is easily achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the outer shell 1, an air inlet guide shutter 2, a cotton dust filter screen 35, a wet film 5 and an inner temperature adjusting component 6 are sequentially arranged along the flowing direction of air, a water retaining shutter 4 is connected and arranged between the wet film 5 and the top wall of the outer shell 1, a first-stage support plate 21 is arranged between the bottom of the air inlet guide shutter 2 and the outer shell 1, a second-stage support plate 81 is arranged between the bottom of the cotton dust filter screen 35 and the outer shell 1, a third-stage support plate 41 is arranged between the bottom of the wet film 5 and the outer shell 1, and a fourth-stage support plate 64 is arranged between the bottom of the. The bottom of shell body 1 is formed with effluent water sump 8 and clean water reservoir 9, and the both sides wall of effluent water sump 8 is tertiary backup pad 41 and one-level backup pad 21 respectively, and the both sides wall of clean water reservoir 9 is tertiary backup pad 41 and the lateral wall that shell body 1 kept away from air intake 11 one end respectively, and tertiary backup pad 41 surface is provided with sewage filter screen 411. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a spray pipe 31 is disposed on the top of the cotton dust filter screen 35, spray heads 32 are connected to both sides of the spray pipe 31, the spray heads 32 are connected to a spray water pump 33 (refer to fig. 3), the spray water pump 33 is connected to a municipal tap water pipeline through a water pump, and the spray heads 32 are respectively disposed on both sides of the cotton dust filter screen 35 and disposed toward the cotton dust filter screen 35. The water in the clear water tank 9 is further settled and separated through the settling and separating tank 92, and the supernatant in the settling and separating tank 92 flows out through the clear liquid overflow port 921 and is recycled through the spray water pump 33 and the humidifying water pump 53, so that the effect of saving water resources is achieved. In the practical implementation process, in order to meet the requirement of integration, the sedimentation separation tank 92 can be replaced by a centrifugal separator, a clear liquid outlet of the centrifugal separator is connected with the spray water pump 33 and the humidifying water pump 53, and the centrifugal separator is arranged in the inner space of the outer shell 1, so that the integration of the air conditioning equipment can be effectively improved, and the occupied space of the equipment can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a liquid level sensor 93 is further disposed in the clean water reservoir 9, and a water replenishing port 94 is disposed on a side wall of the clean water reservoir 9, and the water replenishing port 94 is connected to a municipal water supply pipe. In the operation process of the air conditioning equipment, water is continuously consumed due to the evaporation effect, the water levels in the clean water reservoir 9 and the sewage reservoir 8 are monitored through the liquid level sensor 93, and if the water levels are too low, the water in the clean water reservoir 9 and the sewage reservoir 8 is supplemented through the water replenishing port 94, so that the dry suction condition of each water pump is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the louvers of the air inlet guide louver 2 and the water blocking louver 4 are all arranged obliquely downward and toward the cotton dust filter screen 35, and the air inlet guide louver 2 can guide air entering the air conditioning equipment to be obliquely blown downward onto the cotton dust filter screen 35, so that the cotton dust filter screen 35 is more prone to blocking cotton dust in the air. In addition, because the weight of the cotton dust is large, when the air is guided downwards by the air inlet guide shutter 2, the cotton dust is easier to move downwards to the sewage tank 8 due to the gravity of the cotton dust, and the cotton dust removing capacity of the air conditioning equipment is further improved. Meanwhile, as the spray head 32 inevitably has water drops to sputter outside when spraying water, the air inlet guide shutter 2 and the water retaining shutter 4 can both play a role in blocking the sputtered water drops, and meanwhile, as the shutters of the air inlet guide shutter 2 and the water retaining shutter 4 are uniformly inclined downwards and are arranged towards the cotton dust filter screen 35, the water drops blocked by the air inlet guide shutter and the water retaining shutter can be finally introduced into the sewage tank 8 for collection, thereby reducing the possibility of water accumulation phenomenon existing in the air conditioning equipment due to long-term use.

The temperature sensor is arranged in the production workshop, the temperature sensor can measure and sense the actual temperature in the production workshop, information of the temperature is converted into an electric signal to be transmitted to the frequency converter 16, and the frequency converter 16 can adjust the running power of the compressor so as to realize temperature adjustment. The air conditioning equipment can remove cotton dust in the air while adjusting the temperature in the production workshop, and effectively improves the working environment in the production workshop.
The spray water pump 33 sprays clean tap water to the surface of the cotton dust filter screen 35 from two sides through the spray head, the cotton dust filter screen 35 can collect cotton dust in the air and block the cotton dust on the surface of the cotton dust filter screen 35, and the spray water pipe 31 can wet the cotton dust in the air to increase the weight and drop the cotton dust so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Meanwhile, the spraying water pipe 31 can also wash the cotton dust on the surface of the cotton dust filter screen 35 to the sewage tank 8 below, so that the situation that the cotton dust on the surface of the cotton dust filter screen 35 is too much accumulated to block and prevent wind after the air conditioning equipment works for a long time is reduced. In the using process of the air conditioning equipment, cotton dust is removed by adopting a water curtain dust removal mode, so that the humidity of the air can be increased after dust removal, excessive moisture can be accumulated on fan blades of the air blower 14 when the air with excessive humidity passes through the air blower 14, short circuit of internal circuits of the air blower 14 is easily caused under the condition of long-time use, and parts in the air blower 14 are easily damaged due to corrosion, so that the condenser 62 is arranged at a position close to the air blower 14, high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas in the compressor flows in from one end, close to the air blower 14, of the condenser 62, heat energy in the refrigerant gas can be used for dehumidifying the air and the air blower 14 firstly, on one hand, the utilization rate of waste heat in the condenser 62 can be improved, and on the other hand, the service life of the air blower 14 can also be prolonged.
During the production of cotton products, it is necessary to control the humidity in the production plant and to bring it within a suitable range. When the humidity in the production workshop is too high, the moisture regain of cotton in the production workshop is easy to increase (the moisture regain of cotton is the percentage of the moisture content in the cotton to the weight of dry fibers), so that the cotton is easy to kink or rot and deteriorate in the production or storage process; if the humidity in the production workshop is too low, the moisture regain of cotton is easily reduced, so that the fiber strength of cotton is reduced, the cotton is more easily broken by machinery and short fibers are formed, the cotton dust content in the workshop is increased, and the yarn forming strength of cotton is reduced, so that the humidity in the production workshop is generally controlled, and the moisture regain of the cotton in the production workshop is within the range of 7% -9% under the humidity condition within the range.
