本发明公开了一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置,包括装置主体、鼓风机和紫外线照射灯,所述装置主体的内部依次设置有粉尘收集腔、气体干燥腔和气体净化腔,所述装置主体顶端的一侧安装有鼓风机,所述鼓风机的一侧安装有第一水泵,且第一水泵的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔内部的顶端安装有输水管和喷头,所述气体干燥腔内部的两端均匀设置有加热灯管,所述气体净化腔的内部依次活动安装有HEPA过滤层和活性炭过滤层,且活性炭过滤层一侧的两端分别安装有紫外线照射灯和制冷器,所述紫外线照射灯的一侧设置有抽风机和出风口,所述装置主体的一侧安装有控制器。本发明净化较完全、节约水资源,可以对制热或者制冷,改善生产车间的工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料生产技术领域,具体为一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置。
背景技术
复混肥是复混肥料的简称,是含有多种植物所需矿物质元素或其他养分的肥料,生产复合肥的过程中,生产车间可能产生大量粉尘和有害气体,危害身体健康,所以需要一种空气净化装置对生产车间内的空气进行净化;
现有的空气净化装置存在净化不完全的问题,通过将气体抽取至水箱内部吸收空气中的粉尘,较为浪费水资源,功能较为单一,不能改善生产车间的温度情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的净化不完全,浪费水资源和功能单一问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置,包括装置主体、鼓风机和紫外线照射灯,所述装置主体的内部通过隔板依次设置有粉尘收集腔、气体干燥腔和气体净化腔,所述装置主体顶端的一侧通过螺栓安装有鼓风机,且鼓风机的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔的内部,所述鼓风机的一侧安装有第一水泵,且第一水泵的一侧设置有储水箱,所述第一水泵的输入端延伸至储水箱的内部,所述第一水泵的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔内部的顶端安装有输水管,且输水管的底端均匀设置有喷头,所述储水箱的一端安装有第二水泵,且第二水泵的输入端延伸至粉尘收集腔内部的底端,所述第二水泵的输出端延伸至储水箱的内部,所述气体干燥腔内部的两端均匀设置有加热灯管,所述气体干燥腔的内侧壁上安装有温度传感器,所述气体净化腔的一端铰接安装有活动门,所述气体净化腔的内部通过滑槽依次活动安装有HEPA过滤层和活性炭过滤层,且活性炭过滤层远离HEPA过滤层一侧的两端分别安装有紫外线照射灯和制冷器,所述紫外线照射灯的一侧设置有抽风机固定在气体净化腔的内侧壁上,所述抽风机的一侧设置有出风口,且出风口上设置有防尘网,所述装置主体的一侧安装有控制器,所述装置主体顶端的一侧安装有空气质量传感器,且空气质量传感器和温度传感器的输出端与控制器的输入端通过导线电性连接,所述控制器的输出端与鼓风机、第一水泵、抽风机、紫外线照射灯、制冷器和第二水泵的输入端通过导线电连接。
优选的,所述装置主体的底端安装有底座,且底座底端的四个拐角处均安装有万向轮,且万向轮的一端均设置有制动装置。
优选的,所述粉尘收集腔的内部滑动设置有抽屉,且抽屉的底端设置有滤网。
优选的,所述鼓风机的输入端设置有集风口,且集风口的输入端设置有防尘网。
优选的,所述储水箱顶端的一侧设置有进水口,且储水箱一侧的底端设置有出水口。
优选的,所述气体干燥腔两侧的侧壁上均匀设置有通风孔,且气体干燥腔靠近粉尘收集腔一侧的通风孔位于侧壁上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置通过在粉尘收集腔内部的顶端设置多个喷头,可以对进入粉尘收集腔内部的空气进行喷水,水雾吸附住空气中的粉尘,净化效果好,杂质落在抽屉的内部,剩余用水落到粉尘收集腔内部的底端,通过设置第二水泵,将粉尘收集腔内部过滤之后的水抽取至储水箱内部循环使用,节约资源,通过设置HEPA过滤层活性炭过滤层和紫外线照射灯,可以对空气进行多级净化,净化效果更好,通过设置气体烘干腔,可以对除尘之后的气体进行烘干,本发明通过在气体净化腔的顶端安装制冷器,当空气温度过高时,可以对气体进行冷却,使得车间的温度适宜,提高工作人员的生产积极性,提高工作效率。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置,包括装置主体1、鼓风机6和紫外线照射灯16,装置主体1的底端安装有底座22,且底座22底端的四个拐角处均安装有万向轮21,且万向轮21的一端均设置有制动装置,便于装置的移动,装置主体1的内部通过隔板依次设置有粉尘收集腔4、气体干燥腔11和气体净化腔13,装置主体1顶端的一侧通过螺栓安装有鼓风机6,鼓风机6的型号可为TB125-3,鼓风机6的输入端设置有集风口26,且集风口26的输入端设置有防尘网,避免大的杂质颗粒进入鼓风机6内部造成鼓风机6的损坏,鼓风机6的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔4的内部,鼓风机6的一侧安装有第一水泵7,第一水泵7的型号可为ZQB-12V,且第一水泵7的一侧设置有储水箱9,储水箱9顶端的一侧设置有进水口,且储水箱9 一侧的底端设置有出水口,便于及时补充或者更换储水箱9内部的水,第一水泵7的输入端延伸至储水箱9的内部,第一水泵7的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔4内部的顶端安装有输水管5,且输水管5的底端均匀设置有喷头8,储水箱9的一端安装有第二水泵23,第二水泵23的型号可为ZQB-12V,且第二水泵23的输入端延伸至粉尘收集腔4内部的底端,第二水泵23的输出端延伸至储水箱9的内部,粉尘收集腔4的内部滑动设置有抽屉3,且抽屉3的底端设置有滤网2,可以对水进行过滤,然后将抽屉3取出对收集的粉尘进行清理,气体干燥腔11内部的两端均匀设置有加热灯管10,气体干燥腔11的内侧壁上安装有温度传感器20,温度传感器20的型号可为WRM-101,气体干燥腔11两侧的侧壁上均匀设置有通风孔19,且气体干燥腔11靠近粉尘收集腔4一侧的通风孔19位于侧壁上方,便于空气的流动,气体净化腔13的一端铰接安装有活动门24,气体净化腔13的内部通过滑槽依次活动安装有HEPA过滤层18和活性炭过滤层17,且活性炭过滤层17远离HEPA过滤层18一侧的两端分别安装有紫外线照射灯16和制冷器27,紫外线照射灯16的型号可为BFDUV,制冷器27的型号可为UDL-950W,紫外线照射灯16的一侧设置有抽风机14固定在气体净化腔13的内侧壁上,抽风机14的型号可为FY-100P,抽风机14的一侧设置有出风口15,且出风口15上设置有防尘网,装置主体1的一侧安装有控制器25,控制器25的型号可为ARGUS,装置主体1顶端的一侧安装有空气质量传感器12,空气质量传感器12的型号可为TGS2600,且空气质量传感器12和温度传感器20的输出端与控制器25的输入端通过导线电性连接,控制器25的输出端与鼓风机6、第一水泵7、抽风机14、紫外线照射灯16、制冷器27和第二水泵23的输入端通过导线电连接。
工作原理:使用时,首先通过空气质量传感器12检测生产车间的空气质量,当空气质量不好使,通过控制器25打开鼓风机6和抽风机14的开关,鼓风机6将生产车间内的空气抽取至粉尘收集腔4的内部,接着通过控制器25打开第一水泵7和第二水泵23的开关,第一水泵7将储水箱9内部的水抽取至输水管5的内部,通过喷头8喷洒出来,吸附空气中的粉尘,经过滤网2的过滤之后,水流到粉尘收集腔4的底端,第二水泵23再将水抽取至储水箱9的内部循环使用,接着通过控制器25打开加热灯管10的开关,加热灯管10对空气进行烘干,接着空气进入气体净化腔13内部,依次经过HEPA过滤层18、活性炭过滤层17和紫外线照射灯16的净化之后,从出风口15排到外界,通过温度传感器20可以检测空气的温度,当温度过高时,可以打开27的开关,制冷器27进行制冷,使得车间的温度适宜。

1.一种复混肥生产车间用空气净化装置,包括装置主体(1)、鼓风机(6)和紫外线照射灯(16),其特征在于:所述装置主体(1)的内部通过隔板依次设置有粉尘收集腔(4)、气体干燥腔(11)和气体净化腔(13),所述装置主体(1)顶端的一侧通过螺栓安装有鼓风机(6),且鼓风机(6)的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔(4)的内部,所述鼓风机(6)的一侧安装有第一水泵(7),且第一水泵(7)的一侧设置有储水箱(9),所述第一水泵(7)的输入端延伸至储水箱(9)的内部,所述第一水泵(7)的输出端延伸至粉尘收集腔(4)内部的顶端安装有输水管(5),且输水管(5)的底端均匀设置有喷头(8),所述储水箱(9)的一端安装有第二水泵(23),且第二水泵(23)的输入端延伸至粉尘收集腔(4)内部的底端,所述第二水泵(23)的输出端延伸至储水箱(9)的内部,所述气体干燥腔(11)内部的两端均匀设置有加热灯管(10),所述气体干燥腔(11)的内侧壁上安装有温度传感器(20),所述气体净化腔(13)的一端铰接安装有活动门(24),所述气体净化腔(13)的内部通过滑槽依次活动安装有HEPA过滤层(18)和活性炭过滤层(17),且活性炭过滤层(17)远离HEPA过滤层(18)一侧的两端分别安装有紫外线照射灯(16)和制冷器(27),所述紫外线照射灯(16)的一侧设置有抽风机(14)固定在气体净化腔(13)的内侧壁上,所述抽风机(14)的一侧设置有出风口(15),且出风口(15)上设置有防尘网,所述装置主体(1)的一侧安装有控制器(25),所述装置主体(1)顶端的一侧安装有空气质量传感器(12),且空气质量传感器(12)和温度传感器(20)的输出端与控制器(25)的输入端通过导线电性连接,所述控制器(25)的输出端与鼓风机(6)、第一水泵(7)、抽风机(14)、紫外线照射灯(16)、制冷器(27)和第二水泵(23)的输入端通过导线电连接。
