Background
The accessory drive system is an important subsystem of the engine, and the power transmission of the accessory drive system is to transmit the torque generated by the combustion of the engine to each accessory through a crankshaft and a crankshaft pulley by a V-belt. The crankshaft pulley drives each accessory to rotate through the multi-wedge belt, wherein the generator and the air-conditioning compressor are important components of an engine accessory driving system, and the vibration noise performance of the engine and the whole vehicle can be influenced by the mode height of the generator and the air-conditioning compressor because the weight of the alternating current generator and the air-conditioning compressor is relatively heavy, and the mechanical vibration can be generated by the rotation motion of a generator rotor and the reciprocating motion of a compressor plunger piston in the working process of the generator and the air-conditioning compressor. In accessory drive systems, the air conditioning compressor is typically placed at the tight side of the system, since the drive torque required by the air conditioning compressor is greatest among all the accessories. The generator arrangement also needs to be located close to the system, typically immediately after the air conditioning compressor. For the engine body, the engine body comprises a cylinder body, a cylinder cover and an oil pan, and corresponding mounting points are required to be provided for the generator and the compressor in structural design.

Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
In the following description, various parameters and components are described for different configurations of embodiments, and these specific parameters and components are only by way of example and do not limit the embodiments of the present application.
An embodiment according to the invention is shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 3, where it can be seen that: the engine accessory drive system includes: a crankshaft pulley 1; an alternator 4 driven by the crank pulley through a belt; a tensioner 7 for tensioning the belt; an idler 8; and a first auxiliary bracket 5 provided between the alternator and the engine for reducing vibration of the alternator. The first auxiliary support is designed according to the first-order mode shape of the alternator, namely, the constraint is exerted in the direction of the first-order mode shape of the alternator. The first order mode shape may be obtained by finite element analysis or experimental mode analysis. The vibration of the alternating-current generator can be effectively reduced through the first auxiliary support, and the vibration noise of the engine accessory driving system is reduced.
The first auxiliary bracket is connected to the alternator and the engine by bolts 9, and at least two mounting points for bolts are provided on the alternator and the engine, respectively (refer to fig. 2 and 3).
The first auxiliary bracket is arranged between the alternator 4 and the engine head 6 or between the alternator 4 and the engine block 3.
The engine accessory drive system also includes an air conditioning compressor 2, which is belt driven by the crank pulley. The engine accessory drive system further includes a second auxiliary mount disposed between the air conditioning compressor and the engine for reducing vibration of the air conditioning compressor. The second auxiliary support can effectively reduce the vibration of the air-conditioning compressor and reduce the vibration noise of the engine accessory driving system. The second auxiliary bracket is designed according to a first-order vibration mode of the air conditioner compressor. The second auxiliary support is connected with the air conditioner compressor and the engine through bolts respectively, and at least two mounting points for the bolts are arranged on the air conditioner compressor and the engine respectively. The second auxiliary support is arranged between the air-conditioning compressor and an engine cylinder cover or between the air-conditioning compressor and the engine cylinder body.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first-order mounting mode of an engine accessory through finite element mode analysis or test mode analysis, and designing an auxiliary support (a first auxiliary support and a second auxiliary support) based on the first-order mode vibration mode, wherein the auxiliary support comprises an auxiliary support mounting boss, an auxiliary support structure, an auxiliary support material and an auxiliary support mounting bolt. The first-order installation mode of the alternating current generator and the air conditioner compressor is improved, and the problem of vibration noise caused by low mode of the generator and the air conditioner compressor is avoided within the full rotating speed range of the engine.
The auxiliary support mounting bosses are respectively arranged on the cylinder cover and the shell of the alternating current generator (or the air conditioner compressor), and the number of the auxiliary support mounting bosses is selected according to the arrangement space and the position. The auxiliary support can be made of a stamped steel plate or a high-pressure die-casting aluminum alloy or cast iron, preferably a high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, the thickness of the material is generally 4-6 mm, optionally a high-pressure die-casting aluminum alloy, the thickness is generally 4-6 mm, optionally cast iron, and the thickness is generally 4-6 mm. The auxiliary support mounting bolts are chosen to be of reasonable length, for example bolts of nominal diameter 8 mm.
The mounting of the alternator and air conditioning compressor to the engine may be by way of an intermediate transition bracket. The transmission path of the structural noise is as follows: structural vibration is generated by an alternating current generator or an air conditioner compressor, and force and displacement caused by the vibration are transmitted to the intermediate transition support, transmitted to the cylinder body through the intermediate transition support, transmitted to the power assembly suspension support, and finally transmitted to the vehicle body and further transmitted to the cab.
The alternating current generator and the air conditioner compressor can also be installed on the engine body in a direct installation mode, so that the system cost can be reduced, the installation mode of the alternating current generator and the air conditioner compressor is improved, and good vibration noise performance is obtained.
The engine accessory drive system according to the invention comprises the following advantages: first, when the rigidity of the engine body (cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pan) cannot be optimized, the mounting mode of the accessories can be further improved under the restriction of the existing layout space. Secondly, the material of the bracket can be flexibly selected according to the practical application, and the structure of the bracket can be flexibly designed.
The invention also comprises a motor vehicle having an engine accessory drive system according to any one or more of the embodiments described above, the technical features and technical effects thereof being comparable to those of the previous description and therefore not being described in detail herein.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and such changes and modifications should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
