When the bristles are worn, the electronic control system 23 detects the decrease of the working pressure through the pressure sensor 26, judges the wear condition of the bristles according to the pressure decrease value, and sends a signal to the bristle oil cylinder 13 to act, so that the lower swing arm assembly 4 drives the brush shaft assembly 6 connected to the lower swing arm assembly to swing around the third pin shaft 21, and the wear compensation of the bristles is realized.
The control system controls the roller brush motor 16 to be started or closed, so that the roller brush rotates or is static, and the snow sweeping operation or non-snow sweeping operation state is converted.
While the brush wear is compensated, the control system controls the snow cover cylinder 15 to retract for a certain distance, so that the position of the front snow cover 7 is changed.
The invention adopts a double-swing arm structure of an upper swing arm assembly and a lower swing arm assembly, and has compact and simple structure.
The upper swing arm is responsible for the integral lifting action function of the roller brush to form a snow sweeping operation state and a non-snow sweeping operation state; the lower swing arm assembly is responsible for the brush hair compensation function of the roller brush and swings downwards along with the abrasion of the brush hair; the upper swing arm and the lower swing arm are respectively responsible for one function, and compared with the roller brush with the existing structure, the roller brush with the lower swing arm has the advantage that a linkage mechanism is reduced.
The roller brush is provided with two pairs of supporting wheels which are fixedly arranged on the profiling frame, and the structural design ensures that the positions of the supporting wheels and the profiling frame are fixed when the roller brush is retracted or works, so that a supporting wheel lifting mechanism is not needed, manual lifting adjustment of the supporting wheels is also omitted, the supporting wheels are compact in structure and always positioned between a chassis girder and the ground, the occupied space is small and low, and the supporting wheels cannot interfere with a chassis storage battery, a brake gas tank and the like.
The lower swing arm assembly of the invention is a simple link mechanism, and the control is flexible, sensitive and accurate.
The front snow guard cover of the invention acts along with the lower swing arm, has simple and light design, reduces the longitudinal length of the roller brush and is compact as a whole.
The upper swing arm is responsible for the lifting function, the existing roller brush suspension lifting device is omitted, and the roller brush suspension lifting device is convenient to install and debug.
