s3, adding water into a short fiber wood pulp pulper to adjust the wood pulp concentration to 6.5-7.5 wt%, after the wood pulp is disintegrated for 10-18 minutes, defibering the obtained pulped matter by a defibering machine, pulping by a beater, cutting and fibrillation the fibers to obtain long fiber wood pulp after beating, wherein the beating degree is 30-35 DEG SR, and the length of the long fiber of the short fiber wood pulp after beating is controlled to be less than 1 mm;
s4, pumping the long fiber wood pulp and the short fiber wood pulp into a mixed pulp tank according to the weight, adding a certain amount of wet strength agent to obtain mixed pulp, wherein the mixed pulp comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the content of long fiber wood pulp is 79-81 wt%, the content of short fiber wood pulp is 18.2-20.2 wt%, the content of wet strength agent is 0.8 wt%, the wet strength agent is dialdehyde starch and chitosan, the proportion is 1:2, and the mixed pulp is adjusted to be pulp with the concentration of 2.9-3.1% by water;
s5, diluting the mixture by a fan pump to a concentration of 0.6-0.8 wt%, entering a paper machine, and forming, squeezing and drying to obtain the product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the proportion and the length of the long fibers and the short fibers are adjusted, the facial tissue can have high wet strength only under the condition of 0.8 wt% of wet strength agent, the content of the long fiber wood pulp is 79-81 wt%, the content of the short fiber wood pulp is 18.2-20.2 wt%, the wet strength agent is dialdehyde starch and chitosan, the proportion is 1:2, the mixed pulp is adjusted into finished pulp with the concentration of 2.9-3.1% by using water under the condition of not using a softening agent and other additives, and the prepared facial tissue has high soft smoothness, and the wet strength agent is dialdehyde starch and chitosan, so that the facial tissue has high wet strength, is easy to degrade and is green and environment-friendly.
The invention also discloses production equipment suitable for the production process of the soft and smooth facial tissue, which comprises a long fiber processing production line, a short fiber pulper 4, a short fiber defibering machine 5 and a short fiber pulping machine 6, wherein the long fiber processing production line is used for processing long fiber wood pulp and is sequentially connected with the long fiber pulper 1, the long fiber defibering machine 2 and the long fiber pulping machine 3, the long fiber beater 3 and the short fiber beater 6 are respectively connected with a mixed pulp pond 9 through a first pipe 7 and a second pipe 8, the first pipe 7 and the second pipe 8 are respectively provided with a first control pump 11 and a second control pump 12, in the embodiment of the present invention, a proportional mixing control assembly for controlling the first control pump 11 and the second control pump 12 to pump the long fiber wood pulp and the short fiber wood pulp in a selected mixing ratio is disposed between the first control pump 11 and the second control pump 12.
