背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康环保的重视,人们越来越重视居住环境的好坏,保温材料中释放的甲醛是伤害人体健康的一大杀手。现在的建筑保温材料多用岩石纤维、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维为主要原材料,通过使用定型剂将其纤维定型压制成特定形状。
现有的定型剂技术存在以下问题:现有的定型剂多采用脲醛树脂及酚醛树脂,该类定型剂中含有大量的甲醛,虽在制造过程采用大量工艺来尽量降低其中的甲醛释放量,但只要原材料中使用了甲醛,之后就不可避免的会释放甲醛物质,甲醛的释放会对制造保温材料的工厂工人和使用者带来严重的身心健康威胁,遂市场急需一种绿色环保型定型剂来避免甲醛对人身体的伤害。

本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的定型剂多采用脲醛树脂及酚醛树脂,该类定型剂中含有大量的甲醛,虽在制造过程采用大量工艺来尽量降低其中的甲醛释放量,但只要原材料中使用了甲醛,之后就不可避免的会释放甲醛物质,甲醛的释放会对制造保温材料的工厂工人和使用者带来严重的身心健康威胁,遂市场急需一种绿色环保型定型剂来避免甲醛对人身体的伤害。

步骤一:准备丙烯酸、水、引发剂、链转移剂、阻聚剂、糖浆、催化剂和硅烷偶联剂等物料;

糖浆包括但不限于葡萄糖浆、麦芽糖浆、果葡糖浆中的一种或多种;
催化剂包括但不限于盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、磷酸、对甲苯磺酸中的一种或多种;
偶联剂包括但不限于乙烯基三氯硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;
绿色环保型定型剂的反应器材准备流程如下:
步骤一:准备反应用反应釜、计量容器、冷却装置和加热装置;
步骤二:准备测试用喷涂机、压制装置和高温烘干装置;
绿色环保型定型剂的聚丙烯酸合成流程如下:
步骤一:在反应釜中加入20-100份的丙烯酸、20-100份的水,0.2-3份的引发剂以及0.5-5份的链转移剂,开启搅拌并升温至40-90℃进行反应;
步骤二:反应0.5-3小时后加入阻聚剂,并降温至25℃以下来获得聚丙烯酸成品;
绿色环保型定型剂的合成流程如下:
步骤一:取20-100份合成后的聚丙烯酸,加入10-50份的糖浆、10-50份的水以及0.1-2份的催化剂,并加热到50-95℃来进行反应;
步骤二:反应0.5-2小时,测量粘度到达20cps后,降温至25℃以下来获得定型剂成品;
绿色环保型定型剂的产品测试流程如下:
步骤一:将定型剂与一定比例的水和硅烷偶联剂进行混合均匀;
步骤二:搅拌后经由喷涂机拍喷洒至保温材料纤维处,经由压制装置和高温烘干装置进行定型操作;
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,在反应釜中加入20-100份的丙烯酸、20-100份的水、0.2-3份的引发剂以及0.5-5份的链转移剂,其后开启搅拌并升温至40-90℃,在反应0.5-3小时后,加入阻聚剂,并降温至25℃以下来获得聚丙烯酸成品,其后取出20-100份聚丙烯酸,加入10-50份的糖浆、10-50份的水以及0.1-2份的催化剂,加热到50-95℃,反应0.5-2小时,测量粘度到达20cps后,降温至25℃以下来获得绿色定型剂成品。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,包括以丙烯酸、糖浆为主的主要成分,还包括水、引发剂、链转移剂、阻聚剂、催化剂和硅烷偶联剂,其组分配比为:20-100份的丙烯酸、20-100份的水、0.2-3份的引发剂、0.5-5份的链转移剂、1-3份的阻聚剂、20-100份合成后的聚丙烯酸,10-50份的糖浆、10-50份的水、0.1-2份的催化剂和2-5份的硅烷偶联剂;
所述绿色环保型定型剂加工的方法主要由以下步骤构成:物料准备、反应器材准备、聚丙烯酸合成、定型剂合成和产品测试。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,其特征在于:所述绿色环保型定型剂的物料准备流程如下:
步骤一:准备丙烯酸、水、引发剂、链转移剂、阻聚剂、糖浆、催化剂和硅烷偶联剂等物料;
步骤二:引发剂包括但不限于过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过二硫酸钾中的一种或多种;
链转移剂包括但不限于:巯基乙酸、巯基丙酸中的一种或多种;
阻聚剂包括但不限于对苯二酚;
糖浆包括但不限于葡萄糖浆、麦芽糖浆、果葡糖浆中的一种或多种;
催化剂包括但不限于盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、磷酸、对甲苯磺酸中的一种或多种;
偶联剂包括但不限于乙烯基三氯硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,其特征在于:所述绿色环保型定型剂的反应器材准备流程如下:
步骤一:准备反应用反应釜、计量容器、冷却装置和加热装置;
步骤二:准备测试用喷涂机、压制装置和高温烘干装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,其特征在于:所述绿色环保型定型剂的聚丙烯酸合成流程如下:
步骤一:在反应釜中加入20-100份的丙烯酸、20-100份的水,0.2-3份的引发剂以及0.5-5份的链转移剂,开启搅拌并升温至40-90℃进行反应;
步骤二:反应0.5-3小时后加入阻聚剂,并降温至25℃以下来获得聚丙烯酸成品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,其特征在于:所述绿色环保型定型剂的合成流程如下:
步骤一:取20-100份合成后的聚丙烯酸,加入10-50份的糖浆、10-50份的水以及0.1-2份的催化剂,并加热到50-95℃来进行反应;
步骤二:反应0.5-2小时,测量粘度到达20cps后,降温至25℃以下来获得定型剂成品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于保温材料用的绿色环保型定型剂,其特征在于:所述绿色环保型定型剂的产品测试流程如下:
步骤一:将定型剂与一定比例的水和硅烷偶联剂进行混合均匀;
步骤二:搅拌后经由喷涂机拍喷洒至保温材料纤维处,经由压制装置和高温烘干装置进行定型操作。
