Abstract

The foaming layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of paste resin, 56-62 parts of plasticizer, 2.5-3.5 parts of viscosity reducer, 0-80 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.3-0.6 part of foaming agent and 0.4-0.6 part of pigment; the reinforcing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of paste resin, 60-70 parts of plasticizer, 4-7 parts of viscosity reducer, 100-150 parts of calcium carbonate and 0.8-1.2 parts of pigment; the surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of paste resin, 50-60 parts of plasticizer, 2.5-4 parts of viscosity reducer, 0.4-0.6 part of pigment and 0.5-0.8 part of auxiliary agent. The invention configures the foaming layer, the reinforcing layer and the surface layer which are prepared by the components into the field, thereby achieving the aim of meeting the requirements of the sportsman throwing the ball on the aspects of elasticity and friction coefficient indexes.

the surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of paste resin, 50-60 parts of plasticizer, 2.5-4 parts of viscosity reducer, 0.4-0.6 part of pigment and 0.5-0.8 part of auxiliary agent.

Then, 100 parts of paste resin, 65 parts of plasticizer, 5 parts of viscosity reducer, 100 parts of calcium carbonate and 1 part of pigment are mixed and stirred uniformly, the stirred material is coated and scraped on the foaming layer, and then the foaming layer is placed in an oven for heating and plasticizing, so that the reinforcing layer is prepared on the foaming layer.
And then, mixing and stirring 100 parts of paste resin, 55 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of viscosity reducer, 0.5 part of pigment and 0.7 part of auxiliary agent uniformly, coating the stirred material on the reinforcing layer, and then putting the reinforcing layer into an oven for heating and plasticizing, thereby preparing a surface layer on the foaming layer.
After the three layers of the field are prepared, the release paper glass is pasted on the surface layer, and the embossing roller is used for pressing out the lines. And sealing the back of the foaming layer. And finally, cooling, trimming and rolling the field.
The hardness (Shore A) of the field is 80 degrees, the rebound value is 10 percent, the friction coefficient is 0.52, the tensile strength is 3.9Mpa, the elongation at break is 161 percent, and the rebound rate of the basketball is 96 percent.
