Fig. 1 shows the overall effect of the wine distributor and the wine bottle after being assembled. Wherein, 10 is a wine bottle for containing wine and 20 is a device for distributing wine.
The wine distribution device 20 comprises a fixing mechanism and a wine distribution mechanism. Wherein the fixing mechanism is used for connecting and fixing the wine bottle and the wine distribution mechanism, and the wine distribution mechanism is used for automatically distributing wine.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the fixing mechanism of the wine dispenser in an assembled relationship with a wine bottle. The wine bottle 10 comprises a wine bottle body 11 and a bottle neck 12, wherein the bottle neck 12 is partially provided with a boss 121. The neck 12 of a typical wine bottle 10 is threaded at the upper end of the neck and the boss is below the threads. The fixing mechanism includes a chuck 21, a chuck 22, and a disk cover 23. The chuck 21 comprises a chuck body 211 and a first ring fastener 212, the shape of the chuck body 211 is similar to the shape of the upper end face of the wine bottle body 11, the first ring fastener 212 is formed by extending upwards from a hole at the center of the chuck body 211, the hole is corresponding to the size of a bottle neck, and the height of the first ring fastener 212 is less than the height from the boss 121 to the upper end face of the wine bottle body 11. The chuck 21 may be integrally formed, or the chuck body may be detachably connected to the first buckle. Obviously, the integrally formed structure of the chuck 21 is easier to process and assemble. The chuck 22 includes a chuck body 221 and a second ring 222, the first ring 222 extends upward from a hole at the center of the chuck body 221 corresponding to the size of the bottle neck, and the second ring 222 can wrap around the bottle neck 12. The second ring 222 has a height similar to the height of the bottle neck 12. The chuck 22 may be integrally formed, or the chuck body and the second ring fastener may be detachably connected. It is apparent that the integrally formed structure of the chuck 21 is easier to process and assemble. The disk cover 23 is connected to the chuck 22 to close the upper side of the chuck 22, and the disk cover 23 and the chuck 22 may be connected by screws. The cavity between the tray cover 23 and the chuck plate 22 is used for arranging the wine distribution mechanism.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the chuck 21 is located above the wine bottle 10, when the first ring buckle 212 is located corresponding to the position of the neck 12 of the wine bottle 10, the chuck 21 is pressed downward, the first ring buckle 212 is sleeved on the neck 12, the first ring buckle 212 is located below the boss 121 in the neck 12, and the chuck 21 is connected to the wine bottle 10.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the chuck 21 is first clamped with the wine bottle 10, the chuck 22 is located above the wine bottle 10 and the clamped bottle 21, when the second ring buckle 222 corresponds to the position of the neck 12 of the wine bottle 10, the chuck 22 is pressed downward, the second ring buckle 222 surrounds the neck 12 and the first ring buckle 212, and the second ring buckle 222 presses the first ring buckle 212 toward the neck 12, so that the first ring buckle 212 is clamped tightly with the neck 12. Preferably, the second ring 222 has a slope from top to bottom, so that the process of pressing the first ring 212 by the second ring 222 is smoother and less jammed.
Fig. 7 is an exploded view of the chuck and bottle positioning structure. The chuck 21 is connected to the bottle 10 by a snap-fit connection, so that the chuck 21 is rotatable between the bottle body 11 and the boss 12 of the neck of the bottle, which may result in the entire securing mechanism being rotatable over the bottle, which is not safe and reasonable. It is therefore desirable to prevent such rotation. The lower extreme of bottleneck can set up location bone 122, can set up corresponding constant head tank 2121 on the first latch closure 212, and chuck 21 is connected the back with beverage bottle 10, and location bone 122 cooperatees with constant head tank 2121, can prevent chuck 21's rotation. Alternatively, the lower end of the bottle neck is provided with a positioning groove, and the first ring buckle is provided with a corresponding positioning bone, so that the same effect can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the chuck 22 and the chuck 21 can be removably connected by conventional male and female fasteners. Of course, the chuck and chuck may be threaded or screwed. A locking groove 223 is further formed in the chuck 22, the locking groove 223 is used for fixing the electric control lock 05, and a locking buckle 213 is arranged in the chuck 21. When the chuck 22 is engaged with the chuck 21, the locking tongues of the electrically controlled lock 05 in the locking grooves 223 of the chuck 22 extend into the locking catches 213 of the chuck 21 to engage therewith, so that the chuck 22 and the chuck 21 are locked. Therefore, the wine bottle and the fixing mechanism can be locked for theft prevention. When the wine is changed, the electric control lock is unlocked, the chuck is separated from the chuck, and the wine bottle can be taken out from the chuck. Also provided in the chuck 22 is a top post 224, the top post 224 being used to secure the circuit board 04. The electric control lock 05 is electrically connected with the circuit board 04 and is controlled by the circuit board.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, the stopper 00 is plugged into the opening of a wine bottle, and a rubber member is used to ensure the sealing performance of the wine bottle, and the stopper is usually pushed outwards when the air pressure of the wine bottle is greater than the external air pressure. Similar to the phenomena we have encountered in daily life: the rubber bottle stopper can rebound in the process of plugging the bottle opening. In this embodiment, the second ring fastener 222 of the chuck has a rim with a certain width at the upper end, and the rim is fastened to the stopper. When the chuck 22 and the chuck 21 are locked, the second ring 222 presses the bottle stopper into the bottle opening, so that the bottle stopper cannot move in the direction out of the bottle opening. Thereby preventing the bottle plug from separating from the bottle mouth of the wine bottle and preventing the wine gas in the wine bottle from volatilizing.
Most components of the wine distribution mechanism are fixed on the chuck plate 22, and the chuck plate 22 can be provided with corresponding fixing grooves, such as: for securing electrically controlled locks, for securing pumps, for securing electrically controlled on-off valves, for securing batteries, etc. The various components of the wine dispensing mechanism may be secured in securing slots of the chuck, enclosed in a cavity between the chuck 22 and the tray cover 23.
The wine dispenser will be described in detail below with reference to a peristaltic pump as an example. The peristaltic pump is a pump for conveying fluid by extruding a pipeline by rollers, only the pipeline part of the peristaltic pump is in contact with the fluid, and the pump body is not in contact with the fluid, so that the wine distributor can be controlled in a food grade mode. As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the wine distribution mechanism includes a peristaltic pump 01, an electrically controlled switch valve 02, a check valve (not shown), a pipeline and a circuit board 04, one end of the peristaltic pump 01 is communicated with the pipeline in the wine bottle, the pipeline in the wine bottle extends to the bottom of the wine bottle, the other end of the peristaltic pump 01 is communicated with the electrically controlled switch valve 02 through the pipeline, the other end of the electrically controlled switch valve 02 is communicated with the pipeline of the wine outlet, one end of the check valve is inserted into the bottle mouth of the wine bottle, and the peristaltic pump 01 and the electrically controlled switch valve 02 are respectively electrically connected with the circuit board 04. In this embodiment, the pipe should be understood broadly as each pipe in the wine circulation process, and not as a specified pipe in a certain section. The conduit is not limited to only the parts that have been shown, for example: the figures show the pipe extending into the wine bottle and the pipe at the wine outlet. The conduits connecting the various components are mostly not shown for better visibility of the drawing, as will be readily understood by those skilled in the art. For example: the one-way valve and the pipeline of which the one-way valve is connected with the first air hole 001 of the bottle stopper 00 and extends into the wine bottle, the pipeline connected between the peristaltic pump 01 and the second air hole 002 of the bottle stopper 00, the pipeline connected between the peristaltic pump 01 and the electric control switch valve 02 and the pipeline connected with the wine outlet of the electric control switch valve 02 are not shown. The second ring buckle 222 of the chuck 22 fixes the bottle stopper 00, the bottle stopper is provided with a first air hole 001 and a second air hole 002, the first air hole 001 is connected with a one-way valve (not shown in the figure), and the second air hole 002 is connected with the peristaltic pump 01. In this embodiment, the positions of the peristaltic pump 01 and the electrically controlled on-off valve 02 are interchangeable, so that the function of wine dispensing is not affected.
Fig. 13 shows the operation principle of the electrically controlled on-off valve, in fig. 13, the left side is the closed state of the electrically controlled on-off valve, the right side is the open state of the electrically controlled on-off valve, when the electrically controlled on-off valve is not energized, the spring is in the natural state, the pipeline is blocked, when the electrically controlled on-off valve is energized, the spring is contracted, and the pipeline is opened. In the wine distributing process, when the peristaltic pump works, pressure difference is generated in the wine bottle, the one-way valve admits air, and meanwhile, the electric control switch valve is in an open state, so that the pipeline is dredged, and wine can be separated from the wine bottle. When the non-dispensing state, check valve and peristaltic pump are all out of work, and automatically controlled ooff valve is in the off-state to plug up the pipeline, the beverage can not circulate, and the air also can not pass in and out the beverage bottle, and the wine gas of beverage can not dispersed and fall, has guaranteed the gas tightness of dividing the wine ware, thereby guarantees the quality of beverage.
Fig. 15 shows the working principle of the wine distributor based on the peristaltic pump. When distributing wine, the peristaltic pump 01 pumps wine, air enters the wine bottle 10 from the one-way valve 08, meanwhile, the electric control switch valve 02 opens the pipeline 03, and the wine can be separated from the wine bottle, so that automatic wine distribution is realized. The one-way valve used in this solution is an inlet valve.
Fig. 16 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the wine dispenser based on the inflating pump.
The wine distribution mechanism comprises an inflating pump 09 for driving wine to flow, an electric control switch valve 02 for opening or closing a water outlet and an electric control type one-way valve 08 for air leakage, one end of a pipeline of the inflating pump is inserted into a wine bottle and does not extend into the wine, the electric control type one-way valve 08 for air leakage, the inflating pump 09 and the pipeline are connected through a three-way part, the other pipeline extends into the bottom of the wine bottle, and an outlet is provided with the electric control switch valve. The principle of the inflating pump is to increase air pressure in the wine bottle to press the beverage out of the pipeline. When inflation pump stopped inflating usually, when the automatically controlled ooff valve closed, the atmospheric pressure can not be synchronous and the outer atmospheric pressure of beverage container balanced in the beverage bottle, and atmospheric pressure in the beverage bottle can be greater than the outer atmospheric pressure of beverage bottle, and the beverage can reverse to get into the inflation pump like this and cause the inflation pump to be polluted, and this is inadmissible, consequently, need unload the atmospheric pressure in the beverage bottle and balance the inside and outside pressure differential of beverage bottle. When the inflating pump works, the electric control switch valve is opened, and the electric control type one-way valve does not intake air or discharge air. When the inflating pump stops working, the electric control switch valve is closed, and the air in the wine bottle is discharged out through the electric control type one-way valve. And meanwhile, an electric control switch valve is added, and when the wine is in a storage state, the electric control switch valve blocks the pipeline, so that the non-volatilization of the wine gas is ensured.
The one-way valve is a valve for controlling one-way air circulation, and can be a one-way valve with a physical structure or an electrically controlled one-way valve. The one-way valve with physical structure is opened by utilizing the difference between internal pressure and external pressure, and the one-way valve with electric control mode is directly controlled by a circuit and is not influenced by air pressure. For example: the KN95 mask widely uses a one-way valve with a physical structure, and has the advantages of simple mechanism and low price. The reasonable selection of the type of the one-way valve with the physical structural formula has the feasibility of implementation in the scheme. Generally, when the wine distributor is in a non-wine distribution state, the air pressure inside and outside the wine bottle is in a balanced state, the one-way valve is in a blocking state, and air cannot enter and exit the wine bottle from the one-way valve. In the wine distributing process of the peristaltic pump, the air pressure in the wine bottle is smaller than the air pressure outside the wine bottle, air needs to be supplemented into the wine bottle, and a one-way air inlet valve is adopted. The peristaltic pump scheme can adopt a one-way valve with a physical structure or an electric control one-way valve. In the scheme of the inflating pump, in the wine distributing process, at the moment of stopping distributing wine, the air pressure in the wine bottle is larger than the air pressure outside the wine bottle, the wine bottle needs to be deflated, and a one-way air-release valve is adopted. The scheme of the inflating pump only adopts an electric control mode.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the wine distribution mechanism further includes an electric control lock 05, and the electric control lock 05 is connected to the circuit board 04. The chuck body 221 is provided with a locking groove 223 for fixing the electric control lock, the locking groove is further provided with a locking hole (not shown in the figure) for the electric control lock bolt to contract, and the chuck body 211 is provided with a lock catch 213 matched with the locking hole. When the chuck 21 and the chuck 22 are fastened in place, the bolt of the electric control lock is engaged with the lock catch, and the chuck are further locked. The electric control lock is an electromagnetic lock or a shape memory metal lock, wherein the electromagnetic lock drives the bolt to contract by utilizing an electromagnetic principle, and the shape memory metal lock drives the bolt to contract by utilizing a metal thermal deformation principle. The two locks have the characteristics of small size, low price and stable performance.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the wine distribution mechanism further includes a trigger switch 06, and the trigger switch 06 is connected to the circuit board 04. The top surface of the tray cover 23 is also provided with a top cover 24, the top cover 24 is provided with a switch hole 241, the trigger switch 06 penetrates through the switch hole 241, and a user can send a signal to the circuit board by adopting a key mode to realize wine distribution. Certainly the branch drinking vessel of this scheme also can set up the two-dimensional code, and the user can adopt to sweep the sign indicating number and control the mode.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the wine distribution mechanism further includes a battery 07, and the battery 07 is connected to the circuit board 04. Preferably, the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the battery is directly charged without replacing the battery. The tray cover 23 is provided with a charging port 231 for connecting a battery to a charger.
The quantitative wine distribution device can adopt a meter to perform quantitative distribution in a quantitative wine distribution scheme, can also perform quantitative distribution by controlling the rotation time of a motor of a peristaltic pump, can increase the volume and cost of equipment for the scheme adopting the meter, and can be simpler and easier to control in a time control mode. Therefore, the dispenser preferably performs the dosing of the wine in a time-controlled manner.
No matter the wine distributor adopts an inflating pump, a peristaltic pump or other pumps, the problem of wine evaporation cannot be solved independently. In addition, as shown in fig. 14, the electrically controlled on-off valve 02 is connected to the water outlet through a pipe, which may be bent, and wine may remain in the pipe from the electrically controlled on-off valve to the water outlet after each wine is dispensed. When wine is taken out next time, the residual wine in the pipeline is firstly flushed into a wine cup of a user, and the residual wine is more fully contacted with air, so that bacteria are easy to breed, and the taste and the quality of the wine are more easily influenced. Of course, in the embodiment of the peristaltic pump scheme, the position of the electric control switch valve 02 is exchanged with the position of the peristaltic pump 01, so that the position of the electric control switch valve is farther away from the position of the water outlet, the pipeline from the electric control switch valve to the water outlet is longer, and the wine is easier to remain. Therefore, in addition to controlling the airtightness of the wine bottle, it is necessary to treat the wine remaining in the pipe. Based on the scheme that the wine distributor adopts a peristaltic pump and an electric control switch valve, the wine preservation method in the scheme comprises the following steps:
s01, opening the electric control switch valve according to the wine distribution instruction, and driving a motor of the peristaltic pump to rotate positively according to a first set time;
in this step, the wine distribution instruction may be an instruction triggered by a key switch on the wine distributor, or may be an instruction triggered by a two-dimensional code. Assume that the wine dispenser is defined to dispense 50ml of white wine each time a wine dispensing instruction is received, which corresponds to a time period of 5 seconds. The first time is 5 seconds. Alternatively, the wine dispenser is defined as dispensing 60ml of white wine after receiving the instruction of separating the drinks, and the corresponding time duration is 12 seconds, and the first time is 12 seconds. The flow rate varies according to the power of the peristaltic pump and the thickness of the tubing. Of course, if the power of the peristaltic pump and the thickness of the tubing are constant, said first set time is proportional to the volume of the dispensed wine, for example 10 ml/s, if the first set time is defined as 10 seconds, the volume of the dispensed wine is 100ml each time, if the first set time is defined as 5 seconds, the volume of the dispensed wine is 50ml each time.
And S02, after the first set time is over, the motor of the peristaltic pump is driven to reversely rotate according to a second set time, wherein the second set time is a fixed time, and the electrically controlled switch valve is closed after the second set time is over.
In this step, after the first time has elapsed, the peristaltic pump stops, the dispensing action is completed, but there may still be wine left in the tube, and the dispenser instructs the pump to rotate in the reverse direction to draw the portion of beverage back into the beverage container. For example: setting the pump to rotate in the reverse direction for 2 seconds is enough to pump the wine in the pipeline in the reverse direction, so the second time can be defined as 2 seconds, and the peristaltic pump rotates in the reverse direction once more according to the second time after distributing the wine in the forward direction.
The peristaltic pump is not provided with a valve, so that the air tightness in the pipeline cannot be ensured, and even if the air tightness of the pipeline can be improved by increasing the pressure of the roller to the pipeline, the pipeline is more prone to wear and has shorter service life when the pressure is higher. Furthermore, the tubes are cylindrical and when squeezed, tighten again, and have a slit through which air can enter the bottle. The air tightness of the control pipeline is completely increased by the electric control switch valve, so that the non-volatilization of the wine gas in the wine bottle can be ensured. When the non-dispensing state, check valve and peristaltic pump are all out of work, and the pipeline is plugged up to the automatically controlled switch valve, and the beverage can not circulate, and the air also can not pass in and out the beverage bottle, has guaranteed the gas tightness of beverage ware when the beverage is depositing the state, and the beverage can not spill from the beverage bottle to guarantee the quality and the taste of beverage. When distributing wine, the peristaltic pump pumps wine, air enters the wine bottle from the one-way valve, and meanwhile, the electric control switch valve opens the pipeline, so that the wine can be separated from the wine bottle. In the limited space of the wine distributor, the pipeline can be bent, in particular, the pipeline between the electric control switch valve and the water outlet can be bent, and after the wine is distributed, the pipeline can have residual wine which is easy to pollute the environment or breed bacteria, so that after the wine is distributed, the wine in the pipeline needs to be reversely pumped back to the wine bottle, and then the electric control switch valve is closed. The problem of leaking wine gas has been solved on the one hand to this scheme, has still solved the remaining problem in the pipeline of drinks simultaneously.
The peristaltic pumps in the wine distribution mechanism for realizing the scheme are two one-way peristaltic pumps which are respectively connected with the pipelines through three-way joints, one-way peristaltic pump is responsible for pumping the wine in the wine bottle outwards, and the other one-way peristaltic pump is responsible for pumping the wine remained near the water outlet back to the wine bottle. Alternatively, the peristaltic pump in the wine distribution mechanism for realizing the function is a bidirectional peristaltic pump, so that the wine in the wine bottle can be pumped outwards, and the wine remained near the water outlet can be pumped back to the wine bottle. The embodiment of this scheme selects for use the peristaltic pump to be only pipeline and beverage contact for the peristaltic pump, and the pipeline can select for use food grade material not to influence the quality of beverage. Of course, the peristaltic pump in the above scheme can be replaced by other pumps in an equivalent way.
Optionally, if an electrically controlled check valve is used as the check valve in the wine dispenser, the control of the check valve is also included in the above steps, and the control of the check valve is synchronous with the electrically controlled switch valve.
Optionally, the wine distribution instruction is a wine distribution signal sent according to the trigger switch or a wine distribution signal sent according to the two-dimensional code. For a home user, the scheme of triggering the switch may be more appropriate. For merchants needing payment functions besides automatic wine distribution, the two-dimensional code scheme may be more suitable.
The following ways can be used for the situation that the wine in the wine distributor can have false wine:
first, the counterfeit can be almost falsified and confused from the package of the wine bottle to the complete counterfeit of the wine anti-counterfeiting system, and the difficulty of prevention and identification is very high.
