step S2, shown in fig. 1, the user pulls the handle 94 horizontally rearward in direction BW, and the entire cutter head assembly 11 moves rearward. When the handle 94 is released, the cutter head 116 of the cutter head assembly 11 is tightly pressed against the middle of the arc-shaped edge arc 32 of the injection-molded nylon roller blank 3 under the action of the guide rod spring 15. At this point, the cutting-head 116 of the cutting-head assembly 11 is in its neutral position;
step S3, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, for convenience of description, the guide brackets located at the upper and lower portions are named a guide bracket 7A and a guide bracket 7B, respectively. The user turns the handle 94 forward in the direction R and the drive motor underneath the drive chassis 100 is activated. Then, the guide bracket 7A advances and the guide bracket 7B retreats, and at the same time, the front rolling frame 8, the rear rolling frame 9 and the cutter head assembly 11 are simultaneously rolled forward. During the tumbling of the cutter head assembly 11, the cutter head 116 rapidly deburres the area of the injection molded nylon roller blank 3 corresponding to the edge curve 32 until the cutter head 116 reaches the upper end 32E of the edge curve 32. At this time, the front limit screw 85 on the front rolling frame 8 abuts against the guide cross bar 71 of the guide bracket 7B, and the front rolling frame 8, the rear rolling frame 9 and the cutter head assembly 11 can not be continuously turned forwards any more;
step S4, as shown in fig. 16 to 18, the user pushes the handle 94 horizontally forward in the direction F, so that the guide brackets 7A and 7B are synchronously translated forward, at the same time, the front rolling frame 8 and the rear rolling frame 9 are synchronously translated forward, and the pair of driving members W are also synchronously translated forward. step S5, when the cutter head 116 of the cutter head assembly 11 advances to the end point 33E of the lateral transverse line 33, the handle 94 is released, the inner slide block 6 is reset under the action of the reset spring 67, the pair of driving assemblies W synchronously move backwards for resetting, and the cutter head assembly 11 is reset to the neutral position as shown in fig. 1;
step S6, repeating the actions in steps S3-S5 except that the user turns the handle 94 in the direction opposite to the direction R;
and step S7, stopping a driving motor below the driving chassis 100, pulling off the upper limiting bracket 4, taking down the injection molding nylon roller blank 3 with the burrs removed, and finishing the whole process.
The user can repeat the above operations according to the removal of the burr.
In the whole deburring process, a user only needs to operate the handle 94, so that the deburring device is quick and convenient, and the machining efficiency is obviously improved.

the front rolling frame and the rear rolling frame are connected with the inner slide block through a driving assembly.

the fixing component comprises a base, a lower limiting ring and an upper limiting support, the base comprises a disc-shaped driving chassis, a driving motor is arranged below the driving chassis, a tubular sleeve is arranged at the center of the driving chassis, the lower limiting ring is movably fixed on the sleeve, the lower limiting ring comprises an annular lower limiting main body, a penetrating lower limiting positioning hole is formed in the lower limiting main body, a plurality of arc-shaped lower limiting clamping jaws are circumferentially arranged on the side wall of the lower limiting main body, the upper limiting support comprises a cylindrical upper limiting cylinder, a disc-shaped upper limiting substrate is arranged at the top of the upper limiting cylinder, a rod-shaped handle is arranged at the center of the upper limiting substrate, a pinching ball is arranged at the top of the handle, and a plurality of arc-shaped upper limiting clamping jaws are circumferentially arranged on the upper limiting substrate,
