the pressure adjusting assembly comprises a first sliding frame, a pressing plate and an elastic piece, the first sliding frame is arranged on the sliding seat, the cutter assembly is arranged on the first sliding frame in a sliding mode, the elastic piece is arranged between the pressing plate and the cutter assembly, when the wallpaper is cut, external force acts on the pressing plate to enable the pressing plate to abut against the sliding seat and be separated from a target cutting surface by a preset distance, the pressing plate acts on the cutter assembly through the elastic piece, and the cutter assembly abuts against the target cutting surface and enables the elastic piece to be compressed;
the first sliding frame is connected with the sliding seat in a sliding mode along the sliding direction of the cutter assembly, the wallpaper cutting device further comprises a reset elastic piece, and the reset elastic piece is arranged between the pressing plate and the sliding seat and used for driving the cutter assembly to leave a target cutting surface;
the wallpaper cutting device further comprises a second sliding frame and a second lifting slide rail structure, the second sliding frame is mounted on the sliding seat, the second lifting slide rail structure is mounted on the second sliding frame along the sliding direction of the cutter assembly, the first sliding frame is mounted on the second lifting slide rail structure and can slide along the second lifting slide rail structure, and the reset elastic piece is arranged between the pressing plate and the second sliding frame;
the wallpaper cutting device further comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame is installed on the sliding seat, and the second sliding frame can be adjustably fixed on the fixing frame along the sliding direction of the cutter assembly.

The wallpaper cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure regulating assembly further comprises a pressure regulating member mounted on either one of the pressing plate and the cutter assembly, the elastic member having one end connected to the pressure regulating member and the other end connected to the other of the pressing plate and the cutter assembly, the pressure regulating member being capable of regulating a compression amount of the elastic member.
3. The wallpaper cutting device according to claim 2, wherein the pressure adjustment assembly further comprises a first limiting structure disposed between the cutter assembly and the first carriage for defining a sliding distance of the cutter assembly.

The wallpaper cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure adjustment assembly further comprises a first lifting slide rail structure mounted on the first carriage in a sliding direction of the cutter assembly, the cutter assembly being mounted on and slidable along the first lifting slide rail structure.
5. The wallpaper cutting device according to claim 1, further comprising a second stop structure disposed between the first carriage and the second carriage for defining a sliding distance of the first carriage.
6. The wallpaper cutting device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the cutter assembly comprises:
the cutter is used for cutting the wallpaper;
a third carriage slidably mounted on the first carriage;
a bearing assembly by which the cutter is rotatably mounted on the third carriage.
7. The wallpaper cutting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a friction force adjusting structure arranged between the guide rail and the sliding seat for adjusting the magnitude of the sliding friction force between the sliding seat and the guide rail.
