Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

2. Through the effect of outer tapping subassembly, can carry out the tapping to the outer wall of plastics pipe fitting, then need not the people and take the instrument and carry out the tapping to the outer wall, it is laborsaving.
3. Through the effect of lead screw and stop nut, can adjust the degree of depth of outer tapping cutter tapping according to self demand.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a plastic pipe fitting double-sided tapper comprises a supporting plate 1, supporting rods 2, a triangular shell 3, a driving assembly 4, a pipe clamping assembly 5 and an inner tapping assembly 6, wherein three supporting rods 2 are fixedly connected between the tops of the supporting plates 1 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, the triangular shell 3 is fixedly connected between the tops of the three supporting rods 2, the pipe clamping assembly 5 is arranged in the triangular shell 3, the inner tapping assembly 6 is arranged between the middle part of the triangular shell 3 and the middle part of the supporting plate 1, the driving assembly 4 is arranged at the eccentric position of the supporting plate 1, and the driving assembly 4 is matched with the inner tapping assembly 6.
The driving assembly 4 comprises a gear motor 41, a diamond-shaped rotating rod 42, a long shaft gear 43, a fastening screw 44, a belt pulley 45 and a driving belt 46, wherein the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42 is rotatably connected to the eccentric position in the bottom of the supporting plate 1, the long shaft gear 43 is arranged on the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42 in a sliding mode, the long shaft gear 43 is matched with the inner tapping assembly 6, the fastening screw 44 is arranged on the front side of the lower portion of the long shaft gear 43, the fastening screw 44 is matched with the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42, the gear motor 41 is installed at the front portion of the left side of the top of the supporting plate 1, an output shaft of the gear motor 41 penetrates through the supporting plate 1 and is connected with the belt pulley 45, the belt pulley 45 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42, and the driving belt 46 is wound between the belt pulleys 45 on the left side and the right side.

Firstly, an operator places a plastic pipe on a triangular shell 3 to be in contact with a pipe clamping assembly 5, starts the pipe clamping assembly 5 to clamp and fix the plastic pipe, closes the pipe clamping assembly 5, twists an inner tapping assembly 6 to be in contact with the inner wall of the plastic pipe, stops twisting the inner tapping assembly 6, starts a driving assembly 4, drives the inner tapping assembly 6 to operate, rotates the inner tapping assembly 6 while moving downwards, and further rotates the inner tapping assembly 6 while moving downwards to tap the inner wall of the plastic pipe. After the tapping of the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting is completed, the driving assembly 4 is closed, the inner tapping assembly 6 stops operating, the pipe clamping assembly 5 is started to loosen the plastic pipe fitting, the plastic pipe fitting is taken down, and the tapping can be continuously performed on the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting by repeating the steps.
When the plastic pipe fitting is clamped, the gear motor 41 is started to rotate reversely, the gear motor 41 rotates reversely to drive the left belt pulley 45 to rotate reversely, the left belt pulley 45 rotates reversely to drive the right belt pulley 45 to rotate reversely through the transmission belt 46, the right belt pulley 45 rotates reversely to drive the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42 to rotate reversely, the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42 rotates reversely to drive the long shaft gear 43 to rotate reversely, the long shaft gear 43 rotates reversely to drive the inner tapping assembly 6 to operate, and the inner tapping assembly 6 operates to tap the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting. After the tapping of the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting is completed, the gear motor 41 is turned off, the inner tapping assembly 6 stops operating, the plastic pipe fitting is taken down through the pipe clamping assembly 5, the gear motor 41 is started to rotate forward after the plastic pipe fitting is taken down, the long shaft gear 43 rotates forward to drive the inner tapping assembly 6 to operate and reset, and the gear motor 41 is turned off.
Firstly, an operator places a plastic pipe fitting on the top of the triangular shell 3, starts the air cylinder 57, shortens the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 57 to drive the sliding rod 56 to move backwards, drives the chain 55 to rotate reversely, drives the chain wheel 52 to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the chain rod 56, drives the swinging rod 53 to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the chain wheel 52, drives the clamping rod 54 to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the swinging rod 53, contacts the clamping rod 54 to clamp and fix the plastic pipe fitting reversely, and closes the air cylinder 57 to start tapping the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting. After tapping of the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting is completed, the telescopic rod of the starting cylinder 57 stretches to drive the sliding rod 56 to move forwards, so that the clamping rod 54 rotates forwards and is not contacted with the plastic pipe fitting to loosen the plastic pipe fitting, and the cylinder 57 is closed, so that the plastic pipe fitting can be taken down.
When the plastic pipe fitting is placed on the triangular shell 3, the plastic pipe fitting covers the inner tapping cutter 69, and when the plastic pipe fitting is clamped and fixed, the knob 65 is twisted to rotate forward, the knob 65 drives the rotary rod 64 to rotate forward, the rotary rod 64 drives the lower bevel gear 68 to rotate forward, the lower bevel gear 68 drives the upper bevel gear 68 to rotate forward, the upper bevel gear 68 drives the threaded rod 67 to rotate forward, the threaded rod 67 drives the inner tapping cutter 69 to move outwards, when the inner tapping cutter 69 moves outwards to contact with the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting, the knob 65 is stopped to start the speed reducing motor 41, and then the long shaft gear 43 reversely rotates to drive the cylindrical gear 63 to rotate positively, the cylindrical gear 63 rotates positively to drive the threaded column 62 to rotate positively, the threaded column 62 rotates positively to drive the mounting seat 66 to rotate positively, the mounting seat 66 rotates positively to drive the inner tapping tool 69 to rotate positively, the inner tapping tool 69 rotates positively to tap the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting, meanwhile, the threaded column 62 rotates positively to move downwards through the inner threaded sleeve 61, the threaded column 62 moves downwards to drive the mounting seat 66 to move downwards, and then the inner tapping tool 69 is driven to move downwards, and the inner tapping tool 69 moves downwards to tap the plastic pipe fitting comprehensively. After tapping of the plastic pipe is completed, the gear motor 41 is turned off, the internal tapping tool 69 stops rotating and moves downwards, the twisting knob 65 is reversed, the internal tapping tool 69 moves inwards to be separated from the plastic pipe, the twisting knob 65 is stopped, the cylinder 57 is started to enable the clamping rod 54 to loosen the plastic pipe, the plastic pipe is taken down, the gear motor 41 is started to rotate forwards, the long shaft gear 43 drives the cylindrical gear 63 to rotate reversely, the internal tapping tool 69 is driven to rotate reversely and move upwards to reset, and the gear motor 41 is turned off. Therefore, tapping of the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting can be completed, manual tapping is not needed, and labor is saved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the main difference is that, compared with embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the external tapping assembly 7 is further included, the external tapping assembly 7 includes a swivel 71, an inner gear ring 72, a connecting rod 73, a swivel 74, an external thread sleeve 75, a limiting member 76, a sliding tube 77, an external tapping tool 78 and a compression spring 79, the swivel 71 is rotatably connected to the middle of the outer top of the supporting plate 1, the inner side surface of the swivel 71 is fixedly connected with the inner gear ring 72, the inner gear ring 72 is matched with the long shaft gear 43, the connecting rod 73 is fixedly connected with the top of the swivel 71 at uniform intervals in the circumferential direction, a swivel 74 is slidably arranged between the upper parts of the four connecting rods 73, an external thread sleeve 75 is arranged in the middle of the swivel 74, the upper part of the left side of the swivel 74 is slidably provided with the sliding tube 77, the sliding tube 77 is slidably provided with the external tapping tool 78, the right end of the external tool 78 is located in the swivel 74, the left side surface of the sliding tube 77 is fixedly connected with the limiting member 76, and the left side surface of the sliding tube 77 is slidably provided with the limiting member 76.

After tapping of the outer wall of the plastic pipe fitting is completed, the gear motor 41 is turned off, the external tapping cutter 78 is pulled to move outwards and not contact with the plastic pipe fitting, the limiting piece 76 is pulled to move outwards and separate from the external thread sleeve 75, the external thread sleeve 75 moves downwards to drive the rotary cylinder 74 to move downwards for reset, the limiting piece 76 is loosened for reset, the external tapping cutter 78 is loosened for moving inwards for reset, and after the plastic pipe fitting is taken down, the gear motor 41 is started to rotate reversely, and then the rotary cylinder 74 is enabled to move upwards for reset reversely through the external thread sleeve 75. When the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting needs to be tapped, the twisting fastening screw 44 is reversely rotated and does not contact with the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42, the long shaft gear 43 is pulled to move upwards to be meshed with the cylindrical gear 63, the twisting fastening screw 44 fixes the long shaft gear 43, the long shaft gear 43 is not meshed with the annular gear 72, and the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting can be tapped. So, make this device can carry out the tapping to the plastics pipe fitting inner wall, can also carry out the tapping to the outer wall.
When the external thread sleeve 75 moves upward, the external thread sleeve 75 moves upward to slide over the sliding rod 761 under the action of the cylindrical spring 762, the external thread sleeve 75 is loosened, and the sliding rod 761 limits the external thread sleeve 75 to avoid downward movement. Example 3
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the main difference between this embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 is that in this embodiment, an annular base 8 and a guide frame 9 are further included, a guide frame 9 is fixedly connected to the top of the outer periphery of the support plate 1, the inner side surface of the guide frame 9 contacts with the outer side of the rotary drum 74, and the annular base 8 is fixedly connected between the outer side surfaces of the guide frames 9.
The sliding pipe is characterized by further comprising a guide screw 10 and a limit nut 11, wherein the guide screw 10 is fixedly connected in the middle of the outer top of the sliding pipe 77, the left end of the guide screw 10 penetrates through the left upper part of the outer tapping tool 78, the limit nut 11 is arranged on the guide screw 10, and the limit nut 11 is matched with the outer tapping tool 78.
When the device is placed in a given position, the annular base 8 is in contact with the ground, while the guide frame 9 is also able to guide the moving rotating drum 74. In this way, the device is placed more firmly, and the rotary cylinder 74 can be rotated and moved more stably.
When the external tapping tool 78 moves outwards, an operator can twist the limit nut 11 to rotate positively and negatively alternately, the limit nut 11 rotates positively and negatively alternately to move left and right through the guide screw 10, and then the limit nut 11 stops twisting the limit nut 11 when moving left and right to the depth of required tapping, the external tapping tool 78 is loosened, the external tapping tool 78 moves inwards to be in contact with the limit nut 11 to be limited, and meanwhile, the external tapping tool 78 contacts with the outer wall of the plastic pipe fitting, so that tapping can be started. Thus, the tapping depth can be adjusted according to the requirements.
