After tapping of the outer wall of the plastic pipe fitting is completed, the speed reducing motor 41 is turned off, the external tapping cutter 78 is pulled to move outwards and not to be in contact with the plastic pipe fitting, the limiting piece 76 is pulled to move outwards to be separated from the external thread sleeve 75, the external thread sleeve 75 moves downwards to drive the rotary cylinder 74 to move downwards to reset, the limiting piece 76 is loosened to reset, the external tapping cutter 78 is loosened to move inwards to reset, after the plastic pipe fitting is taken down, the speed reducing motor 41 is started to rotate reversely, and then the rotary cylinder 74 is enabled to rotate reversely to reset through the external thread sleeve 75 and move upwards. When the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting needs to be tapped, the fastening screw 44 is twisted to rotate reversely and not to be in contact with the diamond-shaped rotating rod 42, the long shaft gear 43 is pulled to move upwards to be meshed with the cylindrical gear 63, the fastening screw 44 is twisted to fix the long shaft gear 43, the long shaft gear 43 is not meshed with the inner gear ring 72, and then the inner wall of the plastic pipe fitting can be tapped. So for this device can carry out the tapping to plastics pipe fitting inner wall, can also carry out the tapping to the outer wall.
When the external thread bushing 75 moves upward, the external thread bushing 75 moves upward and slides over the sliding rod 761 due to the action of the cylindrical spring 762, the external thread bushing 75 is loosened, and the sliding rod 761 limits the external thread bushing 75 to avoid moving downward. Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 mainly in that in the present embodiment, the present embodiment further includes an annular base 8 and a guide frame 9, the guide frame 9 is fixedly connected to the outer top of the support plate 1 along the circumferential direction, the inner side surface of the guide frame 9 contacts with the outer side of the rotary cylinder 74, and the annular base 8 is fixedly connected between the outer side surfaces of the guide frame 9.
The tapping machine is characterized by further comprising a guide screw rod 10 and a limiting nut 11, the guide screw rod 10 is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer top of the sliding pipe 77, the left end of the guide screw rod 10 penetrates through the upper portion of the left side of the outer tapping cutter 78, the limiting nut 11 is arranged on the guide screw rod 10, and the limiting nut 11 is matched with the outer tapping cutter 78.
