In conclusion, when the microwave sterilization and dehydration treatment system for carbohydrate substances is used, kitchen waste is placed in the shell 1 through the feeding pipe 31, the motor 13 can drive the two third belt pulleys 14 to rotate when working, the two third belt pulleys 14 can drive the first belt pulley 6 and the second belt pulley 12 to rotate simultaneously through the belt 15, so that the rotating shaft 4 and the first reciprocating screw 7 can rotate simultaneously, the rotating shaft 4 can drive the plurality of cutting blades 5 to rotate and crush and cut the kitchen waste discharged into the shell 1, the ceramic partition plate 2 has a sterilization function and can perform sterilization on the kitchen waste, the reciprocating slide block 8 can perform left-right reciprocating movement in the shell 1 when the first reciprocating screw 7 rotates, so that the carbohydrate substance disinfectant spray nozzle 10 can spray carbohydrate substance on the surface of the kitchen waste, can carry out effectual disinfection at kitchen garbage cutting to it, can fall on fixed frame 16 and filter screen 17's surface after kitchen garbage cutting disinfection, thereby can filter moisture and make the inside of kitchen garbage direction to compression box 18 after the cutting, pivot 4 is when being driven rotatoryly, can make second bevel gear 23 rotatory, second bevel gear 23 can drive first bevel gear 22 and rotate, thereby can make the reciprocal lead screw 19 of second rotatory, the reciprocal lead screw 19 of second can promote internal thread sleeve 20 downstream and make compression plate 21 downstream compress into the piece with the kitchen garbage after the inside cutting of compression box 18, and then the staff of being convenient for clears up kitchen garbage, through setting up at the inside microwave heating pipe 30 of compression box 18, can disinfect once more with the kitchen garbage of compressing into the piece.
