The cantilever type mobile dust hood vehicle device according to claim 5, wherein the walking device (D) comprises a walking main frame (D1), a supporting walking mechanism (D2), an upper driven mechanism (D3) and a lower driven mechanism (D4); the supporting walking mechanism (D2), the upper driven mechanism (D3) and the lower driven mechanism (D4) are connected to the walking main frame (D1); the supporting and running mechanism (D2) is positioned between the upper driven mechanism (D3) and the lower driven mechanism (D4); the supporting travelling mechanism (D2) is movably supported on the supporting travelling mechanism running track (E1) and is used for driving the travelling device (D) to move; the upper driven mechanism (D3) and the lower driven mechanism (D4) are respectively supported on the upper driven mechanism running track (E2) and the lower driven mechanism running track (E3) in a movable mode and used for balancing overturning moments generated by the gravity of the cover body (A) and the frame (B) and preventing the movable dust hood vehicle device from overturning.

The cantilever type mobile dust hood vehicle device according to claim 6, wherein the supporting and traveling mechanism (D2) comprises a driving wheel set (D2-1), a driving wheel support seat (D2-2) and a driving mechanism (D2-3); the driving wheel set (D2-1) is connected with the driving wheel support seat (D2-2) and vertically travels on the support traveling mechanism running track (E1), and the driving mechanism (D2-3) is in driving connection with the driving wheel set (D2-1) and is used for providing traveling power for the driving wheel set (D2-1); the upper driven mechanism (D3) horizontally runs on the upper driven mechanism running track (E2); the lower driven mechanism (D4) horizontally runs on the lower driven mechanism running track (E3).

A cantilever type mobile dust hood vehicle device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, the air duct (C) further comprises a guiding device (G), a spring device (H) and a roller group (I); the guide device (G) and the spring device (H) are connected to the moving end air pipe flange (C1) and the elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2), and the guide device (G) guides the elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2) to ensure that the elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2) can only move along the axial direction; the spring device (H) applies axial force to the elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2); the roller group (I) is fixed on the elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2) and is used for walking on the flange guide rail (F).

10. A method of cantilevered mobile dust extraction, preferably using the cantilevered mobile dust extraction hood vehicle apparatus of any of the above claims, comprising the steps of:
step (1): under the drive of a traveling device (D), when the mobile dust hood vehicle device is close to a dust removal station, a roller set (I) simultaneously travels on a flange guide rail (F), the flange guide rail (F) has different thicknesses, when the mobile dust hood vehicle device is close to the dust removal station, the thickness of the guide rail (F) is changed, and the roller set (I) is still tightly attached to the surface of the guide rail (F) under the action of a spring device (H), so that an elastic telescopic air pipe flange (C2) is axially far away from a mobile end air pipe flange (C1) and is tightly abutted to one end of a fixed end air pipe flange (C3) of a dust removal system, and sealing is realized; the dust removal device is used for collecting flue gas dust generated by the dust removal station through the cover body (A) and then sending the collected flue gas dust into a dust removal system for dust removal treatment;
