本发明涉及一种信息销毁设备,具体地说,涉及一种硒鼓粉碎分离设备,它可以将硒鼓彻底粉碎,从而销毁硒鼓表面存留的信息。
背景技术
社会发展、科技进步离不开信息的交流,信息同物质、能源一样重要,特别是对于一些国家重点机关、部门,如银行、军队、科技部门等,信息安全尤为重要。在人们打印资料时,打印完成后,实际上在硒鼓表面还存留一些信息痕迹。在丢弃废硒鼓/旧硒鼓时,对于涉密单位来说,如何处理这些废旧硒鼓是一件非常棘手的问题。
由于废旧硒鼓表面以及硒鼓内还有墨粉,如果通过机械方式将其破坏,硒鼓内残留的墨粉会四处飞散,不仅污染环境,而且对操作者来说,如果吸入墨粉对人体也有伤害。
发明内容
鉴于上述原因,本发明的目的是提供一种机械式的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,该设备在粉碎硒鼓销毁硒鼓表面存留信息的同时,将硒鼓内残留的墨粉和碎料分离,分别回收,且最大限度地减少对环境的污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其包括密闭的箱体、内置在箱体内的硒鼓粉碎单元、分离单元、碎料收集箱、墨粉收集箱、墨粉收集箱开关组件和控制单元;
在所述箱体的顶部开有一能开合的投料口;所述硒鼓粉碎单元位于所述投料口的下方;所述分离单元的入料口位于所述硒鼓粉碎单元的下方;所述碎料收集箱位于所述分离单元的末端,所述墨粉收集箱位于所述分离单元的下方;在所述墨粉收集箱与所述分离单元之间设有所述墨粉收集箱开关组件;
所述硒鼓粉碎单元包括至少两组并排放置的刀片组,所述两组刀片组上的刀片的刀齿交错设置;所述刀片为合金钢刀片,其厚度为20mm-30mm,刀片外缘间隔地设有5-10个刀齿,每个刀齿的倒钩角为20°,每个刀齿的刀背夹角为30°;
所述分离单元包括入料口、筛筒、筛筒罩、筛筒驱动电机;所述入料口固定在所述箱体内,位于所述筛筒的前端;所述筛筒长度为70--90厘米,直径为25--35厘米,与水平呈10-20度角倾斜地固定在所述筛筒罩内;
所述筛筒包括圆柱形的安装架和套在安装架内的滚筒;所述安装架的两端各固定有若干个槽轮;所述滚筒的表面密布有若干个筛孔,所述滚筒的两端各设有一圈凸缘,所述凸缘嵌在所述安装架两端的槽轮内;在所述滚筒的端部还设有齿圈;
所述筛筒驱动电机固定在所述筛筒罩外,所述筛筒驱动电机的输出轴通过齿轮、所述滚筒端部的齿圈驱动所述滚筒两端的凸缘沿所述安装架两端的槽轮转动,从而带动所述筛筒旋转。
所述墨粉收集箱开关组件包括墨粉收集漏斗、旋转开关板、旋转轴、电动推杆和密封框;
所述墨粉收集漏斗安装在所述筛筒的下方,收集自所述筛筒筛孔落下的墨粉;在所述墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口处安装一密封框;在所述墨粉收集漏斗和密封框之间安装有所述旋转开关板;

如图1所示,本发明公开的硒鼓粉碎分离设备包括密闭的箱体1、内置在箱体内的硒鼓粉碎单元2、分离单元3、碎料收集箱4、墨粉收集箱5和控制单元。在箱体1的顶部开有一能开合的投料口11,硒鼓粉碎单元2位于投料口11的下方,分离单元3的入料口31位于硒鼓粉碎单元2的下方,碎料收集箱4位于分离单元3的尾部,墨粉收集箱5位于分离单元3的下方。所述分离单元3包括一倾斜放置的带有筛孔的可旋转的筛筒32,硒鼓经投料口11被放入箱体内,经硒鼓粉碎单元2粉碎,粉碎后的碎片和墨粉混合物经分离单元3的入料口31进入倾斜放置的带有筛孔的旋转筛筒32内,在筛筒旋转的过程中,墨粉从筛筒的筛孔落下,碎片沿筛筒壁滑落到筛筒的尾部;从筛筒筛孔落下的墨粉被墨粉收集箱5收集,滑落到筛筒尾部的碎片被碎料收集箱4收集。
为避免硒鼓内的墨粉四处粉碎,减少对环境的污染,以及对操作者身体的伤害,本发明箱体1为一密闭的箱体。在箱体内,分离单元3与墨粉收集箱5之间设有能自动开合的墨粉收集箱开关组件6;在分离单元3与碎料收集箱4之间设有能自动开合的碎料收集箱开关组件7。在倾倒、更换墨粉收集袋和/或碎料收集袋时,将墨粉收集箱开关组件6、碎料收集箱开关组件7关闭,更换完毕,将开关组件6、7打开,继续收集分离出的墨粉和硒鼓碎片。
如图2-图3所示,硒鼓粉碎单元2包括刀片组架21、至少两组并排设置的刀片组22、传动机构23和驱动电机24。
每组刀片组22由刀轴221、若干片刀片222和若干片隔圈223构成,刀片222间隔地固定在刀轴221上,在相邻两片刀片之间设置有隔圈223;两组刀片组22并排固定在刀片组架21上,两组刀片组上的刀片222的刀齿2221相互交错设置,即一组刀片组上的隔圈和刀片的顺序是隔圈、刀片、隔圈、刀片……,另一组刀片组上的隔圈和刀片的顺序是刀片、隔圈、刀片、隔圈……。
所述传动机构23包括传动链轮231和传动齿轮232,驱动电机24的输出轴经传动链轮231、传动齿轮232分别与固定在刀片组架21上的两组刀片组的刀轴221相连。驱动电机24通过传动机构23驱动两组刀片组22相对旋转,碾压、粉碎落在两组刀片组之间的硒鼓。
在粉碎硒鼓的过程中,为避免粉碎的硒鼓碎片卡、堵在刀片之间,本发明在刀片组架上,两组刀片组22的外侧各固定有一篦子杆25,在篦子杆25上间隔地固定有若干个篦子26,每个篦子26刚好位于相邻的刀片222之间,在刀轴221旋转的过程中,篦子杆25不动,篦子杆上的篦子26将卡堵在刀片之间的碎片拨开。另,如图所示,篦子26的顶面指向刀片组切有一倾斜的导引面261,刀片组22两侧的两排篦子26引导着硒鼓碎片集中在两组刀片组之间。
图4A-图4B为构成硒鼓粉碎单元的刀片结构示意图。由于硒鼓相对于磁盘、光盘体积大、硬度大,故,构成本发明硒鼓粉碎单元的刀片222是一厚度为20mm-30mm的合金钢刀片,刀片外缘间隔地设有5-10个刀齿2221,每个刀齿的倒钩角θ为20°,每个刀齿的刀背夹角β为30°,每个刀齿顶面宽度L为12mm。两组刀片组上的刀片的齿牙刀齿2221相互交错设置,相对旋转,碾压、粉碎落在两组刀片组之间的硒鼓。为碾压、粉碎的效果更好,可以事先将硒鼓破坏,使其形成便于刀片刀齿抓扯的棱角。
由于减速电机具有体积小、扭矩大的优点,在本发明较佳实施例中,所述驱动刀片组旋转的驱动电机24为减速电机。
如图1所示,硒鼓被硒鼓粉碎单元2粉碎处理后,硒鼓碎片和墨粉经入料口31进入到分离单元3。分离单元3包括入料口31、筛筒32、筛筒罩33、筛筒驱动电机34。入料口31固定在箱体内,位于硒鼓粉碎单元2的下方,筛筒32的前端。为使硒鼓碎片和墨粉尽快分离、且分离干净,构成本发明的筛筒32与水平呈10-20度倾斜地固定在筛筒罩33内。在筛筒罩33外,固定有一筛筒驱动电机34,筛筒驱动电机34的输出轴通过齿轮驱动筛筒罩内的筛筒32旋转,将混合的硒鼓碎片和墨粉分离。
如图5所示,所述筛筒32由圆柱形的安装架321和套在安装架内的滚筒322构成。安装架321的两端各固定有若干个槽轮3211。滚筒322的表面密布有若干个筛孔,滚筒的两端各设有一圈凸缘3221,滚筒两端的凸缘3221嵌在安装架两端的槽轮3211内,滚筒322在安装架321内,沿槽轮3211滚动。在滚筒322的端部还设有齿圈3222。为将硒鼓碎片和墨粉分离开,所述筛筒长度为70-90厘米,直径为25-35厘米,其旋转速度大于12转/分钟。
如图6所示,筛筒驱动电机34通过安装板35固定在筛筒罩33的外侧壁上,驱动电机34的输出轴通过齿轮36、滚筒端部的齿圈3222驱动滚筒两端的凸缘3221沿安装架两端的槽轮3211滚动,从而,带动滚筒旋转。由于筛筒32倾斜地设置在筛筒罩33内,且筛筒的表面设有筛孔,故硒鼓碎片和墨粉混合物随倾斜的筛筒旋转时,由于重力墨粉自筛孔落下,硒鼓碎片沿筛筒壁滑落至筛筒底部。
在筛筒分离硒鼓碎料和墨粉时,为防止墨粉四处飞扬,本发明将筛筒32设置在密闭的筛筒罩33内,如图1、图6所示,在筛筒驱动电机34输出轴穿过筛筒罩33侧壁处设置有一内嵌有轴承37的密封盖板38。在筛筒罩33底部、与墨粉收集箱5之间设有能自动开合的墨粉收集箱开关组件6;在筛筒尾部、与碎料收集箱4之间设有能自动开合的碎料收集箱开关组件7。在倾倒、更换墨粉收集袋和/或碎料收集袋时,将墨粉收集箱开关组件6、碎料收集箱开关组件7关闭,更换完毕,将开关组件6、7打开,继续收集分离出的墨粉和硒鼓碎片。
如图7所示,墨粉收集箱开关组件6包括墨粉收集漏斗61、旋转开关板62、旋转轴63、电动推杆64和密封框65。墨粉收集漏斗61安装在筛筒32的下方,收集自筛筒筛孔落下的墨粉。在墨粉收集箱5的墨粉入口51处安装一密封框65,在墨粉收集漏斗61和密封框65之间安装有一旋转开关板62,在旋转开关板62的中心线处固定一旋转轴63,该旋转轴63与一电动推杆64相连,电动推杆64固定在一固定座641上。启动电机642,电动推杆64推动旋转轴63使其转动,从而带动旋转开关板62转动,如图7A所示,当旋转开关板62呈水平状态时,墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口51被关闭,如图7B所示,当旋转开关板62呈垂直状态时,墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口51被打开。
为防止墨粉飞扬,在旋转开关板62与墨粉收集漏斗61之间、旋转开关板62与密封框65之间均设有密封条66。
如图8所示,碎料收集箱开关组件7包括接口71、推拉开关板72、导轨支架73、电动推杆74。接口71安装在筛筒32的末端,用于接收沿筛筒壁滑落的硒鼓碎料。在接口71和碎料收集箱4入口41之间安装有一导轨支架73,推拉开关板72可沿导轨支架73上的导轨731前、后滑动。电动推块74的前端与推拉开关板72相连。启动电机741,电动推杆74拉回或推开推拉开关板72沿导轨支架73移动,当电动推杆74推开推拉开关板72时,碎料收集箱入口41打开,沿筛筒壁滑落的硒鼓碎料经接口71、碎料收集箱入口41被收集到碎料收集箱4内;当电动推杆74拉回推拉开关板72时,碎料收集箱入口41被关闭。为检测推拉开关板72推开、拉回是否到位,本发明在碎料收集箱入口处安装有一位置传感器75,该传感器的信号输出端与控制单元相连,控制电机741的启或停。
如图8所示,本发明在碎料收集箱4的顶部还安装有一传感器8,该传感器的信号输出端与控制单元相连。当碎料收集箱4收满硒鼓碎料时,传感器8检测到这一状态,控制单元输出控制信号,启动碎料收集箱开关组件中的电机741启动电动推杆74,拉回推拉开关板72,关闭碎料收入箱入口41,更换/倾倒碎料收集箱/碎料收集袋。
如图9所示,本发明在墨粉收集箱5的顶部安装有一超声波检测器9,检测墨粉收集箱5内的墨粉高度,超声波检测器的信号输出端与控制单元相连。当墨粉收集箱/收集袋收满墨粉时,超声波检测器输出信号给控制单元,控制单元输出控制信号,启动墨粉收集箱开关组件中的电机642启动电动推杆64,旋转开关板62,使其呈水平状态,关闭墨粉收集箱入口51,更换墨粉收集袋。
长期使用,超声波检测器9底部感测探头上会粘有墨粉和灰尘,为防止对测量结果产生影响,如图9、图10所示,本发明在超声波检测器9旁设有一清扫单元10。该清扫单元10包括固定座101、拨动杆102、转轴103、弹簧104、轴承座105、轴承106、毛刷107。固定座101固定在墨粉收集箱5顶部外,超声波检测器9固定在该固定座101上,其底部伸入墨粉收集箱内。转轴103穿过固定座101,其一端伸入墨粉收集箱5内,其端部固定毛刷107;转轴103的另一端位于墨粉收集箱体外,其端部固定有一拨动杆102,转轴103上套有弹簧103、轴承座105和轴承106。定期,向下按压拨动杆102,转动转轴103,使其端部的毛刷107转动,来回清扫超声波检测器9底部探头,将探头表面的墨粉清扫掉,使其测量更准确。
为观察硒鼓粉碎分离设备的工作情况,如图1、图8所示,本发明在碎料收集开关组件7的接口71的侧壁上开有一观察窗711,操作者可以通过该观察窗观察设备的运行情况,也可以打开该观察窗进行设备维护。
为方便装、卸墨粉收集箱5和碎料收集箱4,如图7、图8、图11、图12所示,本发明在墨粉收集箱5和碎料收集箱4顶部左、右两侧壁前、后各安装一个偏心轮12,同侧前后两个偏心轮之间连接有连接杆13,在后部两偏心轮之间连接有一操作杆14。如图11所示,向下按压操作杆14,偏心轮12呈垂直状态,墨粉收集箱5就与墨粉收集箱开关组件6挂在一起了,同样,碎料收集箱4就与碎料收集箱开关组件7挂在了一起;如图12所示,向上抬起操作杆14,偏心轮12呈水平状态,墨粉收集箱5就与墨粉收集箱开关组件6分离,同样,碎料收集箱4就与碎料收集箱开关组件7分离。
本发明控制单元包括PLC可编程控制器、控制各电机转动的开关和继电器、状态显示灯、各种按键。检测墨粉收集箱内收集的墨粉高度的超声波检测传感器、检测碎片收集单元开关组件中推拉开关板位置的位置传感器等传感器,各传感器的信号输出端与PLC信号输入端相连,PLC信号输出端通过继电器控制各电机的工作状态。
最后应说明的是:以上所述的各实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:其包括密闭的箱体、内置在箱体内的硒鼓粉碎单元、分离单元、碎料收集箱、墨粉收集箱、墨粉收集箱开关组件和控制单元;
在所述箱体的顶部开有一能开合的投料口;所述硒鼓粉碎单元位于所述投料口的下方;所述分离单元的入料口位于所述硒鼓粉碎单元的下方;所述碎料收集箱位于所述分离单元的末端,所述墨粉收集箱位于所述分离单元的下方;在所述墨粉收集箱与所述分离单元之间设有所述墨粉收集箱开关组件;
所述硒鼓粉碎单元包括至少两组并排放置的刀片组,所述两组刀片组上的刀片的刀齿交错设置;所述刀片为合金钢刀片,其厚度为20mm-30mm,刀片外缘间隔地设有5-10个刀齿,每个刀齿的倒钩角为20°,每个刀齿的刀背夹角为30°;
所述分离单元包括入料口、筛筒、筛筒罩、筛筒驱动电机;所述入料口固定在所述箱体内,位于所述筛筒的前端;所述筛筒长度为70--90厘米,直径为25--35厘米,与水平呈10-20度角倾斜地固定在所述筛筒罩内;
所述筛筒包括圆柱形的安装架和套在安装架内的滚筒;所述安装架的两端各固定有若干个槽轮;所述滚筒的表面密布有若干个筛孔,所述滚筒的两端各设有一圈凸缘,所述凸缘嵌在所述安装架两端的槽轮内;在所述滚筒的端部还设有齿圈;
所述筛筒驱动电机固定在所述筛筒罩外,所述筛筒驱动电机的输出轴通过齿轮、所述滚筒端部的齿圈驱动所述滚筒两端的凸缘沿所述安装架两端的槽轮转动,从而带动所述筛筒旋转;
所述墨粉收集箱开关组件包括墨粉收集漏斗、旋转开关板、旋转轴、电动推杆和密封框;
所述墨粉收集漏斗安装在所述筛筒的下方,收集自所述筛筒筛孔落下的墨粉;在所述墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口处安装一密封框;在所述墨粉收集漏斗和密封框之间安装有所述旋转开关板;
在所述旋转开关板的中心线处固定所述旋转轴,所述旋转轴与所述电动推杆相连;启动电机,所述电动推杆推动所述旋转轴使其转动,从而带动所述旋转开关板转动,当所述旋转开关板呈水平状态时,所述墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口被关闭,当所述旋转开关板呈垂直状态时,所述墨粉收集箱的墨粉入口被打开;
在所述旋转开关板与所述墨粉收集漏斗之间、所述旋转开关板与所述密封框之间均设有密封条;
粉碎后的碎片和墨粉进入旋转的所述筛筒,墨粉从所述筛筒筛孔落下,经所述墨粉收集箱开关组件落入所述墨粉收集箱内;碎片沿所述筛筒壁滑落到所述筛筒的尾部,落入所述碎料收集箱内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:在所述分离单元与碎料收集箱之间设有能自动开合的密封的碎料收集箱开关组件;
所述碎料收集箱开关组件包括接口、推拉开关板、导轨支架、电动推杆;
所述接口安装在所述筛筒的末端,用于接收沿所述筛筒壁滑落的硒鼓碎料;
在所述接口和所述碎料收集箱入口之间安装有所述导轨支架,所述推拉开关板可沿所述导轨支架上的导轨前、后滑动;所述电动推杆的前端与所述推拉开关板相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:所述硒鼓粉碎单元包括刀片组架、至少两组并排设置的刀片组、传动机构和驱动电机;
所述刀片组包括刀轴、若干片刀片和若干片隔圈;所述刀片间隔地固定在所述刀轴上,在相邻的两片所述刀片之间设置有所述隔圈;所述两组刀片组并排固定在所述刀片组架上,且两组刀片组上的所述刀片的刀齿相互交错设置;
所述传动机构包括传动链轮和传动齿轮,所述驱动电机的输出轴经所述传动链轮、传动齿轮分别与固定在所述刀片组架上的所述两组刀片组的刀轴相连,驱动所述两组刀片组相对旋转,碾压、粉碎落在两组刀片组之间的硒鼓。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:所述隔圈的厚度为20mm-30mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:在所述刀片组架上,所述两组刀片组的外侧各固定有一篦子杆,在所述篦子杆上间隔地固定有若干个篦子,每个篦子刚好位于相邻的两片所述刀片之间;
在所述篦子的顶面指向所述刀片组切有一倾斜的导引面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:在所述碎料收集箱的顶部安装有一用于所述检测收集箱内碎料高度的位置传感器,该位置传感器的信号输出端与所述控制单元相连,当碎料收集箱收满硒鼓碎料时,所述传感器检测到这一状态,所述控制单元输出控制信号,启动所述碎料收集箱开关组件中的电机启动所述电动推杆,拉到所述推拉开关板,关闭所述碎料收入箱入口,更换/倾倒碎料收集箱/碎料收集袋;
在所述墨粉收集箱的顶部安装有一超声波检测器,用于检测所述墨粉收集箱内的墨粉高度,所述超声波检测器的信号输出端与所述控制单元相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的硒鼓粉碎分离设备,其特征在于:其还包括一清扫单元,该清扫单元位于所述超声波检测器旁,定期清扫所述超声波检测器探头。
