When industrial waste gas is treated, the shunt pipe 142 is connected with the diversion pipe 145 in an embedded manner through the connecting port 144, the hot gas is heated by the heating element 141, the hot gas is conveyed into the diversion pipe 145 through the shunt pipe 142, the diversion pipe 145 uniformly conveys the hot gas into the spray tower 3, sludge at the bottom of the spray tower 3 is quickly dried, moisture existing in the sludge is treated, the sludge is agglomerated into blocks, the water content of the sludge is reduced, the sludge is prevented from being discharged and stacked randomly, pollution to soil and underground water environment is caused, the regulator 111 is fixedly clamped on an operation position by the fixing rod 113, the movable scraper 114 is buckled with the roller 1112, the movable scraper 114 is driven by the roller 1112 to adjust the angle on the sliding rail 1111, the scraping angle of the movable scraper 114 is adjusted to be 45 degrees, the movable scraper 114 can quickly scrape the dried sludge, and the treatment effect of the spray tower 3 on the industrial waste gas is improved, and prevents the influence of the sludge on the surrounding environment and the quality of the atmosphere.
When industrial waste gas is discharged, the side sliding ring 7443 is buckled with the telescopic element 743, the movable pull rod 7441 and the press roller 741 are matched with each other to drive the arc-shaped clamping sleeve 7442 to be adjusted outwards, the arc-shaped clamping sleeve 7442 attached to the exhaust pipe 8 is pulled out, the arc-shaped clamping sleeve 7442 is separated from the exhaust pipe 8, the positioning disc 712 is connected with the bottom of the exhaust pipe 8, the rotating rod 711 drives the screw 714 to movably adjust the tightness of the exhaust pipe 8, so that the clamping guide disc 74 can be separated from the exhaust pipe 8, the position of the screw 714 is limited by the stop cushion cover 715, the screw 714 is prevented from being excessively adjusted, the exhaust pipe 8 is fixedly supported by the support clamping ring 73, the collapse phenomenon of the exhaust pipe 8 during replacement is prevented, the stability of the exhaust pipe 8 during replacement is ensured, the safety of surrounding workers is protected, and the exhaust pipe 8 can be rapidly replaced, prevent that blast pipe 8 from using for a long time, improve the treatment effeciency of waste gas, guarantee that industrial waste gas's treatment effect can reach the standard of emission.
The invention solves the problems that when industrial waste gas is treated, dust sludge in the waste gas is sprayed, so that more sludge exists at the bottom of the equipment, the sludge has higher water content and is in a marsh shape, the difficulty of sludge treatment in the equipment is increased, if the sludge is randomly discharged and piled, the surrounding environment and the atmospheric quality are influenced, and leachate pollutes the soil and the underground water environment and threatens regional water ecological systems; when industrial waste gas is discharged, the waste gas is discharged and treated through the chimney, when the chimney is discharged for a long time, the inner wall of the chimney can adsorb a large amount of impurity dust, so that the inner wall of the chimney can be blackened, the chimney can not be replaced and treated, the invention can realize that the heating element uniformly conveys hot gas into the spray tower through the flow guide pipe, the sludge at the bottom of the spray tower is quickly dried to be agglomerated into blocks, the movable scraper is driven by the roller to adjust the angle on the slide rail, the movable scraper can quickly scrape off the dried sludge, so that the treatment effect of the spray tower on industrial waste gas is improved, and the influence of the sludge on the surrounding environment and the atmospheric quality is prevented; through limit sliding ring and flexible component looks lock, the activity pull rod is mutually supported with the compression roller and is pulled out the arc cutting ferrule of laminating on the blast pipe for the arc cutting ferrule breaks away from the blast pipe, drives the elasticity that the screw rod carried out the activity adjustment blast pipe through the bull stick, can change the processing to the blast pipe fast, prevents that the blast pipe from using for a long time, improves the treatment effeciency of waste gas, guarantees that industrial waste gas's treatment effect can reach the standard of emission.
