The distillation apparatus of energy-saving multifunctional lubricating oil production facility according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust gas condensing, liquefying, filtering and recycling storage tank structure (16) comprises an exhaust gas condensing tank (161), a compressor (162), a condenser (163), a water suction pump (164), a water guide pipe (165), a recycling waste liquid treatment tank (166), a calandria pipe (167) with a valve, a impurity filtering net (168) and an adsorption net (169), wherein the compressor (162) is connected to the left side of the exhaust gas condensing tank (161) in a longitudinal screw manner; a condenser (163) is connected to the interior of the waste gas condensing box (161) through screws; the right side of the upper part of the waste gas condensation box (161) is connected with a water suction pump (164) through a bolt; one end of the water guide pipe (165) is in threaded connection with an inlet at the upper left side of the recycled waste liquid treatment box (166), and the other end of the water guide pipe is in threaded connection with an outlet at the upper end of the water suction pump (164); a discharge pipe (167) with a valve is connected with the right lower outlet of the recycling waste liquid treatment box (166) through a screw thread; the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the reused waste liquid treatment box (166) are both connected with impurity filtering nets (168) by screws; an adsorption net (169) is connected to the inside of the reuse waste liquid treatment box (166) in sequence from top to bottom by screws.
