The following describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention.
In the preferred embodiment of the stepping exercise device and the method for implementing the same according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the housing 110 is formed by fastening the upper casing 111 and the lower casing 112, and a receiving space is formed therein for receiving the corresponding circuit board 113. A corresponding processing circuit is arranged on the circuit board 113, and the circuit board 113 is electrically connected with a pair of sensors 114 for correspondingly sensing the contact frequency of the left foot or the right foot. On the upper surface of the upper case 111, a mark 115 is provided to identify the placement position of the foot, and the area of the mark 115 corresponds to the position of the sensor 114 so as to sense the contact process.
The sensor 114 may be configured to employ various conventional sensors, such as but not limited to infrared, resistive or capacitive touch sensors, and preferably, in the present embodiment, a touch sensitive strip is employed, correspondingly disposed within the area of the marker 115. The stepping fitness device is provided with corresponding processing circuits on the circuit board aiming at different sensors, and the details are not repeated.
The processing circuit may record and count the number of times the sensor 114 is touched by monitoring the number of times, and correspondingly prompt the user through a prompting circuit unit, for example, a speaker 116 controlled by the processing circuit may prompt the user through voice, or a display screen (not shown in the figure) communicatively connected to the processing circuit may display the number of times.
The stepping fitness device can only identify the contact times by arranging a simple sensor induction and processing circuit, and realize the movement mode with low requirement on fitness, thereby being more suitable for the requirements of the middle-aged and the elderly for exercise and rehabilitation training, especially indoor exercise. The shape of the stepping fitness device is similar to that of a body weight scale, but the functions of the stepping fitness device are different, of course, a corresponding pressure sensor or a body weight sensing structure can be arranged in the stepping fitness device for synchronously measuring body weight and other body index parameters, or a contact sensor is arranged on the existing body weight scale for identifying and recording and counting stepping times, and the implementation schemes all belong to the protection scope of the invention.
In the stepping exercise device of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 110 may take the shape of a generally square or pie, such as the pie shape shown in FIG. 2, and may also be configured to embed other planar unit structures. However, the shape of the square or round cake itself is only one of the embodiments and not the best choice for the shape of the conventional scale due to the stepping fitness exercise function of the present invention for the middle and old aged people. Preferably, the area of the housing 110 may be larger, for example, but not limited to, 1m multiplied by 1m or more, so that the space for the exerciser to stand and move is larger, thereby preventing the risk of unstable standing or falling due to the small area of the upper surface of the upper case. It should be noted that the shape of the shell may be other shapes, for example, the upper shell may be shaped like a turtle back, so as to provide more fun for users.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the contact-sensing strip 114 has a shape similar to the shape of the foot, so as to facilitate the sensing process of the foot contact. To reinforce the supporting function, the convergence ribs 121 further provide a plurality of circumferential ribs 122 concentrically around the convergence center, thereby further reinforcing the supporting ability of the lower case.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the horn 116 is disposed at the side of the housing 110, i.e. the opening 117 of the horn faces the side of the housing 110. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the opening 117 of the horn is disposed on the upper shell 111, i.e., in a front position between the marks. Therefore, for the user, the voice prompts at different positions have different characteristics, so that the user can conveniently select products according with the use habit of the user.
In the stepping establishing device, a remote control device is preferably further arranged, and data interaction with the processing circuit can be realized through wireless connection between the remote control device and the processing circuit, so that a corresponding loudspeaker can be arranged on the remote control device for voice prompt, or a corresponding display screen is arranged for data display of stepping times.
Because the preferred embodiment of the stepping fitness device of the invention is for middle-aged and elderly people or people with weak physical ability who need rehabilitation exercise to exercise, the housing 110 of the invention can be further connected with a handrail support device, such as a single longitudinal rod, a T-shaped handrail rod, a U-shaped enclosure handrail rod, and the like, and can be fixed on a fixed position such as the ground, so that the exerciser can support the handrail.
In addition, the stepping fitness device of the invention can be further provided with a seat device connected and fixed with the shell 110, so that a user can sit on the seat conveniently and exercise by using the contact induction sheets of the feet, thus the physical ability requirement of the user is further lowered, the user can sit on the seat device and exercise correspondingly only by the contact frequency of the legs and the feet with the fitness device of the invention.
As shown in fig. 6, a battery compartment cover 118 may be further disposed on the bottom side of the product according to the present invention, the processing circuit according to the present invention may use a common battery compartment, such as an AA or AAA battery, may use a preset lithium battery block as a power supply, and needs to provide a corresponding power input socket.
In the preferred embodiment of the stepping exercise device of the present invention, the housing 110 is further provided with a power switch or other selection keys, such as game selection keys, so as to realize the functions thereof when other functions, such as remote control or mobile phone APP control, cannot be operated. In addition, considering the use habits of the middle-aged and the elderly, the control function of the load is not detailed generally, and the control buttons and the functions of the stepping fitness device are simplified and visualized as far as possible, so that the stepping fitness device is convenient for the user to control.
Fig. 8 and 9 show a schematic circuit diagram of a main control chip 810 and peripheral circuits thereof, the main control chip may adopt F064-SS1, and the main control chip 810 controls other circuit units, including but not limited to a flash memory circuit unit 720, a power amplifier speaker circuit unit 730, an infrared receiving circuit unit 740, a programming port 750, a clock crystal oscillator circuit unit 760, and a TOUCH IC circuit unit 770, especially the sensing control of sensing PADs TOUCH-PAD1 and TOUCH-PAD2 therein, a low voltage detection unit 780, and a power supply unit 790, so as to achieve the sensing of the number of steps and prompt voice playing through a speaker SPK.
The invention also provides an implementation method of the stepping fitness device, as shown in fig. 7, which specifically includes but is not limited to: A. starting the stepping fitness device; B. the processing circuit monitors the contact stepping times of the sensor and records the times; C. and prompting the stepping times. This is the most basic method function of the product of the present invention, namely to allow the user to perform stepping operations on the stepping exercise device, necessarily while supporting a certain stable support structure, or while sitting on a seating device. The device only senses the contact times, so that the indoor stepping movement can be conveniently measured and recorded.
In the stepping construction device and the implementation method thereof, a user can remotely control functions through a remote controller or directly operate on a switch key on a product shell, preferably select one of game modes and perform actual stepping operation according to the game mode. In the corresponding game mode, the order, the number and the like of contact (namely stepping) are preset, the actual contact order and the actual contact number are compared and judged, so that whether the requirements in the game mode are completely matched can be judged, and the score can be given according to the difference degree, so that the score judgment and prompt are carried out. When data interaction is carried out through the mobile phone APP, under the condition that a friend list exists, competitive ranking with friends can be given.
Meanwhile, during each score or exercise or in ranking, the user can be encouraged to continue exercising by making a cheering or applause through the loudspeaker. In a specific game mode, the following modes can be adopted, but not limited to:
1. counting: the pedal counts up by one every time it is stepped on, and one cycle is finished when the number reaches 100. The value of 100 may be preset by itself. The user can also follow the number himself during the counting process.
2. Counting down: every time the pedal is stepped on, the pedal is reduced by one from the highest set value until the number reaches 0, and the cycle is finished. During the counting process, the user can follow the countdown.
3. Alphabet counting: each time the pedal is stepped on, the pedal will sound a letter until the letter Z. The user may also follow the letter count during the counting process.
4. Clap hands when multiple: the user selects a number multiple, such as 2/3/4/5 … …, and then steps, and taps his hand when the user meets the set multiple value.
5. Answering in multiple times: selecting a multiple of numbers, such as 2/3/4/5 … …, and then selecting categories of the questions to be answered, such as dish names, place names, animal names and the like; then, stepping exercise is carried out, and when a user meets the set multiple value, the corresponding name is required according to the set question type.
And so on.
In other embodiments of the stepping fitness device of the present invention, a sound pickup device may be disposed on the remote controller, and a voice recognition function may be correspondingly disposed, so that the answers may be compared and scored during the determination and evaluation of the game, so as to determine whether the answer answered by the user belongs to a correct answer. When the answer is answered, an incentive prompt can be given, such as playing a clapping or cheering sound or flashing with colored lights.
Through the game mode, the stepping fitness device can reduce the withering feeling of the user, and the number or answer game mode can also enable the thinking ability and the logic ability of the brain of the user to be exercised, so the stepping fitness device is particularly beneficial to middle-aged and elderly users.
