One end of the urinary catheter 40 is connected to the soft bottom wall 12 of the receiving part 10, the other end of the urinary catheter 40 is provided with a butt female joint 41, the urine receiving bag 30 is provided with a butt male joint 31, and the butt male joint 31 is detachably inserted into the butt female joint 41, so that the urine receiving bag 30 can be conveniently replaced. Of course, in order to improve the sealing performance between the mating male joint 31 and the mating female joint 41, an O-ring seal may be provided therebetween.
The inflation/deflation member 20 of the above-mentioned structure is operated to pump the gas in the soft bottom wall 12 into the soft side wall 11. In some embodiments of the present application, the inflation and deflation part 20 may have other structures, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the inflation and deflation part 20 comprises an air supply device 23 and an air extraction device 25, the air supply device 23 has an inflation inlet 22, and the air extraction device 25 has an air extraction inlet 21. When the gas supply device 23 works, the gas supply device 23 can inflate the soft side wall 11, and when the gas supply device 23 stops working, the gas in the soft side wall 11 can be discharged through the gas supply device 23; when the air extractor 25 is in operation, the air extractor 25 can extract air from the soft bottom wall 12, and when the air supply device 23 stops operating, external air can enter the soft bottom wall 12 through the air extractor 25. For example, the air supply device 23 may be an air pump or a balloon with a one-way valve (a deflation valve is arranged on the balloon), and the air exhaust device 25 may be a vacuum pump or a balloon with a one-way valve (a deflation valve is arranged on the balloon).
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the receiving member 10 is provided with a third air port 15 communicating with the urine receiving space 13. The first air port 112 is externally connected with a first connecting pipe 50, the inflation port 22 is externally connected with a second connecting pipe 60, and the third air port 15 is externally connected with a third connecting pipe 70. The urination device 200 further comprises a first tee 80, and the first connecting pipe 50, the second connecting pipe 60 and the third connecting pipe 70 are communicated through the first tee 80.
The first connecting pipe 50, the second connecting pipe 60 and the third connecting pipe 70 are connected through the first three-way pipe 80, and the gas discharged from the inflation port 22 of the inflation and deflation part 20 enters the first connecting pipe 50 and the third connecting pipe 70 through the second connecting pipe 60, so that the gas enters the inflation cavity 111 and the urine receiving space 13, that is, the inflation and deflation part 20 inflates the soft side wall 11, and simultaneously the gas enters the urine receiving space 13, so that the urine in the urine receiving space 13 more easily enters the urine receiving bag 30 through the urinary catheter 40.
The third port 15 may be provided in the soft side wall 11 or in the soft bottom wall 12. In this embodiment, the third air port 15 is provided in the soft bottom wall 12. Of course, as shown in FIG. 1, the receiving member 10 may be provided without the third air port 15, and the air charging port 22 and the first air port 112 may be connected by a connecting pipe.
Optionally, the urine receiving bag 30 is provided with an air outlet valve 32 at the top. The gas entering the urine receiving space 13 will eventually enter the urine receiving bag 30 through the urinary catheter 40 and will eventually be discharged from the air outlet valve 32. In actual use, the urine receiving bag 30 may be installed inside the suit and the gas discharged from the outlet valve 32 may ventilate the inside of the suit.
Furthermore, the second air port 123 is externally connected with a fourth connecting pipe 90, and the suction port 21 is externally connected with a fifth connecting pipe 100. The urination device further comprises a second three-way pipe 110, and the second three-way pipe 110 comprises a first connecting port 1101, a second connecting port 1102 and a third connecting port 1103 which are communicated with each other in pairs. The fourth connection pipe 90 is connected to the first connection port 1101; the fifth connection pipe 100 is connected to the second connection port 1102; the third connection port 1103 is smaller than the first connection port 1101.
When the soft bottom wall 12 is evacuated and the soft side wall 11 is inflated, the air-filling/deflating member 20 first inflates the inflation cavity 111 of the soft side wall 11, a part of the air is introduced from the evacuation cavity 121 of the soft bottom wall 12, and a part of the air is introduced from the third connection port 1103, and after the air in the evacuation cavity 121 is gradually evacuated, the air introduced into the inflation cavity 111 of the soft side wall 11 is substantially introduced from the third connection port 1103.
The first connector 1101, the second connector 1102 and the third connector 1103 are all circular holes, and the third connector 1103 is smaller than the first connector 1101, that is, the diameter of the third connector 1103 is smaller than the diameter of the first connector 1101.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment also provides a protective suit 300, which includes a protective suit body 310 and the urination device 200 in any of the above embodiments. The urination device is arranged in the protective clothing body 310, and the urine receiving bags 30 are detachably connected with the protective clothing body 310.
Wherein, the coat part of the protective suit body 310 is provided with a zipper 3101, and the neck, the cap opening, the ankle and the wrist of the protective suit body 310 are provided with a telescopic elastic band 3102.
The inner waist position of the protective suit body 310 is provided with a first pocket for placing the receiving component 10. The inner sides of the trouser legs of the protective clothing body are provided with second pockets for placing the urine receiving bags 30 so as to realize the detachable connection of the urine receiving bags 30 and the protective clothing body 310. Of course, the urine receiving bag 30 can also be adhered to the inner sides of the trouser legs of the protection body by the adhesive buttons.
When wearing, the user wears the coveralls and the protective clothing body 310 in sequence on the crotch of the human body to which the receiving member 10 is attached. After the wearing is finished, the receiving part 10 is positioned between the coverall and the human body, and the inflation and deflation part 20 and the urine receiving bag 30 are both positioned between the protective coverall body 310 and the coverall. The connecting pipes connected between the receiving part 10 and the inflation and deflation part 20 can penetrate through the opening of the crotch part of the working clothes, and one end of the urinary catheter 40 connected with the urine receiving bag 30 can penetrate through the openings of the legs of the working clothes and is wound in the legs of the protective clothes body 310 to be connected with the urine receiving bag 30 in the second pocket.
In an actual operation, if the air supply device 23 and the reversing valve 24 are provided as the air inflation/deflation part 20, a worker can press the switch for controlling the opening and closing of the air supply device 23 of the air inflation/deflation part 20 through the protective suit body 310, or can press the operation handle for controlling the reversing of the reversing valve 24 through the protective suit body 310.

Claims (9)

1. A urinary drainage device, comprising:
a receiving member having soft inflatable sidewalls and a soft base wall that hardens under suction;
the soft side wall and the soft bottom wall are both connected with the inflation and deflation component, and the inflation and deflation component is used for inflating and deflating the soft side wall and the soft bottom wall; the inflation and deflation part inflates the soft side wall to enable the soft side wall to expand, and the inflation and deflation part deflates the soft bottom wall to enable the soft bottom wall to be hardened so that the soft side wall and the soft bottom wall jointly define a urine receiving space with an open top;
a urine receiving bag; and
the urine receiving bag is connected with the receiving component through the urinary catheter, and the urine receiving space is communicated with the urine receiving bag through the urinary catheter.
2. The urination device of claim 1, wherein an inflatable chamber is provided within the soft side wall;
an air exhaust cavity is formed in the soft bottom wall, and filling particles are arranged in the air exhaust cavity;
the inflation and deflation part can pump the gas in the pumping cavity out to the inflation cavity.
3. The urination device of claim 2, wherein the flexible sidewall is provided with a first air port communicating with the inflation chamber;
a second air port communicated with the air pumping cavity is formed in the soft bottom wall;
the inflation and deflation part is provided with an air exhaust port and an inflation port, the air exhaust port is communicated with the second air port, and the inflation port is communicated with the first air port.
4. A urination device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the receiving member is provided with a third air port communicating with the urine receiving space;
the first air port is externally connected with a first connecting pipe, the second air port is externally connected with a second connecting pipe, and the third air port is externally connected with a third connecting pipe;
the urination device further comprises a first three-way pipe, and the first connecting pipe, the second connecting pipe and the third connecting pipe are communicated through the first three-way pipe.
5. A urinary device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the urine receiving bag is provided with a gas outlet valve at its top.
6. The urination device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second air port is externally connected with a fourth connecting tube, and the suction port is externally connected with a fifth connecting tube;
the urination device also comprises a second three-way pipe, and the second three-way pipe comprises a first connecting port, a second connecting port and a third connecting port which are communicated with each other in pairs;
the fourth connecting pipe is connected to the first connecting port;
the fifth connecting pipe is connected to the second connecting port;
the third connecting port is smaller than the first connecting port.
7. A urinary device in accordance with any one of claims 3-5, wherein the air inflation and deflation means comprises an air supply and a reversing valve;
the air supply device is provided with an air outlet and an air inlet;
the reversing valve is provided with a first vent hole, a second vent hole, the air suction port and the inflation port, the air inlet is communicated with the first vent hole, and the air outlet is communicated with the second vent hole;
when the reversing valve is in a first working state, the inflation port is communicated with the second vent port, and the extraction port is communicated with the first vent port;
when the reversing valve is in a second working state, the inflation inlet is communicated with the first air vent, and the air suction inlet is communicated with the second air vent.
8. The urination device of claim 1, wherein the end of the soft side wall remote from the soft bottom wall is provided with a skin-friendly fabric layer for contact with a human body.
9. A protective garment comprising a protective garment body and a urination device according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the urination device is arranged in the protective clothing body, and the urine receiving bag is detachably connected with the protective clothing body.
