Abstract
The invention provides a pregnant woman food prepared based on sheep heads and a processing technology thereof, wherein the pregnant woman food comprises the following components in parts by mass: 450 portions of sheep head meat, 460 portions of flaxseed powder, 1.2 to 1.4 portions of pyrene, 4 to 5 portions of dried roxburgh rose, 0.05 to 0.08 portion of bifidobacterium, 0.05 to 0.08 portion of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.2 to 0.5 portion of ferrous fumarate, 0.6 to 0.8 portion of folic acid, 0.1 to 1.0 portion of snow clam, 0.01 to 0.05 portion of vitamin E and 0.01 to 0.05 portion of docosahexaenoic acid powder.
