Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a binary package pesticide aerosol, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of organic solvent, 30-40 parts of synergist, 2-5 parts of surfactant, 1-2 parts of antioxidant, 5-10 parts of dissolving agent, 2-6 parts of high temperature resistant agent, 1-2 parts of essence and 1-2 parts of pyrethroid. The high-temperature resistant agent is added, so that the aerosol has better photo-thermal stability, and the drug effect cannot be weaker when the aerosol is used in a high-temperature environment; in addition, the synergistic agent and the pyrethrin are used together, so that multifunctional oxidase for inhibiting insects can be generated to prevent the insects from generating drug resistance, and a synergistic effect can be generated to increase the insecticidal effect.

Background

Preferably, the organic solvent may be selected from the group consisting of non-volatile organic hydrocarbons, alcohols, and esters, wherein the organic solvent is selected from at least one of xylene, toluene, ethanol, ethyl acetate, benzyl alcohol ester, phthalate, and polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the synergist is synergistic ether or octachlorodiphenyl ether, which can be used in combination with pyrethrin to generate multifunctional oxidase for inhibiting insects to prevent insects from generating drug resistance, and can generate synergistic effect to increase insecticidal effect.
Preferably, the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol belongs to an oil-soluble antioxidant, so that the product can be prevented from being oxidized, and the shelf life can be prolonged.
Preferably, the high-temperature resistant agent is zinc stearate or barium stearate, and the zinc stearate or barium stearate can enable the product to have better photo-thermal stability and cannot have weaker drug effect when being used in a high-temperature environment.
Preferably, the pyrethroid is selected from at least one of allethrin, tetramethrin, cypermethrin and deltamethrin.

step 1: mixing the raw materials in a mixing container at normal temperature, stirring, standing for 10-20 min to obtain pesticide aerosol liquid;
step 2: filling the insecticidal aerosol liquid medicine prepared in the step 1 into a bag, and then filling the bag filled with the insecticidal aerosol liquid medicine into a tank body;
and step 3: and (3) inflating a gas between the inner wall of the tank body in the tank body and the bag, and installing a valve on the opening of the tank body when the pressure in the tank body is between 0.1 and 1Mpa, and closing the valve.

step 2: filling the insecticidal aerosol liquid medicine prepared in the step 1 into a bag, and then filling the bag filled with the insecticidal aerosol liquid medicine into a tank body;
