Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a magnetic structure of a speaker, which includes two or more coil sets 100 prepared by semiconductor technology, wherein the two or more coil sets 100 are sequentially arranged, and at least one coil set 100 is provided with a vibration space. The coil assembly 100 is provided with a vibration space, which means that there is a distance between the coil assembly 100 and the adjacent coil assembly 100 or the loudspeaker housing.
Each coil assembly 100 is provided with a signal input end, and the signal input end of the coil assembly 100 provided with the vibration space can be connected with a sound signal or a power signal. When a sound signal is connected, the coil assembly 100 functions as a voice coil of a speaker; when a power signal is connected, the coil assembly 100 functions as an electromagnet. The signal input end of the coil assembly 100 without the vibration space can only be connected with a power signal, and the coil assembly can be used as an electromagnet and cannot be used as a voice coil.
Therefore, when designing the coil assembly 100, the coil assembly 100 provided with the vibration space includes the vibration layer 101 and one or more coil layers 102, and the coil layers 102 are provided on the vibration layer 101; the coil assembly 100 without the vibration space includes more than one coil layer 102, and the vibration layer 101 is not required to be additionally arranged. When the coil assembly 100 includes two or more coil layers 102, the two or more coil layers 102 are stacked on each other, and the coil layers 102 may be connected in series or in parallel. Of course, for the sake of production convenience, all the coil sets 100 may also be designed to have the same structure, i.e., to include the vibration layer 101 and the coil layer 102.
When the loudspeaker is used, the coil assembly 100 in the magnetic structure of the loudspeaker can be selectively connected to a power supply signal or a sound signal according to specific use conditions, so that the playable sound intensity or the playable sound direction of the loudspeaker can be changed. For example, when the playable sound intensity of the speaker needs to be increased, one of the coil sets 100 may be connected to a sound signal to be used as a voice coil, and the other coil sets 100 are connected to a power signal to be used as an electromagnet, so as to increase the magnetic field intensity of the speaker, and further increase the playable sound intensity of the speaker. When the playable sound intensity of the loudspeaker needs to be weakened, the number of the coil sets 100 connected with the power supply signal is reduced.
To further increase the flexibility of use of the loudspeaker, the coil assembly 100 may also be formed from more than one sub-coil assembly. When the coil assembly 100 includes more than two sub-coil assemblies, the two sub-coil assemblies 100 are in the same plane, and the plane is located at the coil assembly 100 adjacent to the sub-coil assemblies. When the coil assembly 100 is composed of two or more sub-coil assemblies, the frequency of the speaker capable of reproducing sound can be increased, and the sound quality of the speaker capable of reproducing sound can be stabilized.
In order to better illustrate the flexibility of speaker use, six embodiments will be described below.
Example one
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the magnetic structure of the speaker includes two coil sets, i.e., a first coil set 111 and a second coil set 112, both of which are provided with a vibration space. When the loudspeaker is used, the sound emitting direction of the loudspeaker can be changed by changing the input of the first coil group 111 and the second coil group 112.
Specifically, when the signal input end of the first coil set 111 inputs a power supply signal and the signal input end of the second coil set 112 inputs a sound signal, the sound emission direction of the speaker faces downward; when the signal input end of the first coil set 111 inputs the sound signal and the signal input end of the second coil set 112 inputs the power signal, the sound emission direction of the speaker is upward.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, in addition to the first embodiment, the first coil group 121 is composed of two sub-coil groups 1211. In this embodiment, by changing the inputs of the first coil group 121 and the second coil group 122, the sound frequency can be changed in addition to the sound emission direction.
Specifically, when the signal input end of the first coil assembly 121 inputs the power signal and the signal input end of the second coil assembly 122 inputs the sound signal, the sound emission direction of the speaker faces downward, and at this time, the vibration of the second coil assembly 122 is more stable, so that the sound quality of the sound played by the speaker can be improved. When the signal input terminal of the first coil assembly 121 inputs the audio signal and the signal input terminal of the second coil assembly 122 inputs the power signal, the two sub-coil assemblies 1211 of the first coil assembly 121 vibrate to generate sound with upward sound and two sound frequencies. In this case, if the first coil group 121 includes three sub-coil groups 1211, the sound emission frequency of the speaker is three or more.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the magnetic structure of the speaker includes three coil groups, i.e., a first coil group 131, a second coil group 132, and a third coil group 133, each of which is provided with a vibration space. In this embodiment, by changing the inputs of the three coils, it is possible to change both the direction of the sound of the speaker and the intensity of the sound.
For example, when sound signals are input to the signal input terminals of the first and third coil groups 131 and 133 and sound signals are input to the signal input terminal of the second coil group 132, the speaker has two sound emission directions. When the signal input terminals of the first coil set 131 and the third coil set 133 input power signals and the signal input terminal of the second coil set 132 input sound signals, the speaker has only one sound emitting direction, but the sound intensity is enhanced. When the signal input ends of the first coil set 131 and the second coil set 132 input power signals, the signal input end of the third coil set 133 inputs sound signals; alternatively, the power supply signal may be input to the signal input terminals of the second and third coil groups 132 and 133, and the sound signal may be input to the signal input terminal of the first coil group 131, so that the sound intensity of the speaker may be enhanced while the sound emission direction is reduced.
Example four
As shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the third embodiment, the first coil group 141 and the third coil group 143 of the present embodiment each include two sub-coil groups 1411, 1431. By changing the input of each coil group, the sounding direction and strength of the loudspeaker can be changed, and the sounding frequency and tone quality of the loudspeaker can be changed.
For example, when sound signals are input to the signal input terminals of the first and third coil groups 141 and 143 and sound signals are input to the signal input terminals of the second coil group 142, the speaker has two sound emission directions, and two sound emission frequencies are provided in each sound emission direction. When the signal input ends of the first coil set 141 and the third coil set 143 input the power signal and the signal input end of the second coil set 142 inputs the sound signal, the speaker has only one sound emitting direction, but the sound intensity is enhanced and the sound quality is more stable.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the magnetic structure of the speaker includes five coil groups, i.e., a first coil group 151, a second coil group 152, a third coil group 153, a fourth coil group 154, and a fifth coil group 155, wherein the first coil group 151 has no vibration space, and the remaining coil groups each have a vibration space. By changing the inputs of the second to fifth coil groups, it is possible to change both the direction of the sound of the speaker and the intensity of the sound.
For example, when the power supply signal is input to the signal input terminals of the first, third, and fifth coil groups 151, 153, and 155, the sound signal is input to the signal input terminals of the second and fourth coil groups 152 and 154. At this time, the speaker has two sound emission directions, and the sound intensities of the two sound emission directions are the same. When the power signal is input to the signal input terminals of the first coil group 151, the second coil group 152, and the fourth coil group 154, and the sound signal is input to the signal input terminals of the third coil group 153 and the fifth coil group 155, the speaker still has two sound emission directions, but the sound intensities in the two sound emission directions are different. When the signal input terminals of the first, second, fourth and fifth coil groups 151, 152, 154 and 155 input power signals and the signal input terminal of the third coil group 153 inputs sound signals, the speaker has only one sound emission direction, but the sound intensity is the maximum.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment also includes five coil groups, as in the fifth embodiment. In contrast, in this embodiment, five coil groups are each provided with a vibration space, and the first coil group 161, the third coil group 163, and the fifth coil group 165 are each provided with two sub-coil groups 1611, 1631, 1651. By changing the inputs of the first to fifth coil groups, the sound intensity, direction, frequency and tone quality of the speaker can be changed.
For example, when the power supply signal is input to the signal input terminals of the first coil group 161, the third coil group 163, and the fifth coil group 165, the sound signal is input to the signal input terminals of the second coil group 162 and the fourth coil group 164. At this time, the loudspeaker has two sound production directions, the sound intensity of the two sound production directions is the same, and the sound quality of the sound produced is stable. When the signal input terminals of the first coil set 161, the third coil set 163 and the fifth coil set 165 input the sound signals and the signal input terminals of the second coil set 162 and the fourth coil set 164 input the power signals, the speaker has three sound emission directions, each of which has two sound frequencies, and the intensity of the sound emitted from the middle direction is the greatest among the three sound emission directions.
Each coil assembly 10 in the above embodiments may be disposed on the same flexible circuit board, and when in use, the flexible circuit board is folded in half. This may further increase the flexibility of the application.
In summary, the key point of the present invention is that the magnetic structure of the speaker includes more than two coil sets 100, the signal input end of the coil set 100 can be connected to a power signal or a sound signal, and when the speaker is used, the signal input end of each coil set 100 selectively inputs the sound signal or the power signal according to the actual use requirement, so as to change the sound production direction or the sound production intensity of the speaker, thereby improving the flexibility of the speaker.
In addition, the coil assembly 100 may be formed of two or more sub-coil assemblies, so that when the input of the signal input terminal of each coil assembly is changed, the sound emitting direction and the sound emitting intensity of the speaker may be changed, and the sound frequency and the sound quality of the speaker may be changed, thereby further improving the flexibility of the speaker.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and is not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention, so that any minor modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above exemplary embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the technical scope of the present invention.
