The speakers may be disposed on the front or side of the hardware housing, and the number of speakers may be plural, for example, one speaker may be disposed on each of both sides of the front of the hardware housing. In this disclosure, the light emitting device may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp, and the LED lamp may adopt different light emitting modes to emit the order receiving prompt signal, such as a color change mode, a brightness change mode, or a blinking mode, and the different light emitting modes may be used in combination, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The display screen can be arranged on the front surface of the hardware shell, and the display screen sends out the order-receiving prompt signal by displaying the order-receiving prompt content corresponding to the order-receiving prompt information. As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, many internet-based services have been developed. For the delivery service, after the platform delivers the service order to the delivery personnel, the delivery personnel can perform the delivery operation. However, during delivery, the platform still delivers a new order to the delivery personnel, and if the delivery personnel cannot confirm in time, the order is lost. In the prior art, the delivery personnel usually carry out order receiving operation on a portable mobile terminal, and the mode is unfavorable for repeated operation when driving the delivery tool, so that the risk of traffic accidents is easily increased, and misoperation is easily caused.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, in this embodiment, a method for confirming an order is provided, which moves the operation of prompting the order to an input device through the communication connection between a communication device and an electronic device for receiving order information, so that the operation is faster, more convenient and safer, and the inconvenience caused by the operation on the electronic device for receiving order information, such as misoperation in the driving process or inconvenience in touch operation in rainy and snowy weather, can be avoided, and the feedback efficiency of the order, the menu or other workflow work order information is improved.

Fig. 8 shows a flowchart of an order confirmation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes the following steps S301 to S302, as shown in fig. 8:
in step S301, a receipt prompt message is sent to an electronic device, so that the electronic device controls a prompter to send a receipt prompt signal according to the receipt prompt message;
in step S302, the order receipt confirmation information sent by the electronic device is received, where the order receipt confirmation information is generated by the electronic device after receiving a user input through an input device of the electronic device.
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the sending of the order taking prompt information to the electronic device includes sending the order taking prompt information to the electronic device via a mobile terminal in close range communication with the electronic device; and/or the receiving the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment comprises receiving the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment through a mobile terminal in close-range communication with the electronic equipment. The mobile terminal is carried by a distribution person, an application program APP is configured on the mobile device, and the mobile terminal can be mobile devices such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer, and the present disclosure is not limited to this. The order confirmation method of the embodiment of the present disclosure is applied to the cloud server 3 shown in fig. 1. Specific technical details may be found in the above embodiments, and are not described herein.
Fig. 9 shows a block diagram of the configuration of the order confirmation device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 9, the order confirmation device 900 includes a first sending module 910, a first receiving module 920, and a second sending module 930.
The first sending module 910 is configured to send a receipt prompt message to the electronic device, so that the electronic device controls the prompter to send a receipt prompt signal according to the receipt prompt message;
the first receiving module 920 is configured to receive order confirmation information of the order prompt information sent by the electronic device, where the order confirmation information is generated after the electronic device receives user input through an input device of the electronic device;
the second sending module 930 is configured to send the order confirmation information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the order receiving confirmation device and the electronic equipment for order prompt information confirmation are two electronic equipment which are separately arranged, and the operation of the order receiving prompt information is moved to the input device of the electronic equipment, so that the operation is faster, more convenient and safer, inconvenience possibly caused by the operation on the order receiving confirmation device, such as misoperation in a driving process or inconvenience in touch operation in rainy and snowy weather, can be avoided, and the feedback efficiency of order (or a waybill and other workflow work orders) information is improved.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of the configuration of the order confirmation device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 10, the order confirmation device 1000 includes a third transmitting module 1010 and a second receiving module 1020.
The third sending module 1010 is configured to send a receipt prompt message to the electronic device, so that the electronic device controls the prompter to send a receipt prompt signal according to the receipt prompt message;
the second receiving module 1020 is configured to receive the order confirmation information sent by the electronic device, where the order confirmation information is generated by the electronic device after receiving a user input through an input device of the electronic device.
The order receiving confirmation device and the electronic equipment for order prompt information confirmation are two electronic equipment which are separately arranged, and the operation of the order receiving prompt information is moved to the input device of the electronic equipment, so that the operation is faster, more convenient and safer, inconvenience possibly caused by the operation on the order receiving confirmation device, such as misoperation in the driving process or inconvenience in touch operation in rainy and snowy weather, can be avoided, and the feedback efficiency of order (or a waybill and other workflow work order) information is improved.
The present disclosure also discloses a mobile terminal, and fig. 11 shows a block diagram of the mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the mobile terminal 1100 includes a memory 1110 and a processor 1120; wherein the memory 1110 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor 1120 to perform the following method steps:
the method comprises the steps of sending a receipt prompt message to electronic equipment, so that the electronic equipment controls a prompter to send a receipt prompt signal according to the receipt prompt message;
receiving order receiving confirmation information of the order receiving prompt information sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the order receiving confirmation information is generated after the electronic equipment receives user input through an input device of the electronic equipment;
and sending the order receiving confirmation information.
The present disclosure also discloses a server, and fig. 12 shows a block diagram of the structure of the server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 12, the server 1200 includes a memory 1210 and a processor 1220; wherein the memory 1210 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor 1220 to perform the method steps of:
The method comprises the steps of sending a receipt prompt message to electronic equipment, so that the electronic equipment controls a prompter to send a receipt prompt signal according to the receipt prompt message;
and receiving the order receiving confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the order receiving confirmation information is generated after the electronic equipment receives user input through an input device of the electronic equipment.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the one or more computer instructions are further executable by the processor to perform the method steps of:
the step of sending the order receiving prompt information to the electronic equipment comprises the step of sending the order receiving prompt information to the electronic equipment through a mobile terminal in close range communication with the electronic equipment; and/or
The receiving of the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment comprises receiving the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment through a mobile terminal in close range communication with the electronic equipment.
Fig. 13 shows a schematic diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing the order confirmation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 13, the computer system 1300 includes a processing unit 1301 that can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1302 or a program loaded from a storage section 1308 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1303. In the RAM1303, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1300 are also stored. The processing unit 1301, the ROM1302, and the RAM1303 are connected to each other through a bus 1304. An input/output (I/O) interface 1305 is also connected to bus 1304.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1305: an input section 1306 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1307 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker, and the like; a storage portion 1308 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 1309 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1309 performs a communication process via a network such as the internet. The drive 1310 is also connected to the I/O interface 1305 as needed. Removable media 1311, such as magnetic disks, optical disks, magneto-optical disks, semiconductor memory, and the like, is installed as needed on drive 1310 so that a computer program read therefrom is installed as needed into storage portion 1308. The processing unit 1301 may be implemented as a processing unit such as CPU, GPU, TPU, FPGA, NPU.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the methods described above may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method described above. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1309 and/or installed from the removable medium 1311.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). Claims (20)

1. An electronic device, comprising: controller, communication device, prompter, input device, wherein:
The communication device is used for establishing communication connection with another electronic device;
the controller is used for:
receiving order prompt information sent by the other electronic equipment through the communication device;
controlling the prompter to send out a receipt prompting signal according to the receipt prompting information;
generating order confirmation information for the order prompt information according to the user input received by the input device;
transmitting the order confirmation information to the other electronic device via the communication device;
the prompter comprises a plurality of light emitting devices, the number of the light emitting devices is larger than that of the application programs on the other electronic equipment, each application program corresponds to the plurality of the light emitting devices, and the number of the light emitting devices is used for indicating the number of the order receiving prompt information of the application program; the controller controls the light emitting devices corresponding to the application programs to emit light in a light emitting mode corresponding to the application programs aiming at order receiving prompt information of orders generated by one application program, and emits light in different colors or emits light in different light emitting numbers of the light emitting devices corresponding to the application programs aiming at the order receiving prompt information of different numbers of the application programs;
The input device comprises buttons, each button corresponds to a corresponding order prompt signal and is an order prompt signal of different light-emitting devices, and the controller generates order confirmation information of the order prompt signals of the different light-emitting devices according to user input received by the input device.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the prompter further comprises at least one of: speaker, vibrations motor, display screen, wherein:
the loudspeaker sends out the order receiving prompt signal in a sounding mode;
the vibration motor sends out the order receiving prompt signal in a vibration mode;
the display screen sends out the order prompt signal by displaying the order prompt content corresponding to the order prompt information.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein:
the order receiving prompt information comprises identification information of an application program generating the order;
the prompting device is controlled to send out a receipt prompting signal according to the receipt prompting information, and the method comprises the following steps: and controlling the prompter to send different order receiving prompt signals according to the identification information.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the prompter further comprises at least one of: speaker, vibrations motor, display screen, wherein, control the prompting device sends different and connects singly suggestion signal, includes:
controlling the loudspeaker to send out different sound signals aiming at order receiving prompt information of orders generated by different application programs; and/or
Controlling the vibration motor, and sending different vibration signals according to order receiving prompt information of orders generated by different application programs; and/or
And controlling the display screen to display different order receiving prompt contents aiming at order receiving prompt information of orders generated by different application programs.
5. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the prompter is capable of sending out a plurality of order taking prompt signals, and wherein the controlling the prompter to send out an order taking prompt signal according to the order taking prompt information comprises:
and sending out different order receiving prompt signals aiming at order receiving prompt information of orders generated by different application programs.
6. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-5, wherein:
the input device is a button, and different input operations of the button by the user correspond to different order receiving prompt signals;
The step of generating order confirmation information for the order prompt information according to the user input received by the input device comprises the following steps: and generating a receipt confirmation signal of the receipt prompt information corresponding to the corresponding receipt prompt signal of the input operation according to the input operation of the user on the button.
7. A method for confirming receipt, comprising:
receiving order prompt information sent by another electronic device through a communication device;
the prompter is controlled to send out a receipt prompting signal according to the receipt prompting information; the prompter comprises a plurality of light emitting devices, the number of the light emitting devices is larger than that of the application programs on the other electronic equipment, each application program corresponds to the plurality of the light emitting devices, and the number of the light emitting devices is used for indicating the number of the order receiving prompt information of the application program; wherein, the controlling the prompter to send out the order prompt signal according to the order prompt information includes: the method comprises the steps of controlling a light emitting device corresponding to an application program to emit light in a light emitting mode corresponding to the application program according to order receiving prompt information of an order generated by the application program, and emitting light in different colors or emitting light in different light emitting numbers of the light emitting device corresponding to the application program according to different number of order receiving prompt information of the application program;
Generating order confirmation information of the order prompt information according to the user input received by the input device; the input device comprises a button, each button corresponds to a corresponding order prompting signal, each button corresponds to an order prompting signal of a corresponding order prompting signal and is an order prompting signal of a different light-emitting device, and according to user input received by the input device, order confirmation information of the order prompting information is generated, and the method comprises the following steps: generating order receiving confirmation information of order receiving prompt signals of different light emitting devices according to the user input received by the input device;
and transmitting the order taking confirmation information to the other electronic equipment through the communication device.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the prompter further comprises at least one of: speaker, vibrations motor, display screen, wherein:
the loudspeaker sends out the order receiving prompt signal in a sounding mode;
the vibration motor sends out the order receiving prompt signal in a vibration mode;
the display screen sends out the order prompt signal by displaying the order prompt content corresponding to the order prompt information.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein:
the order receiving prompt information comprises identification information of an application program generating the order;
the control prompter sends out the order prompt signal according to the order prompt information, which comprises the following steps: and controlling the prompter to send different order receiving prompt signals according to the identification information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the prompter further comprises at least one of: speaker, vibrations motor, display screen, wherein, control the prompting device sends different and connects singly suggestion signal, includes:
controlling the loudspeaker to send out different sound signals aiming at order receiving prompt information of orders generated by different application programs; and/or

12. The method according to any one of claims 7-11, wherein:
the input device is a button, and different input operations of the button by the user correspond to different order receiving prompt signals;

the step of sending the order receiving prompt information to the electronic equipment comprises the step of sending the order receiving prompt information to the electronic equipment through a mobile terminal in close range communication with the electronic equipment; and/or
The receiving of the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment comprises receiving the order confirmation information sent by the electronic equipment through a mobile terminal in close range communication with the electronic equipment.

19. A server comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the memory is for storing one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor to implement the method steps of claim 14 or 15.
20. A readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the method steps of any of claims 14-15.
