Illustratively, the target user is an enterprise A, and the subscribing users are all users subscribing to the enterprise information A; or the target user is a staff B in the enterprise A, and the subscribing user is a user which subscribes the information of the enterprise A and is maintained by the staff B.
In an alternative embodiment, the target user selects a target subscriber user who needs to feedback the reading status through information of each subscriber user in the first application interface, for example, as shown in fig. 3, each subscriber user who subscribes to a content publishing account of the target user in the second application in the first application is shown, and the target user may select the target subscriber user who needs to feedback the reading status through a manual selection manner, that is, the a user, the B user, and the D user in fig. 3.
In another optional embodiment, when the target user logs in the first application, the target user may obtain login information of the target user, such as account information, identity card information, and bound mobile terminal information of the target user, and simultaneously input a login password of the target user, and send the login password to the first application server for verification, if the first application server passes the verification, the user right of the target user may be determined according to the login information of the target user, and it may be understood that different user rights correspond to different target subscription users. Therefore, by determining the user authority of the target user, the target subscriber user needing to feed back the reading state is automatically selected.
Of course, the above embodiments are only a few examples of selecting the target subscriber, and other ways of selecting the target subscriber are available, which are not described herein again.
The process of sending the target push information by the target user is described through the above embodiment, and the following description is given by using the interaction between the first application client of the first application logged in by the target and the first application server, and specifically includes, as shown in fig. 4, the following steps:
step S401, a target user logs in a first application, and a first application client acquires login information of the target user;
step S402, the target user carries out content editing operation of the target push content in the first application;
step S403, the target user triggers a sending operation of the target push content, selects a feedback reading state option and a selected target subscriber, and the first application client sends the target push content, the reading state flag bit, and the selected target subscriber information to the first application server.
After the process of sending the target push information by the target user is introduced, a process of acquiring the reading state of the target push information by the target user is described below.
Specifically, in the application, the target user triggers, in the first application, an information reading state query operation triggered by the target push information, where the operation is triggered by the target user after setting an operation, for example, by touching a track with a set finger, or by tapping the interface for a set number of times, or the target user starts through a sub-interface of the pushed information in the first application interface, that is, the target user queries the reading state by triggering an information reading state query operation link or an option in the interface.
In this application, the reading state of the target push information queried by the target user may be one of any historical target push information sent by the target user, or all historical target push information sent by the target user, that is, the reading state of all historical target push information is displayed.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the pushed information sub-interface of the first application includes all historical target pushed information sent by the target user, and the target pushed information 1, the target pushed information 2, and the target pushed information 3 are arranged in the order from near to far according to time, and the target user may trigger an information reading state query operation for any target pushed information or may trigger an information reading state query operation for all target pushed information.
After the target user triggers the information reading state query operation, the first application terminal sends an information reading state query request to the first application server, receives the reading state of each target subscriber of the content publishing account for the target pushed information, and displays the reading state in a display interface of the first application in the first application terminal, so that the target user can check the reading state of each subscriber through the display interface.
In the application, the reading states of the target push information can be divided into a read state and an unread state, and the identification information of each subscription user and the corresponding reading state are displayed in the display interface. Optionally, the identification information of each subscribing user may be account information or avatar information.
Optionally, when the status of each subscriber user is displayed in the first application, each subscriber user in an unread status may be displayed first, and then each subscriber user in a read status may be displayed.
In another optional embodiment, if the number of target subscribers is large, the reading state of each subscriber may be displayed in the interface in a manner of acquiring the reading state for multiple times, for example, after acquiring the reading state once, each subscriber and the corresponding reading state are displayed in the interface, and then the reading states of other subscribers are acquired again by triggering the "display more" option in the display interface.
The following exemplary description describes an interaction process of the target user viewing the reading state of the target push information, where the process of the first application server obtaining the reading state of each subscribing user for the target push information is not limited herein, but only describes an interaction process of the first application terminal and the first application server viewing the reading state of the target push information at the target user, as shown in fig. 6, and specifically includes:
step S601, a target user triggers information reading state query operation through an interface of a first application;
step S602, the first application client sends the information reading state query operation to the first application server;
step S603, the first application server sends the obtained reading state of each subscription user for the target push information to the first application client;
in step S604, the first application client displays the reading status of each subscriber.
As shown in fig. 7(a) -7 (c), in the display interface in fig. 7(a), there is an option "view the read state of the pushed target information", and after clicking, the target user enters the display interface in fig. 7(b), where the interface includes all the history pushed information of the target user, the history pushed information sent at different times can be viewed in the street interface in a manner of sliding up and down, and the read state prompt information of "XX people do not read" is displayed in the interface; the target user wants to search for a more specific reading state, and enters the display interface of fig. 7(c) by clicking the reading state prompt message, and in the display interface of fig. 7(c), the head portrait, the nickname and the reading state of each subscriber are displayed in the display interface, for example, in fig. 7(c), the nickname of the target subscriber M is M, the head portrait is triangular, and the displayed reading state is the read state.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present application, after the target user determines the unread status, the target push information may be repeatedly sent to each target subscriber through the "send information again to the unread status target subscriber" selection item in the display interface.
For example, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, in fig. 8, each subscription user corresponding to the unread state is displayed, and the interface further includes a "resend information to the target subscription user in the unread state" selection item, and the target user enters the interface shown in fig. 9 by selecting the "resend information to the target subscription user in the unread state" selection item, and selects each subscription user that needs to repeatedly send the target push information from the interface.
Optionally, in this application, when the reading state of the target push information displayed in the first application interface of the target user is displayed, the reading state of the target push information of all sub-users corresponding to the target user may be displayed, or the reading state of the target push information of the sub-users may be set.
The exemplary explanation is that the target user is a school, the sub-users of the target user are each teacher, and for the information reading state query request of the target push information triggered by each teacher, the reading states of the target push information of all the teachers can be displayed in the first application interfaces of the teachers, the reading state of the target push information of a set teacher can also be displayed, or when the information reading state query requests of the target push information triggered by different teachers, the information reading state of the target push information corresponding to the teacher is displayed.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target push information sent by the target user to the target subscriber user has a uniform information format, so that the same target push content and the target push content in the same format are conveniently displayed in content publishing accounts of second applications of different target subscriber users.
For example, in the second application content publishing account of each target subscriber, the target push content is displayed in a format of font number 5 and line spacing 1.5 times.
The data processing process of the first application server is received below the process of introducing the process of pushing the target push information by the target user and the process of acquiring the reading state of the target push information by the target subscriber user. And the first application server is used for processing the target push content sending process of the target user.
Firstly, introducing a processing process of a first application server in a process of sending target push content by a target user, wherein the first application server receives a sending request aiming at target push information sent by a first application client, the request comprises the target push information, if the target user needs to acquire the reading state of each subscriber to the target push information, the sending request also comprises a reading state marking bit of the target push information, and the marking bit is used for representing that the target user needs to acquire the reading state of each subscriber to the target push information.
And the first application server generates a reading state confirmation link according to the reading state marking bit, and transmits the target push information and the reading state confirmation link to each second application client through the second application server, namely to the clients used by each subscriber user.
In the present application, the reading status confirmation link generated by the first application server can provide a way for the target subscriber to notify the first application server that the reading status of the target subscriber has changed, or in other manners, which are all expressed by using the reading status confirmation link.
Optionally, in this application, after the second application server sends the reading state confirmation link to the subscriber, the reading state confirmation link may be displayed in the second application client, and the corresponding reading state confirmation webpage may be popped up by clicking the reading state confirmation link. Of course, the reading state confirmation webpage may not be displayed, and after the target subscriber clicks the reading state confirmation link, the first application server may be notified that the reading state of the target subscriber has been changed.
Therefore, it can be known from the above content that after the first application server sends the target push information and the reading state confirmation link to each second application client through the second application server, the reading state of each target subscriber user to the target push information fed back by the second application client needs to be obtained and sent to the first application client for display in the first application client.
After introducing the information processing process of the first application server in the process of pushing the target push information by the target user and receiving the reading state feedback information of each subscribing user for the target push information fed back by the second application client, the following introduces the processes of receiving the target push information and feeding back the reading state by each subscribing user side.
In the application, each target subscriber receives push information sent by the first application through the first application server, and if the target push information is that the target subscriber needs to feed back the push information, in an optional embodiment, if the target subscriber opens a target push information interface, the target subscriber determines to feed back reading state change information to the first application server; in another alternative embodiment, the target subscriber user may send the change information to the first application server by clicking a link. In another optional embodiment, the target subscriber may also send the change information to the first application server in other manners, for example, by setting regular gesture information, voice information, and the like, and the change information is sent to the first application server, which is not described herein again.
Specifically, the push message may include the target push information and the reading status confirmation link. And displaying target push information and a reading state confirmation link in the content publishing account of each second application. Optionally, the reading status confirmation link may be displayed in the form of a uniform resource locator, or may be displayed in the form of a link name.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 10(a), in the second application interface used by the target subscriber user, there is a content publishing account, the target subscriber user views the target push information by triggering the content publishing account, and in the display interface of the target push information, a reading status confirmation link is also displayed, and the link is displayed by way of a connection name, as shown in fig. 10 (b).
Optionally, in the application, after the target subscriber triggers the reading state confirmation link, a reading state confirmation webpage corresponding to the reading state confirmation link may be displayed, so as to visually prompt the target subscriber and confirm that the target push message is read.
After the target subscriber sends the reading state change information aiming at the target push information to the first application server by using different technical means, the first application server can send the reading state to the first application client and display the reading state in the first application interface when the target subscriber inquires the state.
Each second application receives reading state changing operation of a corresponding target subscriber aiming at target push information sent by the first application through the first application server, the first application is team instant messaging application, the target push information is published in a content publishing account of the second application by the target subscriber, the first application server is a server of the team instant messaging application, the second application is personal instant messaging application, and each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target subscriber;
in this application, since the target user may resend the target push information to the target subscriber user in an unread state, when the target user sends the target push information for the first time, and the target subscriber user does not view the target push information in the content distribution account of the second application, after a set time elapses, the target subscriber user can view at least two pieces of the target push information in the content distribution account of the second application, for example, as shown in fig. 11(a) to 11(c), in fig. 11(a), the target user pushes information to the target subscriber user, and new information is displayed in the content distribution account of the second application, that is, the information display number position of the content distribution account is marked with 1; since the target subscriber user does not view the target push information and the target user selects to send the target push information again, new information is displayed in the content publishing account of the second application, that is, the information display number position of the content publishing account is marked with 2, as shown in fig. 11 (b). When the target subscriber user clicks the content publishing account and displays the content publishing account interface, two pieces of target push information are displayed, as shown in fig. 11 (c).
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, in order to implement convenient contact between the target user and the target subscriber user, a cross-application communication manner may be implemented through a dialog between the target user and the target subscriber user.
In an alternative embodiment, the target push information may include, in addition to the push content and the reading status confirmation link, an establish session link displayed in the second application, for example, an establish session link displayed in the second application in the form of "please contact the administrator".
And after receiving the trigger operation of the target subscriber for establishing the session link, the second application sends a request for confirming the establishment of the session link to the first application server through the second application server.
After receiving the request for confirming establishment of the session link, the first application server establishes a session box in the first application for carrying out a session with the target subscriber, and meanwhile, the first application server confirms a message for responding establishment of the session link to the second application server so that the second application server establishes a session interface with the target subscriber in the second application.
Illustratively, the first application is enterprise WeChat, the target user is a school teacher, each parent of a class managed by the school teacher is subscribed by the subscribing user, the second application is WeChat used by each parent, and push information, a reading state confirmation link and a conversation establishing link in the word of 'please contact the administrator' are displayed in a school notification account of the WeChat used by each parent.
After clicking the establishing conversation link in the word of 'please contact the administrator', the parents communicate with the teacher in the conversation interface.
After introducing the information processing procedure of the target user side, the first application server, and the target subscriber side, the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to a specific implementation scenario, as shown in fig. 12, in the present application, the target user is a teacher in a school XX, and the teacher sends target push information to parents managing the class by enterprise WeChat, so in the present application, the first application is enterprise WeChat used by the teacher, the second application is personal WeChat used by each parent, the first application server is an enterprise WeChat server, the second application server is a WeChat server, and the target push information is "start notice: now, day 27 was defined as the opening school day 4 month ".
Specifically, in the process of sending the target push information to each parent for the teacher, the parents need each parent to feed back the reading state of the target push information, so in the information processing process, the method specifically includes:
step S1201, a teacher logs in the enterprise WeChat through the account information, and the enterprise WeChat client acquires the account information;
step S1202, the enterprise wechat client sends the acquired account information to an enterprise wechat server;

As shown in fig. 13(a) to 13(f), for step S1201, the teacher may display a login interface in the interface of fig. 13(a), where the specific login interface requires a login account and a login password of the teacher.
In step S1206, the enterprise wechat interface shown in fig. 13(b) is an editing content interface, and target push information can be newly created in the interface.
In step S1207, the target push information edited by the teacher is shown in fig. 13(c), and the specific content is "notice of opening a study: now, day 27 is 4 months, and the "feedback reading status" option is selected, and four parents that need to receive information, i.e., the parent a, the parent B, the parent C, and the parent D, are selected in fig. 13 (D).
With respect to step S1212, in fig. 13(e), the interface of the personal WeChat includes the school notification distribution number, and in the display interface of the school notification distribution number, the interface as in fig. 13(f) is displayed, and the interface includes "the notice of opening study: now set to day 4 and day 27 as the "day of study" content, and "click here to confirm receipt" link name.
In the process of sending the target push information to each parent by the teacher, the following describes a process of querying a reading status of the target push information of each parent by the teacher with reference to a specific embodiment, specifically as shown in fig. 14, the process includes:

Specifically, in step S1401, as shown in fig. 15(a), the enterprise wechat displays the target push information, and includes all the target push information sent by the teacher, and arranges the target push information in the interface in order of time from the near to the far.

a reading state change operation obtaining unit 2101, configured to receive a reading state change operation of a corresponding subscriber for a target push message sent by a first application server by the first application, where the first application is a team instant messaging application, the target push message is published by the target user in a content publishing account of a second application, the first application server is a server of the team instant messaging application, the second application is a personal instant messaging application, and each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target user;
a reading state change information sending unit 2102, configured to send, to the first application server through the second application client, reading state change information for the target push information, so that the first application server obtains a reading state of each target subscription user of the content distribution account for the target push information, and sends the reading state to the first application client of the target user, where the reading state is displayed at the first application client, and the reading state change information is used to represent that the reading state for the target push information is changed from an unread state to a read state.
Optionally, the apparatus 2100 further comprises:
a push information receiving unit 2103, configured to receive push information sent by a first application server by a first application, where the push information includes target push information and a reading state confirmation link, the reading state confirmation link is generated by the first application server according to a reading state flag bit, and the reading state flag bit is generated by the first application according to a reading state feedback selection operation of a target user for the target push information to be sent; displaying target push information and a reading state confirmation link;
the reading state change information transmission unit 2102 is specifically configured to:
and receiving reading state change operation of the target push information triggered by the selected reading state confirmation link by each corresponding subscription user.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 22, including at least one processor 2201 and a memory 2202 connected to the at least one processor, where the specific connection medium between the processor 2201 and the memory 2202 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the processor 2201 and the memory 2202 are connected through a bus in fig. 22 as an example. In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 2202 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 2201, and the at least one processor 2201 can execute the steps included in any one of the information processing methods by executing the instructions stored in the memory 2202.
The processor 2201 is a control center of the computer device, and can connect various parts of the terminal device by using various interfaces and lines, and obtain a client address by executing or executing instructions stored in the memory 2202 and by calling data stored in the memory 2202. Alternatively, the processor 2201 may comprise one or more processing units, and the processor 2201 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor.
Memory 2202 is one type of non-volatile computer-readable storage medium that may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory 2202 may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charged Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and so on. The memory 2202 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 2202 in the embodiments of the present application may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a memory function for storing program instructions and/or data.
Based on the same technical concept, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program executable by a computer device, the program causing the computer device to perform the steps of any of the information processing methods when the program is run on the computer device.
The computer-readable storage medium may be any available medium or data storage device that can be accessed by a computer, including but not limited to magnetic memory (e.g., floppy disks, hard disks, magnetic tape, magneto-optical disks (MOs), etc.), optical memory (e.g., CDs, DVDs, BDs, HVDs, etc.), and semiconductor memory (e.g., ROMs, EPROMs, EEPROMs, nonvolatile memories (NANDFLASHs), Solid State Disks (SSDs)), etc.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (15)

1. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
a first application server receives an information reading state query request sent by a target user of a first application, wherein the information reading state query request is triggered by the target user aiming at target push information, the target push information is content information edited by the target user in the first application and displayed in a content publishing account of a second application, the first application is a team instant messaging application, the first application server is a server of the team instant messaging application, and the second application is a personal instant messaging application;
the first application server obtains the reading state of each target subscriber of the content publishing account aiming at the target push information, and sends the reading state to a first application client of the target subscriber so that the first application client displays the reading state aiming at the target push information, and each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target subscriber.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the first application server obtains the reading state of each target subscriber for the target push information according to reading state change information sent by each second application client of each target subscriber, wherein the reading state change information is sent by the second application client when the reading state of the subscriber for the target push information is changed from an unread state to a read state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the first application server receives the reading status of each subscribing user for the target push information fed back by each second application client of each target subscribing user, the method further comprises:
the first application server receives a sending request aiming at the target push information and sent by the first application, wherein the sending request comprises the target push information and a reading state marking bit of the target push information, and the sending request is triggered by the target user;
the first application server generates a reading state confirmation link according to the reading state flag bit, and sends the target push information and the reading state confirmation link to each second application client through a second application server so that a target user can display the target push information and the reading state confirmation link in a content release account of a second application, wherein the second application server is a server of the personal instant messaging application, and the reading state confirmation link corresponds to a reading state confirmation webpage;
the step of receiving, by the first application server, the reading state of each subscribing user for the history push information, which is fed back by each second application client of each target subscribing user, includes:
and the first application server receives reading state change information of each subscribing user for the historical push information, wherein the reading state change information is fed back by each subscribing user through triggering the reading state confirmation webpage.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the first application server receives the information reading status query request sent by the target user of the first application, the method further comprises:
the first application server determines the user authority of the target user;
the obtaining, by the first application server, the reading state of each target subscriber user of the content publishing account for the target push information includes:
and the first application server obtains the reading state of each target subscriber corresponding to the user authority aiming at the target push information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target push content information displayed by each target subscribing user in the content publishing account of the second application has the same display format.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the target push message further includes an establish dialog link, and the establish dialog link is used to establish an information dialog between the target subscriber user and the target user;
the first application server sends the target push information and the reading state confirmation link to each second application client through a second application server, and the method further includes:
the first application server sends the established conversation link to each second application client through a second application server, and the established conversation link, the target push information and the reading state confirmation link are displayed in a content issuing account of the second application;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the first application server receives a request for confirming establishment of the session link, which is sent by the second application through the second application server, wherein the request for confirming establishment of the session link is sent when the target subscriber user establishes the session link through triggering;
and the first application server displays a dialogue interface with the target subscriber in a first application according to the confirmation dialogue establishing link request, and confirms a response dialogue establishing link message to the second application server so that the second application server establishes a dialogue interface with the target subscriber in a second application.
7. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
a first application receives an information reading state query operation triggered by a target user aiming at target push information, wherein the target push information is issued by the target user in a content issuing account of a second application, the first application is a team instant messaging application, and the second application is a personal instant messaging application;
the first application sends an information reading state query request to a first application server, and receives the reading state of each target subscriber of the content distribution account, which is acquired by the first application server, aiming at the target push information, wherein the first application server is a server of team instant messaging application, and each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target subscriber;
and the first application displays the reading state of each target subscriber aiming at the target push information to the target user.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein before the first application receives an information reading status query operation triggered by a target user for a target push message, the method further comprises:
the first application receives reading state feedback selection operation of the target user aiming at the target push information to be sent, and generates a reading state marking bit aiming at the target push information;
the first application receives the sending operation of the target user aiming at the target push information, sends a sending request aiming at the target push information to the first application server, wherein the sending request comprises the target push information and the reading state mark bit of the target push information, so that the first application server generates a reading state confirmation link according to the reading state mark bit, sends the target push information and the reading state confirmation link to each second application client through the second application server, and displays the target push information and the reading state confirmation link in a content publishing account of the second application, and the second application server is a server of the personal instant messaging application.
9. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
each second application receives reading state changing operation of a corresponding target subscriber for target push information sent by the first application through a first application server, the first application is team instant messaging application, the target push information is published in a content publishing account of the second application by the target subscriber, the first application server is a server of the team instant messaging application, the second application is personal instant messaging application, and each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target subscriber;
and each second application sends reading state change information aiming at the target push information to the first application server through a second application client, so that the first application server obtains the reading state of each target subscriber user of the content publishing account aiming at the target push information and sends the reading state to the first application client of the target user, the reading state is displayed on the first application client, and the reading state change information is used for representing that the reading state aiming at the target push information is changed from an unread state to a read state.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein before each second application receives a reading status change operation of a corresponding target subscriber for the first application to send the target push message via the first application server, the method further comprises:
each second application receives push information sent by the first application through the first application server, wherein the push information comprises target push information and a reading state confirmation link, the reading state confirmation link is generated by the first application server according to a reading state mark bit, and the reading state mark bit is generated by the first application according to a reading state feedback selection operation of a target user for the target push information to be sent;
displaying the target push information and the reading state confirmation link in the content publishing account of each second application;
each second application receives reading state changing operation of a corresponding target subscriber for the first application to send target push information through the first application server, and the reading state changing operation comprises the following steps:
and each second application receives reading state changing operation of the target push information triggered by each corresponding subscriber through selecting the reading state confirmation link.
11. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
an information reading state query request receiving unit, configured to receive an information reading state query request sent by a target user of a first application, where the information reading state query request is triggered by the target user for target push information, the target push information is content information that is edited by the target user in a first application and displayed in a content release account of a second application, the first application is a team instant messaging application, the first application server is a server of the team instant messaging application, and the second application is a personal instant messaging application;
and the reading state acquisition unit is used for acquiring the reading state of each target subscriber of the content publishing account aiming at the target push information and sending the reading state to a first application client of the target subscriber so as to enable the first application client to display the reading state aiming at the target push information, wherein each target subscriber is a subscriber selected by the target subscriber.

14. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 are performed when the program is executed by the processor.
