For example, when the task result is not input in the task result input interface, the progress bar in the message body is pure white; when the completion progress of the task result is 50%, the progress bar in the message body is half white and half blue; when the completion progress of the task result is 100%, the progress bar in the message body is pure blue.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the operation of returning to the public interaction interface triggered in the task result input interface is responded, the public interaction interface is entered, at least one of the completion progress and the statistical information of the task content is displayed in the message body displayed on the public interaction interface, the progress of clicking the message or completing the task content specified by the message can be displayed more intuitively, a user does not need to frequently check whether the task result is submitted, and the task processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the public account based interaction method further includes: responding to the triggering operation of a communication control in the public interaction interface, and displaying a contact person interface; displaying a contact person set which is associated with the target organization identification and belongs to the interactive application on a contact person interface; the interactive application is different from the parent application; responding to a selection operation triggered in the contact person interface, and selecting a target contact person; and displaying a contact person graphic code for establishing a cross-application communication relation with the target contact person.
The communication control is used for providing a communication mode of the contact. The communication control may be displayed in a message entry area in the public interactive interface. The interactive application refers to an application that can be used to publish a message through the public account, and the interactive application is not the same application as the parent application. The interactive application may be, but is not limited to, an instant messaging application, an SNS (Social Network Sites) application, a short video application, a long video application, a game application, a music sharing application, a shopping and selling application, a UGC (User Generated Content) application, various smart identification applications, and the like. The contacts in the set of contacts are contacts associated with the target organization identification and are all contacts belonging to the interactive application. The contact graphic code may specifically be a contact barcode, a contact two-dimensional code, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the second terminal device displays the contact interface in response to the triggering operation of the communication control in the public interaction interface. And displaying a contact person set which is associated with the target organization identification and belongs to the interactive application on a contact person interface. For example, the target organization is identified as a school, then a set of teacher identifications for the school may be displayed in the contact interface. When the target organization is identified as a class, the contact interface may display a set of identifications for the lessee teachers corresponding to the class. And responding to the selection operation triggered on the contact person interface, selecting the target contact person, and displaying a contact person graphic code for establishing a cross-application communication relationship with the target contact person. The cross-application, namely the target contact person is the contact person of the interactive application, the current user is the user of the parent application, and the target contact person is added as a friend by scanning the graphic code of the contact person.
For example, if the enterprise Wechat is an interactive application, the WeChat is a parent application, and the target organization identifier is "first elementary school," then a set of teacher identifiers associated with "first elementary school" may be displayed on the contact interface, and each of the teacher identifiers in the set of teacher identifiers is a teacher identifier in the interactive application. And responding to the selection operation triggered on the contact person interface, selecting a target contact person 'old teacher', and displaying an enterprise WeChat graphic code of the old teacher. The current user may scan the enterprise wechat graphic code over the wechat, adding a presenters as friends that can communicate over the wechat.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the contact person interface is displayed in response to the triggering operation of the communication control in the public interaction interface, the contact person set which is associated with the target organization identification and belongs to the interaction application is displayed on the contact person interface, the target contact person is selected, the contact person graphic code used for establishing the cross-application communication relation with the target contact person is displayed, the contact person graphic code can be scanned, the interaction application does not need to be installed, the parent application is directly used for communicating with the target contact person, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the public account based interaction method further includes: responding to the triggering operation of a communication control in the public interaction interface, and displaying a contact person interface; displaying at least one group identifier corresponding to the target organization identifier on a contact interface; and responding to the selection operation of at least one group identifier, and displaying the group graphic code for joining the group corresponding to the target group identifier after the target group identifier is selected.
The group identifier refers to a group identifier of a session group. And the session group identification may be a class group identification, e.g. class 1 class a year. One target organization identifier may correspond to a plurality of group identifiers. For example, the first elementary school may correspond to grade 1 shift, grade 2 shift …, grade six 3 shift, etc., but is not limited thereto. The group identifier may be a group identifier of a group established in the interactive application, or may be a group identifier of a group established in the parent application. The group identity displayed on the contact interface may specifically be an identity of a group that has been set in the interactive application for the current user identity. The meaning of the group identification may be the class identification where the child of the current user (parent) is located. When a parent may have two children in different classes in the same school, the contact interface may display the group identification corresponding to each class. The group graphic code may be a group two-dimensional code, and the like.
Specifically, a contact person interface is displayed in response to a triggering operation of a communication control in the public interaction interface, and a group identifier corresponding to the target organization identifier is displayed on the contact person interface. And responding to the selection operation of the group identification, and displaying the group graphic code for joining the group corresponding to the group identification after the second terminal equipment selects the group identification. The second terminal device may enter the corresponding group by scanning the group two-dimensional code, and establish a cross-application communication relationship.
For example, if the enterprise Wechat is an interactive application, the WeChat is a parent application, the target organization is identified as "first school," the interactive application adds the current user to "level two 1 class," and then a group identification of "level two 1 class" may be displayed on the contact interface. And responding to the selection operation of the second grade 1 shift, selecting the second grade 1 shift, and displaying the enterprise WeChat group graphic code of the second grade 1 shift. Then the user can scan the enterprise wechat group graphic code on the wechat and join the corresponding enterprise wechat group. The current user can then communicate on a WeChat with the classmates, teachers, or parents of the class in which the child is located.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the communication control is arranged in the public interaction interface, at least one group identification related to the target organization is displayed on the contact interface in response to the triggering operation of the communication control, the target group identification is selected in response to the selection operation of the group identification, and the group graphic code is displayed, so that the group can be added to interact with group members, the group graphic code does not need to be acquired additionally, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the message body includes sub-application identification information, title text, a front cover, and a jump path; the message received by the primary application is converted through a message protocol, the identification information of the secondary application is added into the message when the message protocol is converted, and the jump paths corresponding to the title text, the cover and the cover are generated when the message is published.
Responding to the triggering operation of the message body, displaying the page of the child application running on the parent application, wherein the page comprises: responding to the triggering operation of the cover of the message body, and jumping to the page of the running sub-application on the parent application according to the jumping path corresponding to the cover.
Wherein the sub-application identification information can be used to uniquely identify a sub-application. The sub-application Identification information may specifically include a sub-application ID (Identification), a sub-application icon, and a sub-application name. The sub-application identification information may be obtained by a sub-application ID query. For example, the sub-application name may be "class job". The header text may be the header text of a message published by a message publisher. The cover may be a picture. And the jump path is used for jumping to a page of a sub-application corresponding to the message published by the message publisher.
Specifically, the message published by the message publisher includes a sub-application identifier, a title text, a cover page, and a corresponding jump path. And the parent application receives the message issued by the message issuing party, and after message protocol conversion, a second party server corresponding to the parent application adds the sub-application identification information obtained according to the sub-application identification inquiry into the message to obtain a message body. The message body comprises sub-application identification information, title text, a front cover and a jump path. And responding to the triggering operation of the cover of the message body, and the second terminal equipment jumps to the page of the sub-application corresponding to the sub-application identifier running on the parent application according to the jump path corresponding to the cover.
For example, the message publisher can publish a message including
"miniprogram”:{
APPID: "APPID" (i.e. representing sub-application identity)
"title": welcome to announce Xiaxing ", (title text)
"thumb _ MEDIA _ ID": MEDIA _ ID ", (cover)
"Page PATH" Page _ PATH' (jump PATH)
}
The message needs to be converted into a message body that can be displayed on the child application in the parent application via a message protocol, and the second party server queries to obtain a child application cover and a child application name according to the child application identifier APPID during the protocol conversion process.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the message received by the parent application is converted through the message protocol, the sub-application identification information obtained through inquiry according to the sub-application identification is added into the message in the message protocol conversion process, the message protocol of the interface can be simplified, the message content received by the interface is simplified, errors are avoided, the message content is responded to the triggering operation of the front cover of the message body, the page of the sub-application running on the parent application is jumped to according to the jump path corresponding to the front cover, and the interactivity of the public account can be improved.
In one embodiment, the recipient identification of the message at the time of publication is a first party user identification adapted to the interactive application, the first party user identification being mapped on the first party server to a second party user identification adapted to the parent application; and the message of the sub-application message protocol is sent to the parent application by the second party server according to the second party user identification.
The interactive application is provided with a set of user identification system, and the parent application is also provided with a set of user identification system. The user identification systems of the interactive application and the parent application are different. The first party server comprises a mapping relation between the first party user identification and the second party user identification. The first party user identifier and the second party user identifier may each be composed of at least one of numbers, letters, symbols, and words. The first party user identification is used to uniquely identify an interactive application user in the interactive application. The second party user identification is used to uniquely identify a parent application user in the parent application.
In particular, the recipient identification specified at the time of the release of the message is in particular the first party user identification of the adapted interactive application. For example, the interactive application is an enterprise WeChat, then the recipient of the message at the time of publication is identified as the user identification in the enterprise WeChat. And when the message is sent from the first terminal device to the first party server, the first party server maps the first party user identifier to a second party user identifier adapted to the parent application. And the second party server sends the message of the sub-application message protocol to the parent application corresponding to the second party user identification.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the first party user identification is adopted in the interaction application when the message is issued, the first party user identification is mapped to the second party user identification matched with the parent application on the first party server, the second party server sends the message of the child application message protocol to the parent application according to the second party user identification, namely different applications have own set of user identification systems, and message sending is achieved through mapping.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the system architecture diagram of the public account based interaction method in one embodiment is shown. Including an interactive application, a first-party server and a second-party server. The interactive application may be an ad hoc application or a third party application. An organization self-building application refers to an application that an organization creates itself. The third-party application refers to an application provided by a service provider except the first-party server and the second-party server. The server to which the third interactive application or the self-created application corresponds may not be the first-party server. The first party server provides an API interface for access of the interactive application. The description will be given by taking an interactive application as a third-party application, a parent application as a WeChat, a first-party server as an enterprise WeChat server, and a second-party server as a WeChat server as an example. The message issued by the third party application is converted by the first party server into a message adapted to the message protocol of the interface of the first party server. It is issued with an Interface adapted message protocol through an API (Application Programming Interface) Interface provided by the first party server.
A user ID conversion module: the parent assigns a 64-bit identifier, staffid, in the enterprise WeChat Server as the unique identifier of the parent in the enterprise WeChat. In the wechat system, each parent is a wechat user and has wxuin (32-bit wechat ID) as a unique identifier. The message is streamed from the enterprise WeChat server to the WeChat server and pushed to the WeChat through the WeChat background message service, and in order to be successfully pushed to the correct user, the staffid in the enterprise WeChat needs to be converted into wxuin.
The message protocol conversion module: the WeChat message system has an independent message protocol, similar to the user ID conversion in the enterprise WeChat server, and the message protocol of the WeChat is required to be used for successfully pushing the message to the WeChat terminal. Meanwhile, the API interface is not designed to expose and couple with the underlying protocol, and is more prone to maintaining a simple and lightweight protocol. Therefore, the messages of the API message protocol need to be converted into the messages of the enterprise wechat message protocol, and then the messages of the enterprise wechat message protocol need to be converted into the messages of the wechat message protocol.
Message processing queue: the process flow of the message entering the enterprise WeChat Server through the API interface is longer, and besides the process including the user ID conversion module and the message protocol conversion module, the process has more processing logics such as statistical data reporting and retry in case of error. We need to reduce API interface call time consumption as much as possible, and then an asynchronous queue is needed to take charge of the main processing. The statistical data report may be, for example, business data such as how many messages are pushed by the school and the number of parents receiving the messages by the enterprise wechat server. The error means that messages mutually transferred between background services may fail occasionally due to network problems, and generally retry is often successful for many times, which may result in message loss if not retry. "asynchronous" mainly means that the results do not need to be concerned after the notification is sent, and the background can push the results to the WeChat user as soon as possible. Essentially all actions are processed in the asynchronous queue, including the primary ID conversion and message protocol conversion, are performed in the same queue, but at different stages of processing.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, an interaction diagram of an interaction method based on public accounts in an embodiment is shown. The system comprises a third-party application, an API (application program interface), a message processing queue, a user identifier conversion module, a message protocol conversion module, a WeChat server and a WeChat terminal. Both the third party application and the enterprise WeChat may be interactive applications in the present application, and the first party server may not be an application server for the third party application. The WeChat server is the second party server, and the WeChat terminal equipment is the second terminal equipment. Wxuin refers to the second party user identity. The applet message is the message body of the published message. The applet message protocol is the child application message protocol adapted to the parent application.
And the third-party application is used for sending the information content to the enterprise WeChat API interface through HTTP POST after assembling the information content according to the API interface protocol document for providing school notification to the outside by the enterprise WeChat server, and calling the API interface. The API interface returns a message to the third party application that the call was successful or that the call failed. The API interface is used as an external entry, and needs to maintain its light weight, and process simple preprocessing, such as checking the validity of input parameters and determining the authority, and other logics are processed by the message processing queue. The message processing queue handles almost all the relevant business logic of sending applet messages on the enterprise WeChat Server, including "user identification translation" and "message protocol translation", etc. User identification conversion, namely converting user identification of third-party application into micro-credit user identification
The applet message protocol design is briefly described. The applet message body mainly contains the following field information: a) applet icons and names (both of which can be found by the applet appid; b) a title; c) cover d) clicks the jump path after the cover (html-like link label jump). It can be found that the required fields are very compact, and the API interface only needs to specify the several main fields; the applet message protocol of the WeChat server contains dozens of fields, and the protocol format and the fields are greatly different from the current external API protocol.
Once the message is successfully transferred through the WeChat server interface of the enterprise, the WeChat server of the enterprise considers that the message is successfully sent, and the correct delivery of the subsequent message is ensured by the WeChat server. After the user receives the applet in the school notification, the complete path for sending the applet message is finally completed. And then, the parents click to open the small program and then directly interact with the third-party application server based on the small program message body according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, the public account based interaction method further includes: responding to the triggering operation of the message body, and acquiring user attribute information corresponding to a second party user identifier logged in the parent application; and sending the user attribute information to the interactive application so that the interactive application associates the user attribute information with a receiver user identifier, wherein the receiver identifier is positioned in an address list of the interactive application and is an identifier designated when the message is issued.
The receiver identification appointed by the message when released is specifically the first party user identification of the adaptive interactive application. For example, the interactive application is an enterprise WeChat, then the recipient of the message at the time of publication is identified as the user identification in the enterprise WeChat. The user attribute information may include, but is not limited to, avatar information of the second party user identifier in the parent application, a registered mobile phone number, an identity card number, a number of friends, and the like.
Specifically, in response to the triggering operation on the message body, the second terminal device obtains the user attribute information corresponding to the second party user identifier logged in the parent application. And after receiving the user attribute information, the interactive application automatically associates the user attribute information with the receiver user identifier. For example, when the interactive application sends a message, the recipient user identifier "zhang san" in the address book is designated, and the corresponding second party user identifier is "zhang bi", then the second terminal device responds to the triggering operation on the message body, acquires the user attribute information corresponding to the "zhang bi" registered on the parent application, and sends the user attribute information to the interactive application. And the interactive application associates the user attribute information with the name card of Zhang III in the address book.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, in response to the triggering operation of the message body, the user attribute information corresponding to the second party user identification logged in the parent application is acquired, the user attribute information is sent to the interaction application, so that the interaction application associates the user attribute information with the receiver user identification, the receiver identification is located in the address book of the interaction application and is the identification designated when the message is issued, interaction with the message issuer can be carried out through the page of the sub-application, the user attribute information can be automatically input into the address book of the interaction application by triggering the page of the sub-application, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the message publisher is a teacher identity, the public account is a public account pushing school notifications, the parent application is logged in with a user identification of a parent identity or a student identity, and the message is entered and published by the message publisher through a school affairs handling function portal provided by the interactive application.
The public account pushing the school notification can pay attention by scanning the code, and can receive the school message in the public number, display the corresponding message body and contact a school teacher.
Specifically, the target school identification is selected in response to a selection operation triggered by a school selection interface of a public account for pushing school notifications in the parent application. And entering a public interactive interface corresponding to the target school identification, and displaying a school notification message body of a message published by a message publishing party logged in with the teacher identity and corresponding to the target school identification on the public interactive interface, wherein the published message enters and is published through a school affair processing function entrance provided by the interactive application. And displaying the page of the sub application which is run on the parent application and is related to the school notification in response to the triggering operation of the message body of the school notification. In the page of the sub-application, interaction with the teacher-identified message publisher is performed.
According to the interaction method based on the public account, the target organization identification is selected on the public account for pushing the school notice, the corresponding public interaction interface is entered, the message body of the message sent by the message issuing party with the teacher identity is displayed, then the interaction with the message issuing party with the teacher identity is carried out in the page of the sub-application in response to the triggering operation on the message body, the sub-application is combined with the message for the school notice, the interactivity between a family and a school is improved, and parents or students can obtain better interaction experience with the school on the parent application.
