Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a commenting device, as shown in fig. 3, which may include a receiving module 101, a determining module 102, an obtaining module 103, a judging module 104, and a publishing module 105.
The receiving module 101 is configured to receive a first broadcast message, where the first broadcast message is broadcast by an access device in a blockchain, and receive a second broadcast message, where the second broadcast message is broadcast by a user terminal in the blockchain.
The determining module 102 is configured to determine a device identifier of an access device that sends the first broadcast message, and determine a terminal identifier of a user terminal that sends the second broadcast message.
The obtaining module 103 is configured to obtain, according to the device identifier, the terminal identifier and the access device information in the first broadcast message, and obtain, according to the terminal identifier, the comment information in the second broadcast message.
The judging module 104 is configured to judge authenticity of the comment information according to the terminal identifier in the first broadcast message, the access device information, the comment information, and the terminal identifier of the user terminal that sends the second broadcast message.
The publishing module 105 is configured to publish the comment information if the comment information is true.
In some embodiments, the access device information includes a location of the access device, and the determining module 104 is configured to determine the location of the comment object according to the comment information, and if the terminal identifier in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identifier of the user terminal that sends the second broadcast message, and a distance between the location of the comment object and the location of the access device is smaller than a preset threshold, determine that the comment information is real.
In some embodiments, the access device information includes a device identifier of the access device, and the determining module 104 is configured to determine the location of the comment object according to the comment information, determine the location of the access device according to the device identifier and a correspondence between the device identifier of the locally stored access device and the location of the access device, and determine that the comment information is real if the terminal identifier in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identifier of the user terminal that sends the second broadcast message, and a distance between the location of the comment object and the location of the access device is smaller than a preset threshold.
In some embodiments, the first broadcast message is sent after the access device signs the terminal identifier and the access device information with a private key, and the obtaining module 103 is configured to obtain a public key of the access device according to the device identifier, and verify the first broadcast message according to the public key of the access device, so as to obtain the terminal identifier and the access device information in the first broadcast message.
In some embodiments, the second broadcast message is sent after the user terminal signs the comment information with a private key, and the obtaining module 103 is configured to obtain a public key of the user terminal according to the terminal identifier, and verify the second broadcast message according to the public key of the user terminal, so as to obtain the comment information in the second broadcast message.
As shown in fig. 4, the access device may include a broadcast module 201, where the broadcast module 201 is configured to broadcast a first broadcast message carrying a terminal identifier and access device information in a block chain when a user terminal accesses the access device.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a user terminal, as shown in fig. 5, the user terminal may include a generating module 301 and a broadcasting module 302.
The generating module 301 is configured to generate comment information.
The broadcasting module 302 is configured to broadcast a second broadcast message carrying comment information in the blockchain.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A comment authenticity judgment method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first broadcast message, wherein the first broadcast message is broadcast by an access device in a block chain;
determining the equipment identification of the access equipment which sends the first broadcast message, and acquiring the terminal identification and the access equipment information in the first broadcast message according to the equipment identification;
receiving a second broadcast message, wherein the second broadcast message is broadcast by a user terminal in a block chain;
determining a terminal identifier of a user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and acquiring comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier;
judging the authenticity of the comment information according to the terminal identification and the access equipment information in the first broadcast message, the comment information and the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and issuing the comment information if the comment information is real;
the judging the authenticity of the comment information comprises the following steps:
determining the position of a comment object according to the comment information;
determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information;
and if the terminal identification in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the access device information comprises a location of the access device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the access device information includes a device identification of the access device, and wherein, in the step of determining the authenticity of the review information,
and determining the position of the access equipment according to the equipment identification and the corresponding relation between the locally stored equipment identification of the access equipment and the position of the access equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first broadcast message is sent by the access device after signing the terminal identity and access device information with a private key;
the acquiring the terminal identifier and the access device information in the first broadcast message according to the device identifier includes:
acquiring a public key of the access device according to the device identification;
and verifying the first broadcast message according to the public key of the access equipment so as to acquire the terminal identification and the access equipment information in the first broadcast message.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the second broadcast message is sent after the user terminal signs the comment information with a private key;
the obtaining of the comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier includes:
acquiring a public key of the user terminal according to the terminal identification;
and verifying the second broadcast message according to the public key of the user terminal to acquire the comment information in the second broadcast message.
6. A comment authenticity judgment method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a user terminal is accessed to the device, broadcasting a first broadcast message carrying a terminal identifier and access device information in a block chain, so that a comment device in the block chain receives the first broadcast message, determining a device identifier of the device, acquiring the terminal identifier and access device information in the first broadcast message according to the device identifier, receiving a second broadcast message, wherein the second broadcast message is broadcast by the user terminal in the block chain, determining a terminal identifier of the user terminal which sends the second broadcast message, acquiring comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier, and determining the position of a comment object according to the comment information; determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information; and if the terminal identification in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real.
7. A comment authenticity judgment method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating comment information;
broadcasting a second broadcast message carrying the comment information in a blockchain, so that a comment device in the blockchain receives a first broadcast message, wherein the first broadcast message is broadcasted by an access device in the blockchain, determining a device identifier of the access device which sends the first broadcast message, acquiring a terminal identifier and access device information in the first broadcast message according to the device identifier, receiving the second broadcast message, determining a terminal identifier of a user terminal which sends the second broadcast message, acquiring the comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier, and determining the position of a comment object according to the comment information; determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information; and if the terminal identification in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real.
8. The commenting device is characterized by comprising a receiving module, a determining module, an obtaining module, a judging module and a publishing module;
the receiving module is configured to receive a first broadcast message, where the first broadcast message is broadcast by an access device in a block chain, and receive a second broadcast message, where the second broadcast message is broadcast by a user terminal in the block chain;
the determining module is configured to determine a device identifier of an access device that sends the first broadcast message, and determine a terminal identifier of a user terminal that sends the second broadcast message;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a terminal identifier and access equipment information in the first broadcast message according to the equipment identifier and acquiring comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier;
the judging module is used for judging the authenticity of the comment information according to the terminal identification and the access equipment information in the first broadcast message, the comment information and the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message; determining the position of a comment object according to the comment information; determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information; if the terminal identifier in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identifier of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real;
the publishing module is used for publishing the comment information if the comment information is real.

An access device is characterized in that the access device includes a broadcasting module, where the broadcasting module is configured to, when a user terminal accesses the device, broadcast a first broadcast message carrying a terminal identifier and access device information in a blockchain, so that a commenting device in the blockchain receives the first broadcast message, determine a device identifier of the device, obtain the terminal identifier and the access device information in the first broadcast message according to the device identifier, receive a second broadcast message, where the second broadcast message is broadcast by the user terminal in the blockchain, determine the terminal identifier of the user terminal that sends the second broadcast message, obtain comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier, and determine a position of a comment object according to the comment information; determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information; and if the terminal identification in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real.
10. A user terminal is characterized in that the user terminal comprises a generation module and a broadcast module;
the generating module is used for generating comment information;
the broadcast module is used for broadcasting a second broadcast message carrying the comment information in a block chain so that a comment device in the block chain can receive a first broadcast message, wherein the first broadcast message is broadcast by access equipment in the block chain, determining an equipment identifier of the access equipment which sends the first broadcast message, acquiring a terminal identifier and access equipment information in the first broadcast message according to the equipment identifier, receiving the second broadcast message, determining a terminal identifier of a user terminal which sends the second broadcast message, acquiring the comment information in the second broadcast message according to the terminal identifier, and determining the position of a comment object according to the comment information; determining the position of the access equipment according to the access equipment information; and if the terminal identification in the first broadcast message is consistent with the terminal identification of the user terminal sending the second broadcast message, and the distance between the position of the comment object and the position of the access equipment is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the comment information is real.
