1. A method for generating a Chinese and Western integrated diet scheme is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring user physique information, food material limitation information and content requirements of specific nutrient elements;
forming food material screening conditions of the user according to the obtained user constitution information, the food material limitation information and the content requirements of the specific nutrient elements;
searching in a preset food material database and a menu, and matching a food material list and a menu which correspond to the food material screening conditions of the user and can be healthily eaten;
and providing the matched food material list and menu for the user to select reference.
2. The method of generating a combined traditional Chinese and western medicine dietary plan of claim 1,
the steps of acquiring the user physique information, food material restriction information and content requirements of specific nutrient elements comprise:
displaying the physique scale options, and acquiring physique information of the user according to the physique scale options filled in by the user;
displaying food material GI value options, and acquiring the limit of diabetes on the food material GI value according to the selection of a user;
displaying food purine options, and acquiring the limitation of kidney diseases on food purine according to the selection of a user;
and displaying the specific nutrient element options, and acquiring the content requirement of the specific nutrient elements according to the selection of the user.

the step of forming food material screening conditions of the user according to the obtained user constitution information, food material restriction information and content requirements of specific nutrient elements comprises the following steps:

searching a GI value food material screening condition corresponding to the user constitution information in a preset food material GI value screening table according to the obtained food material restriction information;
searching a specific nutrient element food material screening condition corresponding to the content requirement of the specific nutrient element in a preset specific nutrient element screening table according to the acquired content requirement of the specific nutrient element.

the step of providing the matched list of edible materials for health and the recipe for the user to select the reference further comprises:
displaying the weight and height options, and acquiring the current weight and height of the user according to the weight and height data filled in by the user;
calculating the caloric restriction value of the user through a caloric calculation formula according to the obtained current weight and height of the user;
displaying the selectable food material portions under the total calorie limit according to the calculated calorie limit value;
and finishing screening to generate a dialectical diet bill.
5. The method of generating a combined traditional Chinese and western medicine dietary plan of claim 1,
the step of providing the matched list of edible materials for health and the recipe for the user to select reference further comprises:
after the set time comes, the effect of the food material list and the menu which can be eaten healthily is verified by rechecking relevant laboratory examination indexes and the re-evaluation of the physique scale and calculating the BMI value according to the weight and the height of the user.
6. A combined traditional Chinese and western medicine diet plan generating system is characterized by comprising:
