The internet of everything is a trend of future development, and more technologies with more scientific and technological senses, such as intelligentization, digitalization, and a fifth generation mobile communication network (5G for short), need to be applied to mechanical equipment, such as excavator products, in the production process. In the related art, a cab door lock of an excavator is usually used to open and close a cab door by using a relatively conventional physical key (also referred to as a physical key). However, the conventional door lock has many disadvantages, such as that the key is easy to lose, bend or twist off, and one key can be stored by one person, so that the key can not be found at any moment, and the time and the spirit are wasted; in practice, the situation that the door cannot be opened when the door cannot be opened after being taken away by one excavator, and other operators or the boss have emergencies and want to open the cab door can also occur, so that the control efficiency of the door lock is low.
Based on this, the door lock control method, the door lock control device and the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the control process of door locks of various kinds of equipment.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a door lock control method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a door lock control method, which is applied to a central controller of a door lock system; the structure schematic diagram of the door lock system is shown in fig. 1, and the system comprises a central controller and a door lock switch actuating mechanism; the central controller is in communication connection with the user terminal; the door lock switch actuating mechanism is connected with the door lock. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S200, receiving a door lock control instruction sent by a user terminal; the door lock control command comprises a door lock control mode.
The user terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a personal computer and the like. Applications (APP) that can communicate with the door lock system are typically run in the devices. A user can input a command for controlling the door lock through input equipment such as a touch screen, a mouse or a keyboard; the command may be to unlock the door lock or to close the door lock. The user terminal can generate a door lock control instruction based on an instruction sent by a user; the expression format of the door lock control command may be previously agreed with the door lock system. The control mode can be door lock opening or door lock closing and the like.
In step S202, a control signal is generated based on the control method.
The control signal corresponds to a control mode. If the control mode is to unlock the door lock, the control signal can be used for controlling the door lock switch actuating mechanism to unlock the door lock; if the control mode is to close the door lock, the control signal can be used for controlling the door lock switch actuating mechanism to close the door lock.
And step S204, sending a control signal to the door lock switch actuating mechanism so that the door lock switch actuating mechanism controls the door lock in a control mode.
After the door lock switch actuating mechanism receives the control signal, the door lock can be controlled based on the control signal; specifically, the door lock switch actuator may be an electromagnetic control device, and the electromagnetic circuit of the electromagnetic control device is powered off to open the door lock; or the electromagnetic circuit is conducted to close the door lock.
The embodiment of the invention provides a door lock control method, which comprises the steps of receiving a door lock control instruction sent by a user terminal, and generating a control signal based on a control mode in the door lock control instruction; and sends a control signal to the door lock switch actuator to cause the door lock switch actuator to control the door lock in a controlled manner. The mode can control the door lock based on the door lock control instruction sent by the user terminal, an entity key is not needed, and the control efficiency of the door lock is improved.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides another door lock control method, which is implemented by the method provided in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, and the method includes the following steps:
step S300, receiving a matching instruction sent by the user terminal.
Specifically, the matching instruction may include a user identifier and a door lock identifier; the user identification can be the name, telephone or other information capable of indicating the identity of the user; the door lock identification can be a door lock number, or a number of equipment where the door lock is located.
Step S302, determining whether the matching is successful according to the pre-stored identification information and the matching instruction; if successful, go to step S304; if not, the method is ended.
Specifically, a user identifier and a door lock identifier can be searched in pre-stored identifier information, wherein the identifier information can be input into the central controller for a related account with administrator authority; if so, determining whether the user identifier is pre-associated with the door lock identifier; if the pre-association is carried out, the matching is determined to be successful; when the user identifier and the door lock identifier are determined to be associated in advance, the user identifier can be used for indicating that the door lock corresponding to the door lock identifier is unlocked.
Step S304, receiving a door lock control instruction sent by a user terminal; the door lock control command comprises a door lock control mode.
Step S306, based on the control mode, generating a control signal.
Specifically, the control mode includes unlocking or closing the door lock; when the control mode comprises unlocking the door lock, generating a first sub-control signal; the first sub-control signal is used for enabling the door lock switch actuating mechanism to control the door lock to be opened; when the control mode comprises closing the door lock, generating a second sub-control signal; the second sub-control signal is used for enabling the door lock switch actuating mechanism to control the door lock to be closed.
And step S308, sending a control signal to the door lock switch actuating mechanism so that the door lock switch actuating mechanism controls the door lock in a control mode.
And step S310, acquiring the opening and closing state of the door lock through the door lock opening and closing actuating mechanism.
Specifically, whether the door lock is closed or not can be determined by the door lock switch actuator; if the door lock switch actuating mechanism detects that the electromagnetic circuit of the door lock is conducted, the door lock can be determined to be in a closed state; when the electromagnetic circuit of the door lock is detected to be disconnected, the door lock can be determined to be in an open state.
Step S312, sending the switch status to the user terminal.
And sending the acquired door lock switch state to a user terminal through a door lock switch actuating mechanism so that a user can determine whether the door lock control process is successful or not through the switch state.
After receiving a matching instruction sent by a user terminal, the door lock control method firstly receives a door lock control instruction sent by the user terminal according to pre-stored identification information and the matching instruction if matching is successful, and generates a control signal based on a control mode in the door lock control instruction; and sends a control signal to the door lock switch actuator to cause the door lock switch actuator to control the door lock in a controlled manner. This mode can need not the entity key, has realized carrying out remote control to the lock based on the lock control command that user terminal sent, and the security of unblanking has also been guaranteed to a certain extent to the matching process simultaneously.

When the system is used for the first time, a user needs to use a mobile phone of the user to download and install a specified APP (namely the special APP); after the APP is opened by the user, the equipment number and the telephone number of the excavator are input to be matched with the equipment door lock system, after the matching is successful, the user is saved, and the APP can be directly logged in subsequently to be opened and closed. The mobile phone sends an opening or closing instruction, the instruction receiving module receives the instruction and transmits the instruction to the instruction processing module, the instruction processing module transmits the instruction to the door lock switch executing mechanism, and the door lock is opened or closed; the door lock switch actuating mechanism can be an electromagnetic module (also called an electromagnetic control device) and a power supply for supplying power to the electromagnetic module; the state acquisition module sends the acquired on and off states to the instruction receiving module, and the instruction receiving module feeds back the on and off states to the mobile phone through the state feedback module.
