Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The manner in which the following exemplary embodiments are described does not represent a manner consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
The embodiment of the invention provides a target object recommendation method, a target object recommendation device and a target object recommendation system.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a target object recommendation system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, a target object recommendation system includes a server module 1, a distance detection module 2, an action recognition module 3, a display module 4, and a face recognition module 5 (optional). The server module 1 is respectively connected with the distance detection module 2, the action recognition module 3, the display module 4 and the face recognition module 5. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a target object recommendation system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 illustrates a setting manner of the server module 1, the distance detection module 2, the action recognition module 3, the display module 4, and the face recognition module 5.
In an example, the server module 1 may be implemented by a server, a server cluster, and the like, and is configured to acquire data uploaded by the distance detection module 2, the action recognition module 3, and the face recognition module 5, and display corresponding content, such as a multimedia guidance file, a target object, and the like, according to the display module 4, which will be described in detail in the following embodiments and will not be described herein first.
In one example, the distance detection module 2 may be implemented using one or more of an infrared sensor, a pressure sensor, and a structured light camera. Taking an infrared sensor as an example, an infrared light emitting module in the infrared sensor can emit infrared light to a specified direction, and the infrared light is reflected after encountering an object in the specified direction, and an infrared receiving module in the infrared sensor can receive the reflected infrared light, so that the infrared sensor can calculate the distance from the infrared sensor to the object according to the emitting time, the receiving time and the specified direction of the infrared light. For another example, taking a pressure sensor as an example, a plurality of pressure sensing units may be provided in the designated area, and each pressure sensing unit may upload the detected pressure value. For another example, taking a structured light camera as an example, a structured light emitting module in the structured light camera can emit structured light (such as infrared light) to a specified direction, and reflect when encountering an object in the specified direction, and a structured light receiving module in the structured light camera can receive the reflected structured light, so that the structured light camera can calculate the distance from the camera to each point on the object according to the emitting time, the receiving time and the specified direction of the structured light, and finally determine the position of the object. Technicians can select the specific structure of the distance detection module 2 according to specific scenes, and under the condition that the distance can be detected, the corresponding scheme falls into the protection scope of the invention.
In an example, the motion recognition module 3 may be implemented by one or more of an infrared camera, a structured light camera, a general camera, or a wearable device. Taking the infrared camera as an example, the infrared camera can acquire continuous infrared image video frames, acquire the user's contour in each video frame based on an image recognition technology, and then acquire the user's actions according to the contour and sequence in each video frame. Taking wearable equipment as an example, a user can wear at least one piece of wearable equipment, and the wearable equipment can acquire user data such as a moving direction and position information, so that the action of the user is determined according to the user data of the at least one piece of wearable equipment. Technicians can select the specific structure of the distance action recognition module 3 according to specific scenes, and under the condition that the actions of the user can be recognized, the corresponding scheme falls into the protection scope of the invention.
In an example, the display module 4 may include a display screen and/or a projection device. With continued reference to fig. 2, the display screen in the display module 4 may be set to the gray area described above; the projection device may be positioned above so that the projected image is within a designated area, such as the footsteps shown in FIG. 2. The skilled person can select the specific configuration of the display module 4 according to the specific scene, and the corresponding scheme falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
In an example, the face recognition module 5 may be implemented by using a camera, and is configured to collect a facial image of a user in an appointed area, and send the facial image to the server module 1, so that the server module 1 can recognize identity information corresponding to the facial image by using a related face recognition technology, acquire historical data based on the identity information, and determine a target object of the user based on the historical data. It should be noted that the face recognition module 5 may be selectively set or used according to a specific scenario, for example, when the user is a registered user in the server module 1, the face recognition module 5 may participate in user identity recognition, and when the user is not a registered user, the server module 1 may not obtain identity information according to a face image at this time, but may obtain feature information of the user, such as age, gender, body type, or health state, and may use the feature information to assist in obtaining a target object or abandon the face image.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the distance detection module 2 may detect whether a user exists within a designated area. When detecting that no user exists in the designated area, the distance detection module 2 can continue to detect; when detecting that the user exists in the designated area, the distance detection module 2 may transmit the detection result to the server module 1. When the server module 1 determines that the user exists in the designated area according to the detection result, the display module can be controlled to display the preset multimedia guidance file. The multimedia guidance file may include one of the following: video, image and text, and the multimedia guidance file may contain at least one guidance motion represented by a video presentation, an image presentation or a text description. The guiding motion may guide the user to participate in the interactive scene. For example, the boot file may be a dynamic video as an animation guide, or a video clip of other user interactions in the past, or other designs, with the animation of the footprint approaching flashing on the ground within the designated area shown in FIG. 2 to guide user engagement. In this way, the guide file can attract the attention of the user and actively participate in the interactive scene.
In an embodiment, the display module 4 may display the shadow outline of the user at the same time in addition to the multimedia boot file, for example, a part of the area displaying the black image is turned white, so that the boundary between the black area and the white area forms the shadow outline; and displaying some preset objects set based on the scene where the recommendation system is located in the white area. For example, if the recommendation system is set in a waiting area of a bank, the preset object may be a bank financial product, an insurance product, or the like; the recommendation system is arranged in the physical ability detection area of the gymnasium, and the preset object can be a fitness course; the recommendation system is arranged in a waiting area of a restaurant or a food city, and the preset objects can be food, coupons and the like; the recommendation system is arranged in schools and training institutions, and the preset objects can be online education courses and the like. The technician may set the setting according to a specific scenario, and is not limited herein.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, in step 31, the face recognition module 5 may acquire an image of the designated area in real time or periodically, determine whether a user exists in the designated area, or the face recognition module 5 communicates with the distance detection module 2, and start the face recognition module 5 when the distance detection module 2 determines that a user exists in the designated area. An image of the user's face may be captured and sent to the server module 1 when the user is present. In step 32, the server module 1 recognizes the identity information of the user from the facial image. In step 33, the server module 1 obtains the historical data of the user according to the identity information, for example, obtains asset information such as asset status and risk preference through a bank system, and obtains consumption information such as diet and travel through a third-party platform. The server module 1 may then determine the target object recommended to the user based on the historical data. In step 34, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display the target object. In this way, the target object is recommended specifically for different users in the embodiment, which can improve the user's attention to the target object and the recommendation success rate while increasing the customer experience.
In one embodiment, when the user enters the designated area, the user may follow the guide action to move. At this time, the motion recognition module 3 may obtain the motion of the user, and the server module 1 may keep each motion for a certain time (e.g. 30 seconds) based on the motion changes of the head, shoulders, arms, waist, legs, feet, etc. of the user, for example, the left and right arms are stretched, the user stands on one leg, etc., and control the shadow contour in the display module 4 to change synchronously with the motion of the user.
When the server module 1 acquires the action of the user, it may further detect whether the action is consistent with the guidance action, and the detection process may adopt a similarity manner to perform calculation. For example, the relative positions of a plurality of key points are acquired on a user or a user guiding the motion respectively, motion vectors corresponding to the user motion and the guiding motion are formed, and cosine values of the two motion vectors are calculated. When the cosine value exceeds a preset threshold (e.g., 0.8), the server module 1 may determine that the user's action is consistent with the guiding action; when the cosine value is less than the preset threshold, the server module 1 may determine that the action of the user is inconsistent with the guidance action.
When detecting that the action of the user is consistent with the guiding action, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display a target object of the diet recommendation content to the user, including:
in an example, the server module 1 may set a correspondence relationship between the guidance action and the object in advance. Referring to fig. 4, in step 41, the server module 1 may obtain an object corresponding to the guiding action when detecting that the action of the user is consistent with the guiding action, and take the object as a target object recommended to the user. In step 42, the display module 4 is controlled to display the target object. The target object can be the bank financing product, insurance product, food, online education course and the like.
In another example, the correspondence relationship of the characteristic information and the object may be set in advance in the server module 1. Referring to fig. 5, in step 51, the server module 1 may acquire motion data of a user and acquire feature information of the user according to the motion data. The characteristic information may be age, sex, body type, health status, or the like as described above. For example, the server module 1 may directly recognize the age, sex, and body type of the user, or recognize part of the health information (such as malnutrition, tendency of "three highs" and the like) through the face color of the user, or the health information such as poor physique and the like, in which the user cannot accurately perform a guidance action. In step 42, the server module 1 may acquire the feature information corresponding target object based on the preset correspondence relationship between the feature information and the object. In step 53, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display the target object.
It is understood that, in this example, when the server module 1 obtains the object corresponding to the feature information according to the corresponding relationship between the feature information and the object, the number of the objects may be one or more. When the number of objects is one, the server module 1 may directly take the one object as a target object. When the number of the objects is multiple, the server module 1 may provide interaction information to the user, and then obtain feedback information input by the user, where the feedback information may distinguish the multiple objects, and includes at least one of: preference choices (e.g., user's result from the answer ABC, occupation), physiological information (e.g., height, weight, medical history), or identity information (e.g., identification number, biometric features (iris, fingerprint, etc.)). Thereafter, the server module 1 may select one object from the plurality of objects as a target object according to the feedback signal. Of course, in some scenarios, the server module 1 may also randomly select 1 or 2 objects as target objects, and the corresponding scheme falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, server module 1 also supports shadow interactions where multiple users are simultaneously within a specified area, except that the target object for each user is displayed within the shadow outline of that user.
To further enhance the user experience, in an embodiment, the server module 1 may also control the display module 4 to display some other activity information besides the shadow outline. For example, the user may be prompted as to whether to participate in a "move big challenge, win exquisite gift" activity.
When the user selects to participate in the activities, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display a plurality of shadow contour actions in sequence, for example, 5 specific actions are respectively left arm stretching, right arm stretching, left leg standing, right leg standing and independent of the chicken, and each specific action is kept for 30 seconds (may be appropriately adjusted according to the target object). When the user performs the same action according to the shadow contour, the action recognition module 3 can recognize the action of the user and send the action to the server module 1. When the user challenges the action, the target object can be displayed in the shadow outline and outside the shadow outline, so that the user can focus on the target object while participating in the challenge, and the user can be helped to fully know the target object.
When the server module 1 determines that the action of the user is consistent with the preset shadow action, the display module 4 prompts the user that the action is correct and counts down, and when the user insists that the current action reaches 30 seconds, the server module prompts the user to succeed and enters the next action. When the user successfully challenges all actions, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display prompt information of successful challenge, such as celebration video and egg information. In some scenarios, channel entry information, such as platform entry and payment entry, may also be added to the prompt message. The platform entrance can be a bank entrance, a takeout platform entrance and an APP application entrance; the payment entrance can be a coupon information acquisition entrance and a gift exchange entrance, and can be set according to specific scenes. In this example, the display module 4 may display the gift two-dimensional code after the user successfully challenges, and the user may obtain a corresponding gift in the recommendation system installation place after scanning the two-dimensional code using a terminal such as a smart phone.
Of course, after the user challenge fails, the server module 1 may also prompt the user whether to continue the challenge. After the user chooses to continue the battle, a set of shadow contour actions may be re-displayed. After the user does not select the target object, the server module 1 may control the display module 4 to display the previous guidance file, or continue to display the target object corresponding to the user until the user leaves the designated area.
To further enhance the user experience, the server module 1 further supports a scenario that multiple users participate in a challenge activity at the same time, or multiple users play a match, and is different in that the server module 1 determines that the user who has the most persistent actions and has the longest duration wins; or scoring each action standard degree of the user, and after the preset action is finished, winning the person with the highest accumulated score. The display module 4 displays the shadow outline, the celebration video and the egg information of the winner, and can also generate reward entrance information and the like for the winner. Of course, the server module 1 may also control the face recognition module 5 to acquire the face image of the winner, and display it by the display module.
In order to further improve the user experience, the server module 1 may also record and store the video of the user participating in the above interaction activity locally, and prompt the user to download the video through a download entry (e.g., a two-dimensional code). It can be understood that the video can be added with the installation position, the website name, the trademark, the target object or the like of the installation position of the recommendation system, so that the user can conveniently look up the video.
