本发明公开了一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,包括LED发光体、柔性扁平电缆、套设与所述LED发光体和柔性扁平电缆外部的柔性保护套及固定件,所述柔性保护套内设有多个铝条,所述柔性保护套上均匀设有多个缺口;通过套设柔性保护套可对发光条进行随意弯折,且由于柔性保护套内设有铝条,可起到定型的作用,便于对发光条进行造型;且通过缺口可对发光条进行裁切,便于满足不同长度的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于发光条技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条。
背景技术
柜内灯条大多为嵌入式条形灯,配有硬质灯壳。其不能随意断开裁切,造成了应用乏味的局限性。且现有条形灯不具有良好的塑性,不易折弯和造型,难以满足消费者的定制要求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,包括LED发光体、柔性扁平电缆、套设与所述LED发光体和柔性扁平电缆外部的柔性保护套及固定件,所述柔性保护套内设有多个铝条,所述柔性保护套上均匀设有多个缺口;通过套设柔性保护套可对发光条进行随意弯折,且由于柔性保护套内设有铝条,可起到定型的作用,便于对发光条进行造型;且通过缺口可对发光条进行裁切,便于满足不同长度的需要。
优选的,所述柔性扁平电缆包括条状绝缘胶片基体和镀锡扁平铜线。
优选的,所述固定件包括设于所述保护套两侧的弹性卡板和设于所述弹性卡板上的多个凸起,所述弹性卡板设有倾斜面和竖直面;设置倾斜面可起到引导作用,便于将发光条放入到柜板的卡槽内,当倾斜面进入到卡槽内时,可直接按压柔性保护套,进而将柔性保护套完全卡入到卡槽内。
优选的,所述凸起呈倾斜向上设置在竖直面上,且凸起设有第一弧面和第二弧面,所述第二弧面与竖直面之间设有间隙;当向下挤压发光条进入卡槽内时,由于间隙的存在,凸起将轻松发生形变贴合在竖直面上,便于安装发光条;而当发光条有从柜板卡槽内脱出的趋势时,凸起将起到阻挡作用。
优选的,所述固定件包括设于所述柔性保护套底部上的安装槽和设于所述安装槽内的海绵胶条;通过海绵胶条可将灯条直接粘附在柜板上,无需损伤柜板。
优选的,所述柔性保护套端部可拆卸设有堵头。
优选的,所述堵头上设有多个尖锐凸起;便于将堵头固定在柔性保护套端部。
优选的,所述堵头设有密封条;可更好起到密封效果。
综上所述,通过套设柔性保护套可对发光条进行随意弯折,且由于柔性保护套内设有铝条,可起到定型的作用,便于对发光条进行造型;且通过缺口可对发光条进行裁切,便于满足不同长度的需要。

实施例一:
如图1-3所示,一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,包括LED发光体1、柔性扁平电缆、柔性保护套2、堵头4、铝条5及固定件,所述柔性扁平电缆包括条状绝缘胶片基体31和镀锡扁平铜线32,所述条状绝缘胶片基体31固定在柔性保护套内壁底部上;所述镀锡扁平铜线32位于绝缘胶片基体21两下侧沿轴向设置;所述LED发光体1均匀固定在条状绝缘胶片基体31;所述堵头4上设有多个尖锐凸起41和密封条42,当发光条裁切后,将堵头对准柔性保护套端部,将尖锐凸起扎入到柔性保护套内,然后在涂抹密封胶水;所述铝条5穿设在柔性保护套内部。
具体的,所述柔性保护套2选用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体制成;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体具有卓越的高张力、高拉力、透明度好、强韧和耐老化的特性,是一种成熟的环保材料;所述柔性保护套上均匀开设有多个缺口21,每个缺口位于相邻两发光体中间,通过套设柔性保护套可对发光条进行随意弯折,且由于柔性保护套内设有铝条,可起到定型的作用,便于对发光条进行造型;且通过缺口可对发光条进行裁切,便于满足不同长度的需要。
具体的,所述固定件包括弹性卡板22和凸起23,所述弹性卡板可选用弹性橡胶制成,其设有倾斜面221和竖直面222,设置倾斜面可起到引导作用,便于将发光条放入到层板的卡槽内,当倾斜面进入到卡槽内时,可直接按压柔性保护套,进而将柔性保护套完全卡入到卡槽内;所述凸起23呈倾斜向上设置在竖直面上,且凸起设有第一弧面231和第二弧面232,所述第二弧面与竖直面之间设有间隙;当向下挤压发光条进入卡槽内时,由于间隙的存在,凸起将轻松发生形变贴合在竖直面上,便于安装发光条;而当发光条有从层板卡槽内脱出的趋势时,凸起将起到阻挡作用。
实施例二:
如图4-5所示,一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,包括LED发光体1、柔性扁平电缆、柔性保护套2、堵头4、铝条5及固定件,所述柔性扁平电缆包括条状绝缘胶片基体31和镀锡扁平铜线32,所述条状绝缘胶片基体31固定在柔性保护套内壁底部上;所述镀锡扁平铜线32位于绝缘胶片基体21两下侧沿轴向设置;所述LED发光体1均匀固定在条状绝缘胶片基体31;所述堵头4上设有多个尖锐凸起41和密封条42,当发光条裁切后,将堵头对准柔性保护套端部,将尖锐凸起扎入到柔性保护套内,然后在涂抹密封胶水;所述铝条5穿设在柔性保护套内部。

1.一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,包括LED发光体(1)、柔性扁平电缆、套设与所述LED发光体和柔性扁平电缆外部的柔性保护套(2)及固定件,其特征在于:所述柔性保护套内设有多个铝条(5),所述柔性保护套上均匀设有多个缺口(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述柔性扁平电缆包括条状绝缘胶片基体(31)和镀锡扁平铜线(32)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述固定件包括设于所述柔性保护套(2)两侧的弹性卡板(22)和设于所述弹性卡板上的多个凸起(23),所述弹性卡板(22)设有倾斜面(221)和竖直面(222)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述凸起(23)呈倾斜向上设置在竖直面上,且凸起设有第一弧面(231)和第二弧面(232),所述第二弧面(232)与竖直面(222)之间设有间隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述固定件包括设于所述柔性保护套底部上的安装槽和设于所述安装槽内的海绵胶条(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述柔性保护套(2)端部可拆卸设有堵头(4)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述堵头(4)上设有多个尖锐凸起(41)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种可任意塑性定尺的发光条,其特征在于:所述堵头(4)设有密封条(42)。
