Claims (8)

1. Butterfly valve filtering mechanism, including valve body (1) and filter tube (2), its characterized in that: a partition plate (3) is arranged inside the filter pipe (2), the top end and the bottom end of the partition plate (3) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), and two sides of the partition plate (3) are provided with filter mechanisms;
the filter mechanism comprises a fixed frame (4), filter screens (22) and transverse plates (5), wherein the inner side of the fixed frame (4) is fixedly connected with the filter screens (22), the fixed frame (4) is arranged in an inclined shape, the number of the transverse plates (5) is two, and the top end and the bottom end of the fixed frame (4) are fixedly connected with the transverse plates (5);
the filter screen is characterized in that one side of the fixed frame (4) is attached to the side wall of the partition plate (3), one side of the fixed frame (4) far away from the partition plate (3) is attached to the side wall of the filter pipe (2), the top end and the bottom end of the fixed frame (4) are respectively provided with a connecting plate (6), the transverse plates (5) and the connecting plates (6) are distributed in parallel, one side of each connecting plate (6) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the partition plate (3), one side of each connecting plate (6) far away from the partition plate (3) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), the bottom end of each connecting plate (6) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), the transverse plates (5) and the connecting plates (6) are fixedly connected through bolts, the filter screens (22) are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the partition plate (3), and sealing mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the fixed frame (4);
the sealing mechanism comprises a sealing plate (7), one side of the sealing plate (7) is attached to the outer wall of the partition plate (3), one side of the sealing plate (7), far away from the partition plate (3), is attached to the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), the top end and the bottom end of the sealing plate (7) are respectively provided with a barrier strip (8), one side of each barrier strip (8) is fixedly connected with the partition plate (3), one side of each barrier strip (8), far away from the partition plate (3), is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), the top ends of the barrier strips (8) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter pipe (2), the barrier strips (8) are distributed in a staggered manner, L-shaped grooves are respectively formed in the two ends of the sealing plate (7), the inner sides of the L-shaped grooves are matched with the barrier strips (8), a rotating shaft (9) is fixedly connected with the middle of the sealing plate (7), one end of the rotating shaft (9) is rotatably connected with the outer wall of the partition plate (3) through a sealing bearing, the one end that baffle (3) were kept away from in pivot (9) is passed through sealed bearing and is connected with the inner wall rotation of filter tube (2), the equal fixedly connected with transmission case (10) of both sides outer wall of filter tube (2).
