本发明公开一种紧固件,包括膨胀件、方形螺母、螺杆,其中膨胀件设计有上部份四角开口、内端斜坡,有利于膨胀运动,内端凸台设计有利于防止方形螺母掉出。本发明就是通过膨胀件、方形螺母与螺杆的膨胀干涉运动而使得两物体紧密连接的,展示出了本发明产品结构简单、安装方便,多次使用螺纹不会损坏的特点。

本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,具体涉及一种紧固件。
背景技术
现有的变形防松紧固件,主要是金属结构,安装比较繁琐,变形防松螺母,主要以压扁螺纹或者把孔压椭圆来实现防松功能,这样会产生拧入阻力大,导致螺纹损坏不能二次使用,且更换麻烦。
现有塑料阻尼防松螺母,经多次使用,使用时间久后,塑料螺纹会老化,且多次使用,会导致螺纹损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种长期防止松动的紧固件,适于安装简便,安装扭力小,螺母螺纹不会损坏,结构简单成本低。
本发明提供了一种紧固件,包括膨胀件、螺杆、方形螺母。其特征在于方形螺母放入膨胀件内,用螺杆旋方形螺母迫使膨胀件受力变形而对另一物体产生挤压干涉紧密连接。
所述膨胀件上部分顶端内口设立有凸台,防止方形螺母掉出来。膨胀件的上部内部还有斜坡设计与四角开口设计,使得旋转螺杆时,方形螺母受力向下运动,迫使膨胀件产生膨胀运动,使得与膨胀件连接的物体因膨胀干涉运动而紧密连接。
与膨胀件连接的另一物体可套在螺杆上,在螺杆与方形螺母旋紧时,使得两个物体能够紧密相连。因此通过螺杆、方形螺母、膨胀件即可把两物体进行紧密连接了。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,所提供的紧固件能通过膨胀锁定结构长期防止松动,能免除采用电焊焊接而又能拆卸,同时本发明的结构简洁,安装简易,制作成本低。

本发明公开了一种紧固件,如图1、图2所示的一种紧固件包含膨胀件001、方形螺母002、螺杆003。两物体011、012通过膨胀件001、方形螺母002与螺杆003的作用进行紧密相连的。
如图1、图2所示,把方形螺母002放入膨胀件001内,进一步地把膨胀件001安置入物体011内,进一步地用螺杆003套上物体012,再把螺杆003通过圆孔圆面004旋进方形螺母002中,导致方形螺母002向下运动,使得膨胀件001进行膨胀运动,因此达到一定强度,两物体011/012就能紧密相连了。
如图2所示的膨胀件001的结构设计,上部份顶端设计有内口凸台007,防止已放入的方形螺母002掉出,直面008的设计方便于放入方形螺母002,使得方形螺母002初始旋转运动时,不会出现滑动导致螺杆003无法旋进。进一步地上部份的内部设计有斜坡009,方便方形螺母002向下运动对膨胀件001的膨胀挤压运动。再进一步的膨胀件001的上部份的外部斜口010、坡面006设计,方便于膨胀件001进入物体011内。因此膨胀件001的设计,使得紧固操作更加实用简便。

1.一种紧固件,其特征包含膨胀件、方形螺母与螺杆配套使用。
2.膨胀件的上部份四角具有开口设计,内部有斜坡设计利于膨胀运动,内端凸台起到防止方形螺母掉落。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀件的四角开口,可以受力膨胀运动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的内部斜坡,有利于螺母向下运动,膨胀运动就越大。
5.根据权利要求2所述的内端凸台,有利于已安装好的螺母不掉出。
