As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the brake device further comprises an inductive switch 37, an inductive switch 37 capable of detecting whether the brake device is in a braking or non-braking state is fixedly installed below the manual brake device 14, and an output end of the inductive switch 37 is electrically connected with an input end of the counter 36. The inductive switch 37 is a known switch, such as a delavay travel switch model number LXK3-20H/T, as desired. In the use process, through the arrangement, the pumping unit can be ensured to be locked in a stop state, and the safety of the pumping unit in the maintenance process is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a partition plate 21 is fixed in the front movable box 18 and divides the front movable box into a fixed counterweight cavity and a movable counterweight cavity, the fixed counterweight cavity is filled with a fixed counterweight, the movable counterweight cavity is provided with a movable counterweight 22, the front movable box 18 is fixedly provided with a safety catch lever capable of blocking the movable counterweight 22, and the rear movable box and the front movable box 18 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged. According to the requirement, the fixed counterweight is the prior known technology, for example, composite material aggregate and other materials are adopted, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced on the basis of meeting the counterweight. The safety catch lever plays a role in protecting the movable balancing weight 22 and preventing the movable balancing weight 22 from falling off in the operation process; the balance is roughly adjusted by adjusting the number of the movable counter weights 22 in the movable counter weight cavity of the front movable box 18, the balance is accurately adjusted by changing the position of the fixed box 19, and the balance of the safe digital oil pumping unit is easily balanced and can be kept balanced by combining the adjustment of the number of the movable counter weights 22 and the change of the position of the movable counter weight box.
The technical characteristics form an embodiment of the invention, which has strong adaptability and implementation effect, and unnecessary technical characteristics can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
