As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the climbing apparatus 10 includes a climbing frame 11, an upper support frame 12, a lower support frame 13 and a jacking cylinder 14, the climbing frame 11 is fixedly connected with the upper support frame 12, the upper support frame 12 is arranged on the upper portion of the climbing frame 11, the lower support frame 13 is arranged on the lower portion of the climbing frame 11, the lower support frame 13 is fixedly connected with the jacking cylinder 14, and the end of the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 14 is fixedly connected with the climbing frame 11. The climbing frame 11 is sleeved on the lower support frame 13 and can move upwards relative to the lower support frame 13. Preferably, the climbing frame 11, the upper support frame 12 and the lower support frame 13 are made of steel frame bodies, and are formed by connecting steel bars such as channel steel, steel plates, flat steel and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, a guide wheel 131 is installed at an outer side of the lower support frame 13, and the guide wheel 131 is closely attached to an inner side of the climbing frame 11, so that friction is reduced by rolling of the guide wheel 131 when the climbing frame 11 and the lower support frame 13 relatively move. Preferably, the guiding wheel 131 is disposed at a corner of the lower supporting frame 13, and a guiding wheel 131 is disposed at both sides of the corner, and the guiding wheel 131 abuts against a corresponding rod of the climbing frame 11 and can roll along the rod.
When the climbing apparatus 10 is attached to the wall 20, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the embedded parts 31 are preset on the wall 20 when the wall 20 is constructed. And then the adjusting assembly 33 is installed on the climbing equipment 10, the climbing equipment 10 is arranged on the outer side of the wall body 20, the fastener 32 is connected, and the climbing frame 11 of the climbing equipment 10 is fastened on the embedded part 31 of the wall body 20 by the fastener 32. The position of the adjusting assembly 33 is then adjusted so that the adjusting assembly 33 corresponds to the fastener 32, and the length of the adjusting assembly 33 is then adjusted so that the adjusting assembly can be supported against the fastener 32, so that the climbing frame 11 of the climbing apparatus 10 is placed on the fastener 32, and the wall attachment of the climbing apparatus 10 is completed. Preferably, the wall attachment devices 30 are disposed at the upper support frame 12 and the lower support frame 13, and are uniformly distributed at the upper support frame 12 and the lower support frame 13. The number of the wall attachment devices 30 can be selected according to the size of the climbing frame 11 to ensure that the wall attachment devices 30 can support the climbing frame 11.
When the climbing equipment 10 climbs, the wall attaching device 30 at the upper support frame 12 is disconnected from the wall body 20, the cylinder rod of the jacking cylinder 14 extends upwards to jack the climbing frame 11 and the upper support frame 12 upwards, and after the climbing frame and the upper support frame are jacked to the proper position, the wall attaching device 30 on the upper support frame 12 is connected and fixed with the wall body 20. And then, the wall attaching device 30 at the lower support frame 13 is disconnected from the wall body 20, the cylinder rod of the jacking cylinder 14 is retracted, the jacking cylinder 14 and the lower support frame 13 ascend together, and the wall attaching device 30 at the lower support frame 13 is connected with the wall body 20 after the jacking cylinder 14 and the lower support frame 13 reach the proper position. This completes the climbing of the climbing apparatus 10 once upward, and so to and fro, the climbing apparatus 10 can be lifted up along the wall 20.
The wall attaching device has high adaptability to embedded part errors on a wall body, can adapt to horizontal errors and elevation errors, realizes effective connection of the wall attaching devices through adjustment, realizes simultaneous stress of the wall attaching devices installed on climbing equipment, and ensures the structural stability and safety of the climbing equipment. The fastener is connected with the embedded part in a screwing mode, can be used in a turnover mode, is convenient to install and disassemble, and can reduce cost.
The invention also provides a climbing method of the climbing equipment, and the climbing method is explained below.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the climbing method of the climbing apparatus of the present invention comprises the following steps:
when the wall body 20 is constructed, as shown in fig. 5, the embedded parts 31 are embedded in the wall body 20 correspondingly along the climbing direction;
providing the climbing equipment 10 and an adjusting assembly 33, wherein the adjusting assembly 33 can be adjusted in position along the horizontal direction of the wall body 20, the length of the adjusting assembly 33 is also adjustable, the adjusting assembly 33 is installed on the climbing equipment 10, and the climbing equipment 10 is arranged on the outer side of the wall body 20;
providing a fastener 32, connecting the fastener 32 with the corresponding embedded part 31, and fastening the climbing equipment 10 and the wall body 20 by abutting the end part of the fastener 32 with the corresponding side part of the climbing equipment 10; adjusting the position of the adjustment assembly 33 in the horizontal direction of the wall 20 such that the adjustment assembly 33 is positioned above the fastener 32; adjusting the length of the adjustment assembly 33 such that the adjustment assembly 33 bears against the fastener 32 to place the climbing apparatus 10 on the corresponding fastener 32; thereby completing the wall attachment connection of the climbing apparatus 10;
when the climbing device 10 needs to climb upwards, the length of the adjusting assembly 33 is adjusted to separate the adjusting assembly 33 from the fastener 32, and the fastener 32 is disconnected from the embedded part 31;
after the climbing device 10 climbs into place, the fasteners 32 are connected with the corresponding embedded parts 31 to fasten the climbing device 10 and the wall body 20, and the position and the length of the adjusting assembly 33 are adjusted to be supported on the fasteners 32, so that the wall attachment connection of the climbing device 10 is completed.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the climbing apparatus 10 includes a climbing frame 11, an upper support frame 12, a lower support frame 13 and a jacking cylinder 14, the jacking cylinder 14 is fixedly connected to the lower support frame 13, a piston rod of the jacking cylinder 14 is fixedly connected to the climbing frame 11, the climbing frame 11 is fixedly connected to the upper support frame 12, and the climbing frame 11 is sleeved on the lower support frame 13 and can move upward relative to the lower support frame 13;
when the climbing equipment 10 is connected with a wall, the upper support frame 12 and the lower support frame 13 are both provided with the adjusting components 33, and the upper support frame 12 and the lower support frame 13 are attached to the wall by using the adjusting components 33 and the fasteners 32;
when climbing upwards, the climbing equipment 10 releases the attachment connection between the upper support frame 12 and the wall body 20, extends a piston rod by using a jacking oil cylinder 14 to jack up the climbing frame 11 upwards so as to drive the upper support frame 12 to climb upwards together, and after climbing to the position, the upper support frame 12 is attached to the wall body 20 through an adjusting assembly 33 and a fastener 32; then the attachment connection between the lower support frame 13 and the wall 20 is released, the piston rod is retracted to further drive the lower support frame 13 to move upwards, and after the piston rod is moved to the proper position, the lower support frame 13 is attached to the wall 20 through the adjusting assembly 33 and the fastening piece 32.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: as shown in fig. 9, a guide wheel 131 is installed on the outer side of the lower support frame 13, and the guide wheel 131 is closely attached to the inner side of the climbing frame 11, so that when the climbing frame 11 and the lower support frame 13 relatively move, friction is reduced by rolling of the guide wheel 131. Preferably, the guiding wheel 131 is disposed at a corner of the lower supporting frame 13, and a guiding wheel 131 is disposed at both sides of the corner, and the guiding wheel 131 abuts against a corresponding rod of the climbing frame 11 and can roll along the rod.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: referring to fig. 6, providing an internally threaded sleeve 34 and a jackscrew 35, fixedly connecting the internally threaded sleeve 34 to the climbing apparatus 10, disposing the internally threaded sleeve 34 adjacent to the fastener 32, and screwing the jackscrew 35 to the internally threaded sleeve 34; when the fastener 32 and the embedded part 31 are connected, the top lead screw 35 is screwed so that the end of the top lead screw 35 abuts against the wall body 20, and therefore the top lead screw 35 is matched with the fastener 32 to clamp and fix the climbing device 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: as shown in fig. 5, a pressing plate 36 is provided, and when the fastener 32 and the embedded part 31 are connected, the pressing plate 36 is sleeved on the fastener 32 and the pressing plate 36 is pressed against the corresponding side portion of the climbing apparatus 10.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Therefore, certain details of the embodiments are not to be interpreted as limiting, and the scope of the invention is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. A wall attaching device for climbing equipment comprises a climbing frame, an upper supporting frame, a lower supporting frame and a jacking oil cylinder, wherein the climbing frame, the upper supporting frame, the lower supporting frame and the jacking oil cylinder are arranged on the outer side of a wall body; it is characterized in that the wall attaching device comprises:
the embedded part is embedded in the wall body;
the end parts of the fasteners are abutted against the corresponding side parts of the upper support frame and the lower support frame so as to fasten the corresponding upper support frame and the corresponding lower support frame with the wall body; and
the adjusting assembly is arranged on the upper support frame and the lower support frame and corresponds to the fastening piece, the adjusting assembly can be adjusted in position relative to the fastening piece along the horizontal direction of the wall body, the length of the adjusting assembly is also adjustable, the adjusting assembly is positioned above the fastening piece by adjusting the position of the adjusting assembly along the horizontal direction of the wall body, the adjusting assembly is supported against the fastening piece by adjusting the length of the adjusting assembly, and therefore the upper support frame and the lower support frame are placed on the fastening piece through the adjusting assembly;
the adjusting assembly comprises a sliding rail fixedly arranged on the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame, a sliding part arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding way and a top support adjusting mechanism connected with the sliding part;
the arrangement direction of the slide rail is consistent with the horizontal direction of the wall body;
the sliding piece can be adjusted in a sliding mode along the sliding rail;
the top support adjusting mechanism is perpendicular to the bottom connected to the sliding part, and the length of the top support adjusting mechanism is adjustable;
the sliding piece drives the top support adjusting mechanism to move to the position above the fastener, and the length of the top support adjusting mechanism is adjusted to enable the bottom of the top support adjusting mechanism to be supported on the fastener, so that the upper support frame and the lower support frame are arranged on the fastener.
2. A wall attachment apparatus for a climbing device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the jacking adjustment mechanism comprises a first threaded adjustment member fixedly connected to the sliding member and a second threaded adjustment member in threaded engagement with the first threaded adjustment member;
the length of the overlapped part between the second thread adjusting piece and the first thread adjusting piece can be adjusted by rotating the second thread adjusting piece, so that the length of the top support adjusting mechanism is adjusted.
3. A wall attachment apparatus for a climbing device as claimed in claim 1 further comprising an internally threaded sleeve fixedly connected to the upper and lower support frames and a jackscrew threadedly connected to the internally threaded sleeve, the internally threaded sleeve being disposed adjacent the fastener;
when the fastener is connected with the embedded part and fastens the climbing frame and the wall body, the jackscrew rod is screwed so that the end part of the jackscrew rod is abutted against the wall body, and therefore the jackscrew rod and the fastener are matched to clamp and fix the upper support frame and the lower support frame.
4. A wall attachment for a climbing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the end portion of the fastener is sleeved with an abutment plate which abuts against the corresponding side portions of the upper and lower support frames.
5. A method of climbing a climbing apparatus, comprising the steps of:
when a wall body is constructed, embedding embedded parts in the wall body correspondingly along the climbing direction;
providing climbing equipment and an adjusting assembly, wherein the adjusting assembly can be adjusted in position along the horizontal direction of the wall body, the length of the adjusting assembly is also adjustable, the adjusting assembly is installed on the climbing equipment, and the climbing equipment is arranged on the outer side of the wall body;
providing a fastener, connecting the fastener with a corresponding embedded part, and fastening the climbing equipment and the wall body by abutting the end part of the fastener with the corresponding side part of the climbing equipment; adjusting the position of the adjustment assembly in the horizontal direction of the wall such that the adjustment assembly is located above the fastener; adjusting the length of the adjustment assembly such that the adjustment assembly bears against the fastener to place the climbing apparatus on the corresponding fastener; thereby completing the wall attachment connection of the climbing device;
when the climbing equipment needs to climb upwards, the length of the adjusting assembly is adjusted to enable the adjusting assembly to be separated from the fastener, and the fastener is disconnected from the embedded part;
after the climbing equipment climbs to the place, the fastening pieces are connected with the corresponding embedded parts to fasten the climbing equipment and the wall body, and the position and the length of the adjusting assembly are adjusted to be supported on the fastening pieces in a propping mode, so that the wall attachment connection of the climbing equipment is completed.
6. The climbing method for climbing equipment according to claim 5, wherein the climbing equipment comprises a climbing frame, an upper support frame, a lower support frame and a jacking cylinder, the jacking cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower support frame, a piston rod of the jacking cylinder is fixedly connected with the climbing frame, the climbing frame is fixedly connected with the upper support frame, and the climbing frame is sleeved on the lower support frame and can move upwards relative to the lower support frame;
when the climbing equipment is connected with a wall, adjusting components are arranged on the upper support frame and the lower support frame, and the upper support frame and the lower support frame are attached to the wall by using the adjusting components and the fasteners;
when climbing upwards, the attachment connection between the upper support frame and the wall body is released, the jacking oil cylinder is used for extending out the piston rod to jack the climbing frame upwards so as to drive the upper support frame to climb upwards, and the upper support frame is attached to the wall body through the adjusting assembly and the fastening piece after climbing to the place; and then the attachment connection between the lower support frame and the wall body is released, the piston rod is retracted to drive the lower support frame to move upwards, and the lower support frame is attached to the wall body through the adjusting assembly and the fastener after the lower support frame is moved to the proper position.
7. The method of climbing a climbing apparatus as recited in claim 6 further comprising:
and a guide wheel is arranged on the outer side of the lower support frame and is tightly attached to the inner side of the climbing frame, so that when the climbing frame and the lower support frame move relatively, the friction is reduced by the rolling of the guide wheel.
8. The method of climbing a climbing apparatus as recited in claim 5 further comprising:
providing an internal thread sleeve and a top lead screw, fixedly connecting the internal thread sleeve to the climbing equipment, arranging the internal thread sleeve close to the fastener, and screwing the top lead screw on the internal thread sleeve;
when the fastener and the embedded part are connected, the jackscrew rod is screwed so that the end part of the jackscrew rod is abutted against the wall body, and therefore the jackscrew rod is matched with the fastener to clamp and fix the climbing equipment.
9. The method of climbing a climbing apparatus as recited in claim 6 further comprising:
and providing a pressing plate, and sleeving the pressing plate on the fastener and pressing the pressing plate against the corresponding side part of the climbing equipment when the fastener is connected with the embedded part.
