本发明涉及铝合金型材的制备方法。
背景技术
我国国民经济和高新技术的稳定、持续、快速发展,促使我国铝冶炼和铝型材加工业发展十分迅速。
随着我国大规模的基建投资和工业化进程的快速推进,铝型材全行业的产量和消费量迅猛增长,而我国也一跃成为世界上最大的铝型材生产基地和消费市场。
但现有的铝合金型材还有改进的需求,特别使需要进一步改进铝合金型材的耐磨、耐腐蚀、防锈、隔热、抗菌、防霉等性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金型材的制备方法,其制备的铝合金型材具有优异的耐磨、耐腐蚀、防锈、隔热、抗菌、防霉性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种铝合金型材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)熔制原料:将铝合金原材料熔铸成液态合金,再冷却形成铸锭;
2)挤压成型:对铸锭进行挤压,形成铝合金型材;
3)淬火:对铝合金型材进行淬火处理;
4)时效处理:对淬火处理后的铝合金型材进行时效处理;
5)浸渍处理:将时效处理后的铝合金型材浸渍防护液;
6)烘干:烘干浸渍处理后的铝合金型材,在铝合金型材的表面形成防护膜;
按重量份计,所述防护液/防护膜由以下组分组成:9.5~15.2份环己六醇六磷酸脂,1.3~2.6份四甲基溴化铵,2.5~3.4份黄原胶,4.6~5.1份氢化聚异丁烯,5.1~6.3份过氧化二异丙苯,0.7~1.2份乙酰丙酮钛,2.1~2.9份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,1.5~2.2份油酸三乙醇胺皂,3.1~4.2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,1.7~2.4份丁酸二甲基苄基原酯,2.5~4.1份碳酰二胺,0.8~1.5份聚(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩),2.2~2.9份叔丁基对苯二酚,0.4~0.9份羧甲基纤维素钠,0.5~0.7份三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化铵,1.3~1.8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1.7~2.3份三聚磷酸钠,1.7~2.6份硫代二丙酸双酯。

5)浸渍处理:将时效处理后的铝合金型材浸渍防护液;按重量份计,防护液由以下组分组成:15.2份环己六醇六磷酸脂,2.6份四甲基溴化铵,3.4份黄原胶,5.1份氢化聚异丁烯,6.3份过氧化二异丙苯,1.2份乙酰丙酮钛,2.9份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,2.2份油酸三乙醇胺皂,4.2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,2.4份丁酸二甲基苄基原酯,4.1份碳酰二胺,1.5份聚(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩),2.9份叔丁基对苯二酚,0.9份羧甲基纤维素钠,0.7份三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化铵,1.8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,2.3份三聚磷酸钠,2.6份硫代二丙酸双酯;
6)烘干:烘干浸渍处理后的铝合金型材,在铝合金型材的表面形成防护膜;得到覆有防护膜的铝合金型材。
由于各实施例制得铝合金型材覆有防护膜,经过测试,各实施例的覆有防护膜的铝合金型材具有优异的耐磨、耐腐蚀、防锈、隔热、抗菌、防霉性能。
