Abstract
A ball milling medium, a preparation method and application thereof belong to the technical field of silicate material preparation. The preparation method of the ball milling medium comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the waste porcelain pieces into fine particles with the average particle size of not more than 10 mu m, and then mixing the fine particles with the plastic production waste mud according to a proportion to obtain a porcelain mud mixture; 2) preparing the porcelain clay mixture into irregular mud sample lumps with corresponding grade grain sizes according to the requirements of the raw material ball milling process; 3) predrying the mud sample lump body until the water content is less than or equal to 2 percent, and then sintering to obtain the porcelain lump body. The invention improves the utilization rate of raw materials by recycling waste materials generated in the manufacturing process of the electric porcelain into the ball milling medium.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a technology in the field of silicate material preparation, in particular to a ball milling medium and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The electric porcelain waste materials generated in the production of the porcelain insulator mainly comprise blank waste materials and porcelain piece waste materials. The waste materials are generally regarded as solid waste and are sold for other uses in the porcelain insulator industry at low cost. For high-strength porcelain insulators, mineral component indexes, quality indexes, prices and the like of electric porcelain raw materials are greatly higher than those of domestic ceramics and building ceramic raw materials, and from the viewpoint of scarcity and utilization value of quality resources, the electric porcelain waste materials are excessively wasted when used in other ceramic industries such as domestic ceramics and the like.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a ball milling medium and a preparation method and application thereof aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the ball milling medium is prepared by recycling waste materials generated in the manufacturing process of electric porcelain, so that the utilization rate of raw materials is improved.
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ball milling medium, which comprises the following steps:
1) crushing the waste porcelain pieces into fine particles with the average particle size of not more than 10 mu m, and then mixing the fine particles with the plastic production waste mud according to a proportion to obtain a porcelain mud mixture;
2) preparing the porcelain clay mixture into irregular mud sample lumps with corresponding grade grain sizes according to the requirements of the raw material ball milling process;
3) predrying the mud sample lump body until the water content is less than or equal to 2 percent, and then sintering to obtain the porcelain lump body.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the fine particles of the waste porcelain piece to the plastic production waste mud is 1: 1, and mixing.
Preferably, the water content of the plastic waste mud is 20% -23%, and further preferably, the water content is 22%.
Preferably, the equivalent particle size of the mud-like lumps is 30 mm.
Preferably, the sintering temperature is 1250 ℃ to 1280 ℃.
The invention relates to a ball milling medium prepared by the preparation method.
The invention relates to an application of a ball milling medium in ball milling of an electric porcelain raw material.
Technical effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1) the porcelain and mud waste in the production of the porcelain insulator is a product which is subjected to the process (multiple impurity removal and homogenization treatment) and is optimized layer by layer, and has the advantages of less impurities, good uniformity, stable performance and the like compared with the original mineralogical raw material; based on the advantages, the ball milling medium made of the blank waste and the porcelain piece waste is used for ball milling of the electric porcelain raw material, and in the process, the ball milling medium is worn and then dissolved in the production raw material to become a part of high-quality raw material, so that the stability and the promotion of the porcelain performance are facilitated;
2) the ball milling medium replaces natural cobbles which are usually used in the ball milling process of porcelain insulator production, the using amount of the natural soft-stone ball milling medium is reduced, and the effects of reducing the raw material cost and recycling solid wastes are achieved.
