The manual pressurization type water filter is simple in structure, and ensures the water inlet pressure of the filter element by adopting a manual pressurization mode, so that the filtering effect and the quality of the filter element are ensured.

a second water outlet is formed in the lower part of the raw water cavity, a second water inlet is formed in the upper part of the raw water cavity corresponding to the upper part of the second water outlet, a water suction pipe is arranged between the second water outlet of the raw water cavity and the first water inlet of the pressurizing cavity, and a concentrated water pipe is arranged between a concentrated water outlet of the membrane filter element and the second water inlet of the raw water cavity;

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
The invention discloses a manual pressurizing type membrane filtration water purifier device which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a water purifier main body 100, wherein the water purifier main body 100 is sequentially provided with a pressurizing cavity 1, a raw water cavity 2, a filter element cavity 3 and a water purification cavity 4 from left to right.

A piston 11 capable of moving up and down along the cavity wall and a pull rod 12 connected with the piston 11 are arranged in the pressure increasing cavity 1, and the piston 11 is pulled by the pull rod 12 to move in the pressure increasing cavity 1 so as to change the volume of the pressure increasing cavity 1 and realize the change of pressure intensity; the lower part of the pressurizing cavity 1 is provided with a first water outlet, the upper part of the pressurizing cavity corresponding to the upper part of the first water outlet is provided with a first water inlet, a raw water pipe 51 is arranged between the first water outlet of the pressurizing cavity 1 and the raw water port of the membrane filter element 5, and a one-way valve 9 which limits water flow to the raw water port from the first water outlet only is arranged on the pipeline of the raw water pipe 51.
The raw water cavity 2 is provided with an end cover, and water can be conveniently added into the raw water cavity 2 by opening the end cover; a second water outlet is arranged at the lower part of the raw water cavity 2, a second water inlet is arranged at the upper part corresponding to the upper part of the second water outlet, a water suction pipe 21 is arranged between the second water outlet of the raw water cavity 2 and the first water inlet of the pressurizing cavity 1, and the second water outlet is preferably arranged at the bottom of the raw water cavity 2 or a position close to the bottom; a concentrated water pipe 52 is arranged between the second water inlet of the raw water cavity 2 and the concentrated water outlet of the membrane filter element 5, preferably, the second water inlet is arranged on the cavity wall of the raw water cavity 2 close to the end cover, and the second water inlet is ensured to be positioned above the water level to a great extent.
A third water inlet is arranged at the upper part of the purified water cavity 4, a water outlet tap 7 is arranged at the lower part corresponding to the lower part of the third water inlet, and a purified water pipe 53 is arranged between the third water inlet of the purified water cavity 4 and the purified water outlet of the membrane filter element 5.
In this way, when the pull rod 12 is pulled upwards to move the piston 11 upwards, the volume of the pressurizing chamber 1 is increased and the pressure intensity is reduced, so that the pressurizing chamber 1 can suck the raw water in the raw water chamber 2 into the pressurizing chamber 1 through the water suction pipe 21; when the pull rod 12 is pressed downwards to enable the piston 11 to move downwards, the volume and the pressure of the pressurizing cavity 1 are reduced, raw water in the pressurizing cavity 1 can be pressed into the membrane filter element 5 through the raw water pipe 51, the raw water is separated through the filtering structure of the membrane filter element 5 to prepare concentrated water and purified water, the concentrated water is pressed into the raw water cavity 2 through the concentrated water pipe 52 to realize recycling, and the purified water is pressed into the purified water cavity 4 through the purified water pipe 53 and is discharged outside through the water outlet faucet 7 for drinking.
In the above solution, preferably, a partition plate 43 is transversely disposed between the third water inlet and the water outlet tap 7 in the purified water chamber 4, a water through hole is disposed in the middle of the partition plate 43 to partition the purified water chamber 4 into an upper water chamber 41 and a lower water chamber 42 which are communicated, a filter assembly 8 is embedded in the water through hole of the partition plate 43, and activated carbon is disposed in the filter assembly 8.
Preferably, a floating ball type switch 6 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the third water inlet, of the purified water cavity 4, and the floating ball type switch 6 can control the opening and closing of the third water inlet according to the water level in the purified water cavity 4, namely when the water level in the purified water cavity 4 is lower than a preset water level, a floating ball falls to drive a linkage cover plate to fall to open the third water inlet; when the water level in the water purifying cavity 4 is equal to or higher than the preset water level, the floating ball floats upwards to push the cover plate to close the third water inlet.
The water purifier device has a simple and reasonable structure, adopts a manual pressurizing structure, does not need a power supply, greatly expands the application environment of the water purifier device, and improves the use safety of the water purifier device; the piston can move up and down in the pressurizing cavity by drawing the pull rod; when the piston moves upwards, the volume of the pressurizing cavity is increased, and the pressure intensity is reduced, so that raw water in the raw water cavity is sucked into the pressurizing cavity through the water suction pipe; when the piston moves downwards, the volume of the pressurizing cavity is reduced, the pressure intensity is increased, and raw water is pressed into the membrane filter element through the raw water pipe, so that the water inlet pressure of the membrane filter element is ensured, the water outlet quality and flow of the membrane filter element are ensured, and high-quality drinking water can be prepared.

a piston capable of moving up and down along the cavity wall and a pull rod connected with the piston are arranged in the pressurizing cavity, a first water inlet is arranged at the lower part of the pressurizing cavity, a first water inlet is arranged at the upper part corresponding to the upper part of the first water outlet, a raw water pipe is arranged between the first water outlet of the pressurizing cavity and the raw water inlet of the membrane filter element, and a one-way valve is arranged on a pipeline of the water supply pipe;
a second water outlet is formed in the lower part of the raw water cavity, a second water inlet is formed in the upper part of the raw water cavity corresponding to the upper part of the second water outlet, a water suction pipe is arranged between the second water outlet of the raw water cavity and the first water inlet of the pressurizing cavity, and a concentrated water pipe is arranged between a concentrated water outlet of the membrane filter element and the second water inlet of the raw water cavity;
the upper portion in water purification chamber is provided with the third inlet and is provided with out the tap corresponding the lower part of third inlet below, be provided with the water purification pipe between the third inlet in the water purification export of membrane filtration formula filter core and water purification chamber.

The manual supercharging type nanofiltration membrane water purifier device according to claim 1, wherein a partition plate is transversely arranged between the water purification cavity and the water outlet tap corresponding to the third water inlet so as to divide the water purification cavity into an upper water cavity and a lower water cavity, a water through hole for communicating the upper water cavity and the lower water cavity is formed in the partition plate, a filter assembly is embedded in the water through hole, and activated carbon is arranged in the filter assembly.
3. The manual pressurization type nanofiltration membrane water purifier device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a floating ball type switch is arranged at the position of the water purifying cavity corresponding to the third water inlet.

The manual supercharging type nanofiltration membrane water purifier device according to claim 1, wherein the membrane filter element is an RO reverse osmosis membrane filter element, an ultrafiltration membrane filter element, a nanofiltration membrane filter element or a microfiltration membrane filter element.
5. The manual pressurization type nanofiltration membrane water purifier device according to claim 1, wherein the pressurization cavity, the raw water cavity, the filter element cavity and the purified water cavity are sequentially arranged in the water purifier body from left to right.
