The state of the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module 7 is controlled to work for a period of time through the magnetic control induction switch-on state 5 at every time, so that the distribution box can be started and closed conveniently and quickly through deep ultraviolet sterilization, the speed of distributing articles is increased, the work task of distribution personnel is reduced, and the sterilization power consumption of the distribution box is reduced. The deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module 7 can modify the single working time length through a cloud management system or a mobile phone terminal.
The reflecting film 4 is a high-temperature-resistant waterproof reflecting aluminum foil so as to realize convenient wiping and efficient heat transfer of the inner surface of the environment-friendly deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box. Meanwhile, the problem that ultraviolet light is limited in light emitting angle and radiation intensity and can not completely and effectively kill bacteria due to the fact that the polishing aluminum foil can reflect the ultraviolet light in the box for 360 degrees is solved by means of the polishing aluminum foil.
The carbon fiber heating module 8 adopts a low-voltage carbon fiber heating sheet with excellent toughness, and has the characteristics of long service life, difficult oxidation, high thermal efficiency and the like. For effective heat transfer and heat preservation, the carbon fiber heating modules 8 are laid between the reflecting film 4 and the heat preservation material layer of the box body 3, the working states of the carbon fiber heating modules at three groups of different positions are controlled according to temperature and humidity data, collected by the main control device 9, in the box body 3, detected by the temperature and humidity sensor 6, the temperature in the box body can be adjusted in real time, and an environment with constant temperature and humidity is kept.
The main control device 9 includes a main controller, a wireless communication module and a power module. The main controller can control the wireless communication module to transmit the state data of the distribution box to the cloud management system and the mobile phone mobile terminal; meanwhile, the instructions transmitted by the wireless communication module from the cloud management system and the mobile terminal of the mobile phone can be executed. The power module realizes the power supply and the electric energy conversion of the whole box, and simultaneously controls the working states of the three groups of carbon fiber heating modules 8 on the front surface, the back surface and the bottom surface of the box body 3 respectively according to the command of the main controller. The main control device 9 can realize efficient sterilization, intelligent temperature control, real-time state monitoring and centralized management of the distribution box, and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, safety and environmental protection.
The temperature and humidity sensor 6 is arranged on a non-heating surface in the box body 3, and feeds a detected temperature value back to the main controller in the main control device 9 after detecting the temperature in the box body. The main controller obtains the number of the temperature control switches in the power module and the turn-on time of the temperature control switches according to the feedback value, then controls the number and the time of the carbon fiber heating modules 8 for power-on heating, always maintains the temperature in the box body near a set value, and transmits the temperature and humidity state value in the box body and the heating time to the cloud management system and the mobile phone moving end through the wireless communication module of the main control device 9, so that centralized management of the delivery box by a takeout delivery platform is facilitated, and monitoring of takeout delivery personnel and observation of customers are facilitated.
A plurality of environment-friendly deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution boxes can be monitored through a cloud management system according to the real-time positions and the internal states of the distribution boxes. The mobile terminal of the mobile phone can check the state in the box body of the environment-friendly deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box.

The embodiment of the invention mainly reduces the cost and improves the efficiency by improving the traditional distribution box. The main control device is arranged on the back of the outer portion of the box body, the main control device internally comprises a control module, a wireless communication module and a power conversion module, a delta-shaped power interface with a cover and a main switch with a power indicator lamp are reserved on the outer portion of the main control device, the power interface can be connected with a charging interface of a storage battery of a distribution electric vehicle through an electric vehicle charging conversion line, and the power control device has the advantages of being waterproof, dustproof, safe, reliable and convenient to operate.
The sterilization rate in the box body can be ensured to reach 99%, and compared with the traditional mercury lamp sterilization, the sterilization is more efficient, more environment-friendly and more energy-saving; meanwhile, when the food is irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the nutritional ingredients of the food cannot be damaged, the natural flavor of the food cannot be changed, the peculiar smell of the chemical bactericide is avoided, and the use is more assured. Can guarantee to disinfect and disinfect more in time, all can disinfect and disinfect to the box inside and take-away food extranal packing after the case lid is reclosed at every turn, avoid new bacterium or viral source to pollute the box inside. An environment-friendly type deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box is characterized by comprising an outer sleeve (1), a box cover (2), a box body (3), a reflecting film (4), a magnetic control inductive switch (5), a temperature and humidity sensor (6), a deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module (7), a carbon fiber heating module (8) and a main control device (9); wherein the content of the first and second substances,

2. The environment-friendly type deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box according to claim 1, characterized in that the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module (7) starts or stops working according to the switch state of the box cover (2).

The environment-friendly type deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box according to claim 1, characterized in that two magnetic control inductive switches (5) are installed at the closed position of the box cover (2) and the box body (3), and the master control device (9) controls the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module to work by collecting the numerical value of the magnetic control inductive switch (5) capable of reflecting the closed or opened state of the box cover (2); the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module (7) works for a period of time when the box cover (2) is closed, and stops working when the box cover (2) is opened; the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module (7) can modify the single working time length through a cloud management system or a mobile phone terminal.

The environment-friendly type deep ultraviolet sterilization intelligent distribution box according to claim 1, characterized in that the reflection film (4) is a high temperature resistant waterproof reflection aluminum foil, clings to the inner surfaces of the box body (3) and the box cover (2), and can reflect the ultraviolet light generated by the deep ultraviolet LED sterilization module (7) in the box for 360 degrees, so that the illuminance of the ultraviolet light in the empty box is uniform.
