Abstract
The invention discloses a hot air backflow preventing device fixed on a cab, which fills a gap between the cab and a chassis part through an elastic covering part, can adapt to a complex air leakage space, and can freely stretch and retract between the cab and the chassis part. Effectively shelter from the inside clearance that leaks out of cabin, prevent hot-blast backward flow, promote heat dispersion. The problem of hot air backflow prevention of the vehicle is effectively solved, the effect of a cooling system is improved, and the liquid-gas temperature difference can be reduced by 2-3 ℃. The heat-proof wind backflow prevention plate is particularly suitable for vehicles on which the heat-proof wind backflow prevention plate cannot be arranged on the chassis.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heavy-duty automobile part manufacturing, and particularly relates to a hot wind backflow prevention device fixed on a cab.
Background
Because the fan has pressure difference before and after working, a part of hot air at the rear end of the fan flows back to the front low-pressure part (the front part of the radiator and the intercooler) through the surrounding gap, so that the external air temperature passing through the radiating core body is improved, and the working efficiency of the cooling system is reduced. With the improvement of the power and the upgrade of the emission of the engine of the heavy-duty car, the requirement of a heat dissipation system is more and more severe, so that the hot air backflow is reduced, the air inlet coefficient of a cooling system is improved, and the flow field in an engine room is improved, so that the requirement of the flow field arrangement of the engine room is met. However, because the cab has relative movement relative to the radiator, the clearance between the radiator in the cabin and the hood of the cab changes in proportion at any time along with the bounce of the cab, and therefore, the design of the telescopic device for preventing hot air from flowing back is the key for improving the air inlet coefficient of the cooling system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the hot air backflow prevention device fixed on the cab, so that an air leakage gap inside the cabin is effectively shielded, hot air backflow is prevented, and the heat dissipation performance is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention comprises an elastic covering part, wherein the elastic covering part is fixed between a cab and a chassis part, connecting parts are arranged on two sides of the elastic covering part, bottom fixing parts are arranged at the end parts of the connecting parts, the connecting parts are of a fold structure, and a fixing cushion cover used for being fixed with the cab is arranged on the connecting parts.
The top of the elastic covering part is provided with a mounting boss used for being fixed with a cab.
The bottom fixing part and the mounting boss are of steel plate structures, and the fixing cushion cover is hollow round steel.
The elastic covering part and the connecting part adopt EPDM rubber.
The section structure of the elastic covering part is U-shaped.
The rubber hardness of the elastic covering part is 70 +/-5 Shore.
The fold structure of the connecting part is not less than three.
The fold structure of the connecting part is arranged in a fan shape.
The thickness of the connecting part is smaller than that of the elastic covering part, and the elasticity of the connecting part is larger than that of the elastic covering part.
Compared with the prior art, the elastic covering part fills the gap between the cab and the chassis part, can adapt to a complex air leakage space, and can freely stretch and retract between the cab and the chassis part. Effectively shelter from the inside clearance that leaks out of cabin, prevent hot-blast backward flow, promote heat dispersion. The problem of hot air backflow prevention of the vehicle is effectively solved, the effect of a cooling system is improved, and the liquid-gas temperature difference can be reduced by 2-3 ℃. The heat-proof wind backflow prevention plate is particularly suitable for vehicles on which the heat-proof wind backflow prevention plate cannot be arranged on the chassis.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention includes an elastic covering member 3, the elastic covering member 3 is fixed between a cab 6 and a chassis part 7, both sides of the elastic covering member 3 are provided with a connecting portion 5, an end portion of the connecting portion 5 is provided with a bottom fixing portion 1, the connecting portion 5 is of a corrugated structure, and the connecting portion 5 is provided with a fixing cushion cover 2 for fixing with the cab 6. The elastic covering part 3 is provided with a mounting boss 4 on the top for fixing with a cab 6. The number of the fold structures of the connecting parts 5 is not less than three, and the fold structures of the connecting parts 5 are arranged in a fan shape. The thickness of the connecting portion 5 is smaller than that of the elastic covering member 3, and the elasticity of the connecting portion 5 is larger than that of the elastic covering member 3. The bottom fixing part 1 and the mounting boss 4 are of steel plate structures. The elastic cover 3 and the connecting portion 5 are made of EPDM rubber. The cross-sectional structure of the elastic covering member 3 is U-shaped. The rubber hardness of the elastic covering part 3 is 70 +/-5 Shore.
The elastic covering part 3 of the invention utilizes the elasticity of rubber to adjust the height of H through the opening and closing of the U-shaped opening and the increasing and shortening of the L-shaped section of the U-shaped opening, so that the space between the device and the cab and the chassis accessory is changed along with the change. The U-shaped rubber ribs are arranged inside the U-shaped rubber part, so that when the down jump space of the cab is reduced and the up jump space of the cab is enlarged, the U-shaped rubber and the gap are shaped along with each other, the reliability of the rubber part is improved, and meanwhile, the deformation is guaranteed within a controllable range.
The hot wind backflow prevention device is in a more than general compression state, generally in a two-thirds compression state, at the no-load position of the cab; the fully released position of the elasticity is at the highest position of the cab and the fully compressed position of the elasticity is at the lowest position of the cab. Thus if the cab bounce is positive or negative Nmm, the clearance between the cab unloaded state and the chassis attachment will be equal to or greater than Nmm, say Bmm, the height of the fixed part of member 3 should be equal to or less than B-N and H (the sum of the fixed part and the flexible part) in the free state be equal to B + N. In the embodiment, the minimum height of the fixed part is only the thickness of the steel plate because the size of B-N is small. When the B-N size is large, the fixed portion structure may be deformed into other structures.
Another embodiment of the present invention is that the fixing portion may be made of nylon plastic, and the structure is deformed based on the design boundary. The nylon and the rubber are integrally formed by adopting a double-material injection molding process, so that the nylon and the rubber are suitable for mass production, and the cost is reduced.

the top of the elastic covering part (3) is provided with a mounting boss (4) for fixing with a cab (6);
the elastic covering part (3) and the connecting part (5) adopt EPDM rubber;
the number of the fold structures of the connecting parts (5) is not less than three;
the fold structure of the connecting part (5) is arranged in a fan shape.
2. The hot wind backflow prevention device fixed to the cab of claim 1, wherein the bottom fixing portion (1) and the mounting boss (4) are steel plate structures, and the fixing cushion cover (2) is a hollow round steel.
